Hm, I might move.. I might not.
@willyvereb, anything I should be looking out for in the Howling Sea?
Presumably sea monsters of all kinds.
Exactly.
Besides, Mental Omega is your GM. So he has freedom to decide your encounters. His word is close to a law on this But yeah, howling sea has terrible monsters and generally not liked by native sea travelers.
Also since you won't have literal floating cities (unless you have Ultron's antigrav island thing) I believe you should seek out a shore to settle down by at least the end of the turn. Living in the crowned place of warships isn't exactly fun.
Alternatively you can find a tiny island somewhere. With the scale of 1 pixel equaling 50km (doubled the map's image dimensions for visibility) it's possible to find something which you otherwise don't see on the map.
Still living in the middle of sea monster land may not be advised.
Yeah, I picked Dimuran then realized I'm not going to survive in Dimuran barring a massive faction overhaul.
Also, taking Blue.
Blue is taken by SHIELD but that was given by me. Tyrannops chose black, actually. So I can change that or do you wish to stick with the neon green?
Also you still haven't said which place you chose.
Jidor is far away from everything which will happen in the Zhillia clusterfuck.
Or if you chose to start somewhere near to where
@Queen Raidne 's Goa'uld are then it's Kerina, a mercenary state ruled by the iron fist of the strongest soldier. They're also closely aligned with Chaos with Yvorl's Stormkeep being as "close" as 3400 kilometers away.
Speaking of which Raidne. Are you fine with this?
Figure being close to be in the domain of a literal god may be problematic for you. Albeit it ma be also the source of amusing interactions. And it isn't like they receive divine intervention.
