Could someone more in-tune with the mechanics explain to me the difference between No Turns for Vigoroth and Witch, Dragon, and Mole Knight? Like, I can see the difference between Ironheart and Seismic Strike in terms of what moves get used and what modifiers get put onto rolls, but what's it means in terms of overall battle strategy if we're doing one instead of the other?
Ironheart is based on absorbing some damage from Vigoroth (with increased damage resistance) and hitting back harder once she goes under half HP. It also helps suppress Vigoroth's Effect rolls which makes everyone deal slightly more and take slightly less damage, and makes secondary effects on Vigoroth's attacks less likely to proc.

Seismic Strike is about using Dig to be an ineligible target, and gives a bonus to damage rather than defense. It also suppresses Vigoroth's Initiative rolls, making it easier for the tank Pokémon to do their job and for Roland to Flinch with his Ghost moves. It also mentions the setup move Curse which helps both offense and defense and the speed-boosting move Rapid Spin, whereas Ironheart only mentions direct damage moves.

Except that putting Renne on double support already brings Vigoroth's effect down to +0, and every trainer here has at least 10 skill, so we're already hitting diminishing returns on effect malus. The effect roll bonus caps out at 10 points of difference, after all. And he'll only have secondary effects go off on a natural crit already, even if he doesn't get hit by a -effect move, which a lot of moves are.

Initiative for us starts at +0, and Vigoroth at +5, so even with both options to lower Vigoroth's initiative they'll still have +1 to give them an edge against our tanks.

Nobody's brought this up again, by the way, but Mind over Matter does not have a bond increase. It might be worth people putting a bit of thought into why this might be.
I hadn't seen the Bond increases at first glance, but looking at them now I don't think they're damage related. Cat got your tongue still has Renne breaking Vigoroth's bones and generally trying to brutalise them in the name of hobbling their attempts to brutalise us, which doesn't strike me as notably less violent in intention even if it is Support instead of Backline.

What's more interesting to me is this bit from Mind over Matter:
She has access to a large variety of moves that can do heavy amounts of damage to the Shadow Pokemon. The situation is dire enough for it, and she has no complaints.
Both Cat got your Tongue and See no Evil seem to be relying on Renne's inherent moves (Telekinesis or various flavours of Barriers), whereas Mind over Matter has us explicitly using her wider moveset (i.e. the extra ones she got from her tragic backstory). My guess is whilst she's willing to use them in this scenario it doesn't mean she'll like it.

I make this vote simply because I want to see how Arvis will write this. I care little for mechanics and leave that to the rest of you for discussions.

Now that this plan has won I demand that we get Ruby a cosplay of the Mole Knight from Shovel Knight when we've finished up

It always feels good when you don't vote on something because you don't mind any option winning, but then there's a an obvious winner, so despite not minding who wins you get to be part of the landslide.

It's fun.
