Much harder to take the loyalty of our people if the supposed 'better option' is proveably much worse. Next upgrade here should be Civilian Fleets though, or an equivalent.

I still think this is the better option for us at this moment, but I'm not gonna be upset if/when Prosperity wins
 
so correct me if I am wrong if infra cap at 20 and every 5 civ infra advancement we are gonna get these options + some new ones, that means we will only have this opportunity 4 times right?
 
Taking into consideration the number of worlds we will have we should probably have a fleet of at minimum 100 strong, 50 being at least frigates or destroyers.

I just think that Warp fleets is the more versatile bonus. We are not going to be integrating planets every turn, while there will probably be a ISC for almost every action we do.
 
The nice thing about Prospering is that it reduces our expense for colonizing a hostile world down to just 1 VI, which is very good from the perspective of locking down strategically significant regions that are otherwise marginal.

I guess that's because our economy is strong enough that producing the more advanced stuff needed for settling hostile regions can be done out of pocket rather than by committing major industrial tranches simply to maintenance?
