@Durin, will we automatically get a character stat sheet for our grandson Tormod, or will we need to do a Persons of Interest diplomacy action to get it?

1. on the low end by Imperial standards and more on the corruption and crime of passion ends. So thieves are usually cooking the books rather then breaking and entering and assaults are usually unplanned actions rather then gang violence
Well that's good I guess.

@Durin
1. For an omake, how rare is Avernite smuggling given the scale of the quarantine around Avernus?
2. As a follow up, how expensive would it be to secretly and illegally acquire Death Hand venom for use in a poisoning?
3. Are their toxicology tests used for Deaths Hand venom? Want to check since...you know warp stuff.
4. How serious a response would a Death's Hand poisoning be based merely on the fact someone somehow managed to acquire quite possibly the most lethal toxin in the galaxy that wasn't pumped straight from a daemon's ass?

This should not be happening please do not encourage these smugglers with omakes

I don't think I am...

5. That actually reminds me what do the Eldar think of Deathshand venom? Cause while the Eldar almost certainly have stronger stuff (they have a God of Death) that stronger stuff relies on well...a god of death. The spiders by contrast, well to our knowledge don't have anything fancy going in how they reproduce.
6. What Avernite creatures do we know can survive a blink spider bite? At the moment I'm thinking only Therondy Dragon.
7. Since we studied them for the Alkhestry action, did we experiment in what happens if you add Death's hand venom to an Alchemy Slug? They are apparently immune to all toxins and instead absorb and amplify them as well.

So all in all, most crime is usually white-collar crime?
that and crimes of passion. Though other forms exist depending on the world
[X] Deploy twenty-four Guard Armour Groups and two Elite Army Groups - These forces should provide a significant boost to the ground defences, but would lead to replacement issues if massive losses are sustained (50% of all Guard, 20% of all elites) -35% base chance

1. smuggling between regions and cities is relatively common, offworld smuggling is very rare and when caught treated to the full extent of the law. As in you and everyone involved in it, even periphery is dead.
2. on Avernus pricey but not to hard. Off Avernus very, very expensive
3. yes
4. Inquisitors would be involved. Breaking Avernus' quarantine is taken seriously, when it is broken in such a way that it may be possible that Deaths Heads have been taken elsewhere...

I don't think I am...

5. they are interested in it
6. also Magma Wyrms, Island Turtles and stone form trolls
7. it dies

@Durin
1. Stoneform trolls? Is this when the Troll is merged with the rock or a new form of troll we didn't know of?
2. How are the trolls doing at the moment? IIRC you said they were writing writing and developing more advanced social structures about 150 years ago, but were having some problems with metal working, in that they bend all the metal accidentally?

1. its when a troll is merged with rock
2. they have figured out metalworking and are reaching early industrial age in some ways. Not in military tech though as they have the issue of the fact that an unarmed troll beats a troll armed with any tech available before modern era, so never developed military tech much

Well they're double the strength of an Ogryn so the reinforcement on a weapon needed for the to not simply turn it into fragments after a single hit must be kinda crazy.

Double the problem when anything made of metal gets bent like tinfoil.

That being said early industrial age means cannons.

@Durin
1. When a troll's strength is enhanced when acting on metal does that include picking up metal?
2. I ask because while something like a sword seems impractical for them to not constantly break accidentally, Trolls using giant cannons seems viable. Kinda like WHF Ogre cannon carriers in my head.

It looks like we will be going with the middle option and the Eldar will be in charge.

1. no it does not
2. canons could be useful, but a stone form troll has a good chance of surviving a hit from an early canon and given the rate of fire and accuracy of early cannons they are very niche for trolls

@Durin:
1) have the Trolls figured out agriculture?
2) what'd happen if our food shipments to them were to cut out suddenly?
3) do the Trolls want to re-negotiate the peace treaty now that their society has gotten more sophisticated? For instance they might like gold shipments to create a Gold Standard currency or something.
4) do the Trolls have cities that we can send embassies to?

1. yes
2. major social issues but they would suvive
3. not really, as far as they are concerned the most important bit of the treaty is that you are no longer shooting them
4. more large towns (pop a few thousand)

@Durin
1 can we use the primal warp to help navigate the warp?
2 do we know any shamans on Avernus?
3 how long does Rotbart or More'lex hold out against a level 3 Waagh?
4 would Merino wool socks be a bad idea in a desert?

@Durin:
1) how well are the Azure Bay Sirens doing with their Tau Tech integration projects?
2) what's their most recent accomplishment?
3) how well is Lulana's Nynye Queendom doing with its Tau Tech integration projects?
4) what's its most recent accomplishment?

To clarify, they basically weren't offering anything they weren't already selling, so it wasn't worth it. We have most of the runes they're already selling anyways.
Yeah, they're keeping the good stuff (the true runes) to themselves for now.

That being said though the tech maybe a good trade to the other two Siren Kingdoms, if they want souls as a primary import.

Dunno anything about the the telepath kingdom, but the smith kingdom will accept metals like adamantium, but that might not be enough if we want them to teach us their traditions.

@Durin
1. If troll strength affects metal as if they're even stronger than they are do they occasionally make use of ridiculously heavy suits of armor against non-trolls?
I'm thinking something on the order of a giant ball of metal that walks like a troll, or someone getting metal from us.

2. How are the Mycenids doing?
3. Have unintentional knock on effects of our presence helped out them at all?
