No, SV, you are an ant colony.
Due to a combination of factors, the 1776 revolution in Britain's American colonies fails to achieve its goals. The first successful American revolution doesn't take place until more than 50 years later, located far to the west, in California. Questers are asked to lend their support to various factions and parties within the California Republic and thus chart the course of America's first independent republic. The quest begins in the summer of 1836.
