World of Chaos - Fantasy Crossover NRP

HAHA Green succeeds once again!

Also I redid my Military composition and Unit descriptions. Numbers are still basically the same but I added more detail about the kinds of Specialized Bio-weapons the HE uses.

Oh well, tiny delays can happen.

Player Candidates
Until then I'm better mentioning a few things:

1.) Nothing is set. If you wish to change your starting location that you now know who are your neighbors or who aren't then just switch it.
Don't forget @ mention me.
Even if it's just the color I am open to negotiations.

2.) If you wish to switch your nation you can do it until your intro was posted in the IC,
Live with it if you want.

3. Help wanted.
Currently we have 14 players and likely almost twice as many who haven't made their profiles yet.
co-GMs would be welcome.

4.) I received a couple of "intro posts". Some of these are in PMs while others are posted in the OOC.
If the latter please quite that post and reply again here. It helps me considerably.

With these being said I am now take a sleep. We'll meet tomorrow.

Because I may as well post the UASR's national anthem.

I can tell you're not going to get along with the Skaven; what with all of them worshipping the great horned rat who by all human critrea, is an evil god who promotes an evil culture, and also physical daemon servants. Of course, "doesn't get along with the skaven" includes literally everyone in the warhammer world.
I'll let the campmen know to get the incinerators ready

Skaven are xenophobic and xenocidal and believe that they're the only form of intelligent life that deserves to live and are incapable of forming bonds of trust. Sooner or later, you're going to start keeling over and dying from a plague while the council of thirteen laughs in your face.

Exactly, we're like murderous inter dimensional twins. Get along fine until the bit where we shoot each other in the mouth.

(I may be a bit of a sucker for Fairies, anyway, it's no big deal.)

Eos certainly doesn't want to be liberated. We'll ally with you right up to the point where it's convenient to go to war with you again (i.e. when we rid the world of those misguided Communists). Unless you declare undying fealty to the one true god and queen, Eos, Dawn-Bringer, in which case we'll have no problem with you.

Probably.

But! We have glowy energy weapons!

Sure, sound about right. I suggest forming the Let's Stop Dicking Each Other Until This Commie Business Blow Over pact, or the LSDEOUTCBBO Pact.

Goblins actually don't have much of a religion beyond wealth and hero(Golden Lord) worshipping, so its possible they may adapt the Go'uld as their god

@munchkinomatic
I can swear I saw your map location somewhere. Did you accidentally delete that part?
Anyways, factions map is practically done.

Albeit everyone should rethink their color choices. There are 5 reds and 3 golden colors.
:lol
Yeah, I picked Dimuran then realized I'm not going to survive in Dimuran barring a massive faction overhaul.
Also, taking Blue.

Well, if you are fine with this it does sounds like a good baseline.
IMO warships would cost more control and time while lighter unit types would cost less.
But well, here's my alternative, then:

Your Quantum linkage system and Quantum Computer has limits since you only recovered portion of it after what happened during FA. You need to recover thus your army size is limited. This includes automated turrets, factories and everything. But these are generally less straining than actual combat units.
You can gradually upgrade this system as the game progresses so you'll keep up with people.
what is your real advantage is exploiting the land and building entire armies within days at worst. Basically take the game's build times and multiply that by 100. Resource costs are generally taken by common sense and RP-ing it out if neccessary. This method may be still unrealistic but beats having to thinker on each and every unit or structure.
Your Quantum Link can handle up to 5000 cap for now.

T1 Bots/engineers and those in comparable size cost 0.5 command
Most T1 vehicles are 1 command
2.5 command for T1 navy
T2 units in general are 5-20 (albeit your T2 bot/engineer is only 2)
T3 Units are 50-200 depending on their size
Experimentals 1000 command points (you need 25 T3 non-armored bots to handle these so it sounds reasonable)

This system is far from perfect. I already can imagine several dozen ways to break it. So use these things with moderation.
Still, it should work.
Looks good to me, I'll try to avoid breaking the system.

Hm, I might move.. I might not.
@willyvereb, anything I should be looking out for in the Howling Sea?
Presumably sea monsters of all kinds.
Exactly.
Besides, Mental Omega is your GM. So he has freedom to decide your encounters. His word is close to a law on this But yeah, howling sea has terrible monsters and generally not liked by native sea travelers.
Also since you won't have literal floating cities (unless you have Ultron's antigrav island thing) I believe you should seek out a shore to settle down by at least the end of the turn. Living in the crowned place of warships isn't exactly fun.
Alternatively you can find a tiny island somewhere. With the scale of 1 pixel equaling 50km (doubled the map's image dimensions for visibility) it's possible to find something which you otherwise don't see on the map.
Still living in the middle of sea monster land may not be advised.

Yeah, I picked Dimuran then realized I'm not going to survive in Dimuran barring a massive faction overhaul.
Also, taking Blue.
Blue is taken by SHIELD but that was given by me. Tyrannops chose black, actually. So I can change that or do you wish to stick with the neon green?
Also you still haven't said which place you chose.
Jidor is far away from everything which will happen in the Zhillia clusterfuck.
Or if you chose to start somewhere near to where @Queen Raidne 's Goa'uld are then it's Kerina, a mercenary state ruled by the iron fist of the strongest soldier. They're also closely aligned with Chaos with Yvorl's Stormkeep being as "close" as 3400 kilometers away.
Speaking of which Raidne. Are you fine with this?
Figure being close to be in the domain of a literal god may be problematic for you. Albeit it ma be also the source of amusing interactions. And it isn't like they receive divine intervention.
