[X] Try to find Gai-sensei, you might be able to catch up on what you missed here, if you run yourself ragged.

I think he'd like to know that at least 3 genin know about jinchuuriki thing...and he'll probably warn Kakashi if they meet, so that the latter is prepared to Sakura suspecting Naruto of being one.

[X] Stay with Neji
-[X] Spar

Edit - changed vote
[X] Stay with Neji
-[X] Just help him train

If you translate it to Exalted mechanics, the 64 hit combo is actually an 8 hit flurry, which converts overflow accuracy into debuffs and soak penetrating damage.

Could block it maybe ONCE.
I'd argue there are 6 steps in the 64 palms, 2->4->8->16->32->64 with each step functioning as a single hit in the flurry. The alternative would be to model it as a single attack like Cascade of Cutting Terror.

Why is everyone voting to spar....
I want to help him train because If their is one fight I want to go completely canon it is the fight between Naruto and Neji.

Here are a couple of ideas for Fuinjutsu/Ninjutsu combinations. Other fire based ninjutsu could potentially be substituted without the techniques changing much.

Playful Dragon Technique
Components: [Wind Seal]
Ninjutsu: Fire Release: Phoenix Sage Fire Technique

A pair of smoke dragons begins to circle the opponent. The ninja (repeatedly?) releases a small volley of fireballs at the dragons, which playfully bat them between each other and down at the opponent.
Note: This might involve using manipulated tools: fuinjutsu scrolls or possibly Mass Sealing Technique.

Constricting Fire Dragon Technique
Components: [Wind Seal, Trap Seal]
Ninjutsu: Fire Release: Phoenix Sage Fire Technique

The opponent steps on the sealing scroll activating it to cause wind to be sucked in at high speed. The ninja uses the opponent's momentary immobilization to fire a volley of fireballs. The smoke cloud generated takes the form of a dragon constricting the target.

Tenten doesn't think so, but Tenten also doesn't realize Dipping Swallow Defense lets her shut down Neji's attack flurries, which rely upon overwhelming defense with multiple attacks as he slaps on more and more debuffs.

Neji can win, but not if he doesn't take the fight seriously. Tenten can win as well, but she'd need to start glowing.
Tenten does not have Dipping Swallow Defense yet. (Unless you guys want to pay more XP to finish it early that it).
Tenten in gray, as promised.
Awesome! +2 XP to allocate as you wish.

The former would be a [Fire Element] Seal, the latter a [Wind Elemental] Seal. I'll probably spend today working on revamping the Fuinjutsu system to go along with the Ninjutsu/Genjutsu revamp,so stay tuned for that. Going to keep the general idea of building techniques from components, but I'm largely going to change the costs and such.
