I've had an idea that's been bugging me for quite some time. I know it's a bad idea but I figured it'd be so bad I'd share it anyway, even if only for laughs.

A crossover of Vampire: The Masquerade and Sonic The Hedgehog. Specifically a Human AU set in the World of Darkness sans the metaplot. Sonic and his pals in human form, embraced as Vampires.

I know it's an awful idea and I doubt I'd seriously go through with it, but it's been in my mind for days now and I'd figure I would get it off my chest.

It's stupid because of the Human AU.

Merge the World of Darkness and Sonic Earth (Not Mobis from SATAM, but Earth from the 3D games, which is basically Real Life Earth with talking animals and Super-Science added in). So, this is a setting where Dr. Ivo Eggman shows up and threatens to conquer the world with his giant Death Egg space fortress. Obviously, the Technocracy both loves it and hates it. They love it because they fucking Won the Ascension War and their Paradigm has fully taken over the Consensus, they hate it because it's a crazy bald guy in a fucking Death Star threatening to blow up the Earth if they don't give into his demands.

The Camarilla also hates it, because Earth is where they keep most of their stuff.

And then a Hedgehog blows up the Death Egg and everyone is like "What the fuck just happened." So all the major groups in the WOD try to contain and control the threats, the Chaos Emeralds, Eggman, Sonic, Tails, Knuckles. The Garou are after them. The Vampires are after them. The Mages, are after them. Everything is after them.

The Cammies get to Sonic first, and of course they Embrace him. It was either that or Ghoul him, and the latter didn't seem like a good idea.

They want him to get the Chaos Emeralds before the Sabbat does. Because fuck, the Sabbat want to use the Emeralds to kill the Antediluvians and the Cammie inner circle think that's insane.

Augustus Giovanni also wants the Emeralds, but he has the much more ambitious plan of diablerizing God.

So. what kind if spirit and what would be the crunch to make a Gun Fetish thats basically Sex Pistols (see picture below) from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure?

Eggman's stuff being Consensual sounds more like "suddenly the Etherites won" than anything Technocracy-okay to me. Man got his start turning woodland critters into killbots.

Wrong Robotnik, this one turned woodland critters into batteries Matrix-style.

IIRC the Robotnik that you are talking about got his start by betraying his species(Technically sub-species?) and giving the Mobians lots of dakka.
And his ancestor got their start by vivisecting an alien ambassador at First Contact, resulting in the Earth getting Virus-Bombed.

Anyway, the Etherites have room for all manner of weird science that makes good technocrats very unhappy.

Wait, Sonic has multiple fat, bald mad scientists performing completely separate nefarious schemes using woodland critters?

Apparently I absorbed less of the lore than I thought, and it's more bonkers than I imagined.

Sonic has multiple different realities, and they have occasionally had cross-overs with each other.
Hell, Sonic has had a crossover with Image Comics.

In fact one time Robotnik died and was replaced with a android version from a different dimension that was "Darker and Edgier" from having actually won and defeating his dimension's Sonic.
He eventually invented a machine that retconned the universe in an attempt to start over with only him keeping his memories.

  • A Russian Iron Rider, Theurge, Homid. Will inadvertantly form the Bratva within London, like his Guns and his Vodka.
So far I have gotten denials from two of my prospects, and no answer as of yet from my other two.

I'm forced to assume the Wendigo is Wendigo Pocahontas. And therefore will occasionally break into song while munching on whoever its latest meal is. Got passed around from the tribe to the colonies to the isles like a hot potato because nobody wants it, but nobody on the isles has figured out its true nature yet.

  • Black Fury Lupus female Theurge. Been guarding sacred places since before she knew what she was.
  • Bone Gnawer Homid female Ahroun. Bully-thrashing defender of the weak and a hopeless romantic in spite of everything.
  • Fianna Lupus female Gallard. Far more experienced and sharp-witted than she lets on with her usual bouncy hyperactiveness, but honestly enamored of human/homid courtship.
  • Child of Gaia Homid female Ragabash. Klutz. Whiner. All-loving Idealist. Alpha.
  • Human male Silver Fang Kinfolk. A series of visions has supposedly pointed him at his Destined Bride... and he is wondering what he is doing with these lunatics.

That's an awesome idea. You just need to add the Black Spiral Dancer Yandere and the obligatory yaoï option and you're set.
