Hypothetically. A bunch of free magic swank. Like, Sinfi and Moti's panoplies being completed automatically and without cost.

Edit: Mind you, this is no small thing. Fully swanked out Vampire Lords can kill monsters and fight off an entire company of professional soldiers on their own.

For now, everyone hates us, we are to some extent also immortal outside of combat deaths, we can afford to play the long game of building relations and showing our valour.

I wonder if handing over warpstone to vampires counts as dwarf heresy? Do our new friends have to keep this secret, or will it be widely known we are working with dawi, at least among the Karaz Ankor?
 
That'd be really weird, since their plan wasn't to be driven off/killed off so a completely separate society could evolve and be able to easily industrialize. :p
They reordered the continents and landscape at their whim. Tectonic levels of pressure + heat on plant matter = coal. Same goes with the contents of Mallus's icy seas for oil.

Thane Josef Okrisson met her at the agreed upon spot. He had Anise with him.

"What happened?" Sinfi asked.

"Your brother and I came to an agreement about the spoils of the warpstone shower. Unfortunately the Skaven had other plans. They attacked in overwhelming numbers, and Moti covered our retreat as we collected as much as we could. Your brother is a very brave man." The Thane frowns, "We recovered his body, and are returning it to you along with what warpstone we managed to save from the Skaven. As per our agreement, we're keeping the gromril. Your brother showed more honor than we expected, and I find myself surprised to not mind much the idea of this particular vampire coming back from the dead."

Anise walks over to her, and a squad of dawi carried over a number of containers. The coffin presumably holding her brother.

"Thank you for returning my brother to me." Sinfi decided on, after a few moments deliberation on what to say. She had her skeletons take the containers and coffin.

"I have to be getting back to my town. My rangers say the local greenskins are starting to get organized, so you know."

Sinfi nods, and Thane Okrisson leaves.

Reasoning:
  1. It's the mandate and we want to have access to enough corpses to cover our full territory, at the end of the day the dead are our army and our economy
  2. This is important because our heroes are some of our most important assets, but at the same time raising a vampire is easy even for the half-trained loons out there much less for us, one die should do it
  3. We have corpses all over the place, we need hygiene more than most places our size, let's avoid papa Nurgle eh?
  4. We have an in with the dawi already so we should use it while the iron is hot. I think it is worth 2 die as well since we are still necromancers trying to talk to dawi
  5. Keep an eye out for trouble, this is still the Border Princes
 
Good thing we went with cooperate.

Okay, so we're obviously spending 1 Warplanes on reviving Moti, and we need to keep integrating our territories.

Turn 7 we did compile and promulgate law, plus training arbitrators, but it also says we need more. Turn 8 we enforced the laws and started up taxation.

So this turn I imagine we go for Train More Arbitrators plus Graveyard Access. That's 3 of our 7 actions.

Aside from that, 1 action on continuing to build up ties with Thane Okrisson could be good (he's our friendliest neighbor right now.) If we resurrect the wyvern corpses, then we can probably use them to scare off any attempt to stop us from conquering Jezebel's land, ut that might stretch us thin with too few skeletons and necromancers.

And of course, there's the Greenskin issue. Might be a good idea to raid the Goblins. But we should probably only do one big military campaign action at a time.
 
Baron Cauldin has written a letter to be read to your legislature and given it to your diplomat. In the long letter he proclaims that the republic "sins against nature twice", first by "desecrating the dead" and secondly by "denying the common folk the honor and comfort of knowing their place in the natural order". If finishes by declaring that the Republic and the Baron will be enemies henceforth.

Archbaron Boris actually visited Holomik Town in response to your outreach. He "generously" offered to let Sinfi marry him in exchange for giving the republic his protection, because "a woman of her calibre has no place on the battlefield". When she refused he flew into a rage, calling her a whore and a lesbian and vowing that the republic would pay for spitting on his mercy and generosity.
By the way, this happened on Turn 7. While it was Jezebel who attacked us on Turn 8, I do think we should use our other Warpstone to raise the Wyvern Corpses (not sure if as Zombie Dragons or Terrorgheists, though I personally lean on 2 flyers > one really good flyers, since just one flyer is already a major edge) in case they're mobilized for a seriousface invasion.

Seeing as we do not need 2 die on bathhouses I went for more law enforcement so that we are sure the law is followed properly in the new territories
