Divinity: A+
Even forsaken by his father after betraying his kin, Rider's blood is still steeped in divine power. Grants Rider the ability to throw powerful divine lightning bolts and Protection From Fire and Lightning(B). Also increases his ability to devour souls.
Information Erasure: C+
Only hides Rider's Parameters, skills and Noble Phantasms. Physical appearance and class can still be recalled, though specifics fade from memory rather easily to those without Divinity(C) and higher. Strangely, recordings of him(whether in the form of a digital video or a written description) seems to always be either lost or damaged beyond use.
Blessings of The Dragons: A
A variation of Affections of The Goddess, grants Rider the equivalent of Charisma(C) towards all kinds of dragons and can deny the use of abilities derived from them that are not natural to the users, only active abilities can be negated(i.e Bathory's Dragon Breath and Kiyohime's Samadhi Through Transforming Flames.)
Noble Phantasms
The Storm King: The Wargod's Stormbringer (Anti-Army, A+)
A massive, four winged, crow like drake. A powerful Monstrous Beast approaching the levels of Divine Beasts, and is Rider's most trusted companion in his age spanning exile. True to its title, aside from having the basic abilities of all dragons it also carries with it a raging storm wherever it goes, even on land. The storm, while not dangerous to those with Endurance(C) and higher, by way of creating a solid cage of raging wind and clouds in an area, it can make escape impossible if they do not have teleportation or more esoteric means of escape. The drake itself has little small scale fine control of the storm and can, at best, use it to create fortress wall busting gusts of wind.
When it is killed, Rider can claim it's soul to empower himself. Strengthening his ability to cast divine lighning, giving him Prana Burst(Wind)(B) and grants a (+) modifier to his Strength and Agility. The storm that comes with the draconic beast is also tranferred to him.
Destroying The Annals of History: Heresy of The Nameless King (Anti-History, EX)
Rider sacrificed many things to ally himself with the Dragons, ancient enemies of the gods, and destroying the divine records of history was his greatest. The destruction of such thing meant the lost of ancient knowledge, memories of heroes, histories of the past and, most assuredly, Rider's own. Manifesting as 'an attack that damages recorded history', the more prana he pours into the attack(Though, it will always be comparable to an Anti-Army at it's weakest) and the more connected it is towards the history he is trying to erase. Simply destroying a book about King Arthur, would not even be enough to even scratch it, attacking a fragment of the Round Table however can at least erase a part of his myth. Killing a Servant with this Noble Phantasm would most likely remove the 'original' Heroic Spirit form the Throne of Heroes and, perhaps, even Counter Guardians. Do note however that the history being erased still exist, it has simply not been recorded. A war still happened even if it was destroyed by Rider, but even the veterans themselves has forgotten what war they participated in.
An incredibly cruel and, most of the time, pointless Noble Phantasm despite its power, It is unlikely Rider himself would even think to use it, not even the death of his beloved mount would even motivate him to even consider it.
