thanks its been a while. anyone wanna aim for education all the way to the next tier? possible 2 tiers?

edit: 41 actions to raise education to max of this tier then max out next tier, if we turn major to minor actions think we can make it max to third tier and work on fourth.

Sure for a turn or two. The only thing we're gonna have to actively build from the shipyards are Dreadnoughts and those take two years to build.

So long as you specify that you want the Tags to transfer over. Keep in mind that All X Perks give EXP equal to their X value, so you may well Level up and get a +5 to the Tagged Skills in the process multiple times. However, I should mention that the training value per AP degrades by 5 after you exceed the Mentors bonus. Luckily for you, Between Emps, Mehtrya, Magnus, and dear old mom, you've got the bonus up to 150 Divine. (50 from Emps, 500 from Celestine, 350 from Mehtrya, 200 from Magnus, however, at Divine the Mentors bonus halves, since only Emps has godly knowledge and he isn't sharing at SL 1. Thus, the bonuses up to Mehtrya's are consumed normally, but the last hundred only translates to 50, and Magnus' bonus only translates to 100, totaling 150. Not that it matters since you'll be under 100 in that tier, but you'll need at least 2 more Education tutor SLs to max that out at full speed training.)

I meant in general. It would end the Quest as surely as Nex showing up or The Darkness eating the Well of Eternity. Of course, the Dimensional Keyhole would need to be bypassed for that to happen (it's Earth's) and that's unlikely while Malice can't just do whatever he wants in the Warp.
 
I could offer to help with economy math. I don't want or need to know anything spoilery, just do the stuff as it is presented.
