You really rolled a 1 on the same option two times in a row, I can start including the rolls if you want to check, if I can figure out how to do it on Rolz.org. (Which I have been using on the last two updates because Invisible Castle won´t work.)

I think we need to get a few emergency options in other sections to accelerate the repairs like a diplomacy option to get help from the refugees or a military option using some of our soldiers.

Also I just noticed that Rolz rolls two 1d10 dice instead of a 1d100 dice, is it supposed to be so?
If he was willing to do so he probably would have at.
Considering we got a one we literally would have nothing to lose by using it on that action.
