[X] Switch to the Grythwyd Colony.
As said before, griffins.

[X] Switch to the Myrthwyd Colony.
the ancient colony I was looking for. What I picked last time were the bums who soaked so many diplo actions our king got ganked!

Vote is still open. I'm surprised that the Arthwyd Empire isn't winning.

[X] Switch to the Caermyr Union.

Oh yeah, we're definitely getting into a high fantasy setting here, with massive Bronze Age magical empires. Just wait, soon we'll see how big the pond really is.

Since you shared the knowledge that Fair Treatment is a prominent value in the union, that our legal system and our religious unity/type will likely also loyalty, and how community is an important value as well?
The Caermyr Union is a worthy successor to our guidance.

[X] Switch to the Caermyr Union.

Do note that the Caermyr Union will be very decentralised as the vast majority of it will be subordinate civs as the weak federal government currently only controls a single province. A lot of what you will be doing will be diplo, both foreign and internal, as your main tool with be an immense amount of soft power. At least the start as I don't know which direction you guys would take things if you start playing the Caermyr Union.

For all those voting not to play as the Union, please note that Questers aren't ... the best ... when it comes to not being in control.
Well, Grythwyd had the rebels, and while our legitimacy is lower now, wonder how they are taking this confederacy bussiness. Probably think the evil council and those plotting Urtdysh forced the poor Cadlon into it.

So yes, we could play an easily crushed rebellious state. With Griffins tho.

As I see it, the Caermyr Union has three paths to take:

1) The Unifier: The goal would be to unify the different cultures piece by piece closer together, until finally all parts of the 'Union are assimilated to the whole.

2) The Expander: Work on expanding by spending actions to grow as quickly as possible, while using diplo to sporadically convince the subordinates to give us some temp stats to keep going.

3) The Director: We care less of expanding ourselves and instead as a overall authority that siphons some temp-stats from one nation to another when needed, balancing their growths so none of the other pieces feel left out. We could then use our support in periodic requests for more land. While it might become slightly sporadic in where our lands are, our unified law code should make it plausible to not need a direct De Jure control between our different exclaves. Additional small vassals such as Trade Posts should also be part of our repertoire if possible, unsure how our vassal slots will work with such large and so many preexisting subordinates.
