I'd like to point out that the laser power benefits from our collector trees so since we have a metric crapton of those it is easily far and away the best weapon we can get at the moment and we do need an offensive weapon.

@Raising Kittens - are you sure you want Scoop trees to cost only 10 successes each? Judging by tranquiltrees I would have expected double the cost.
