I think the administratum headquaters will help with Mundane corruption Since in the text it says. "They ensure that the numbers are correct, the files sorted, and no mistake unassigned to the one that made them"
 
Our chaos corruption is at -2. We have a bit of regular mundane corruption and churches are not going to help with that.
I'd like to point out that those values do not correspond to negating In-Story happenings, only mechanical machinations. You may not get a cult popping up that can overthrow you, but people can still get influenced by Chaos and start affecting other things.

Also, you have, like, one stage of shrines. Total. Your religious infrastructure is rather anemic and worsening by the turn. You don't even have enough space to accomodate half your people within them. Most have swerved to tv/streamed sermons, and that is not ideal.
I would think mundane corruption would be harder since our early game bonus of non or low corrupted government but eh
It is. If you had taken anyone else and not overshot your anti-corruption agency, you'd be looking at +4(5 due to [SPO|LER]) per turn, instead of +1(2 due to [SPO|LER]).

I think we can start Churches and Administratum HQ next turn, it'll spread Dice pretty thin, but it is possible.
