I still can not figure it out how we can beat the British in naval battle.

One plan I think is try to court Qing dynasty instead of fight them.

They'd get stomped even harder. China is currently in the severe isolationism that lead to them getting absolutely rolled in the Opium Wars.

Plus, what interest would they even have to fight a War on the other side of the World?

They have historical conflict and border dispute with Russia since ancient time.

If Qing dynasty distract Russia form the east and we attack from the west then the Russ will have no where to run to.

Russia is interesting that they try to westernize themselves and distance themselves from the east.

Dude what you're saying is pure fantasy qing won't do shit and wont listen to us and attack baren icy land in adition that intrest is late 19 sentury and early 20 pre ww1 and not now.

.. in the Napoleonic Era? Optimistic.
 
Unless the Tsar has already ~ initiate.event.ID Treaty of Peking, then there is literally nothing that the Chinese would care about. Unless something happens later on in the quest, which isn't likely given the Qing are pretty isolationist. The only reason that they would probably even come up is if we have national rolls to see how every major power is doing and they repeatedly job it causing yet another Chinese civil war and Russia steps in to take the disputed regions of outer Manchuria and the to be major eastern port of Vladivostok
