5) yes iven existing resrouces and tendancies

6) Given the Deciever's track record of killing major gods in the warp, is it fair to say it could do so on a daemon world especially if they're distracted?
6) what track record?
but he probebly could do it

2) on my list

3) Can Zahhak abolish Be'lakor's binding-style sorcery (borcery)?
3) maybe

4) What benefits does the Black Library provide?
4) to wha?

2) Anything
2) large source of knwoeldge
its why I am answering any questions on the WiH or aftermath

5) Are moment shackles warptech?
5) yes

6) Can we get Trazyn to give the Ancient One something techy?
6) you can ask

7) Could the Triumvirate establish daemon world-like areas within an otherwise normal planet to connect to the deva world network, acting kinda like webway gates?
7) no

8) What constitutes a strong enough tie to let the Chaos gods get their hook in you? Just having overly similar domains?
8) among several toher things yes
making a deal with one for example

9) Would knowing the Triumvirate's frequencies help with anything, like anti-Chaos frequencies (given how it's theorized that Free Will, for example, might be an anti-Chaos thing)? Or is this pure curiosity?
9) would be useful vs Tjapa

10) Is Zahhak planning to do anything particularly important this turn, or is it just defending devaworlds?
10) defending devaworlds

1) Besides Valinor, do we or the Triumvirate know of any other places with silver skies?
1) a few dozen daemon worlds
a couple of deva worlds

1) Has the Emperor told us what happened to the Black Cells?
1) he did nothing to them

'2) Who'd be better at making a godhost, mechanical or biological, Isha, Vaul, or Vulkan?
2) probebly Vaul

3) Does Free Will include will, or is it only an absence of unfreedom upon will?
3) the latter

1) What domain governs willpower, then?
1) you dont know

2) How old is the black library? In this case I mean the collection, I'm sure the structure/vessel is a lot younger, but as I understand its essentially as much of the library of hoeth as possible?
2) dates back to the begining of the aftermath

3) I take it a combat style which focuses on regain health attack isn't really the kind of thing that works unless you have really good base stats?
3) yep

5) Does an intrigue para trait work for A since she's been doing a lot of sneaky stuff over the past while (Vect, Cegorach stuff, necron kidnappings), or still not really a sufficient specialisation/too much help?
4) not really suffcient specilisation

6) Pologies reasking this one it didn't get answered a while back: trying to figure out high magic trait. From your statement that she has mid high magic I assume that means expert, though it sounds off, which gives +high magic and something like...+ to other psy rolls? I'm not sure I'm trying to represent it as a support tradition and that bit is meant to emphasise that it gives its benefits by making other traditions stronger.
6) +30 to all High Magic and +15 to other Magic

1) Do Slann get a paragon of power at birth or do they lack it due to the training wheels meaning they don't have access to their apex power?
1) they develop it

2) On a scale of 1-10 how impossible should the Slann's innate paragon of control be, or can it just be explained by them being born requires some active effort on their part that is impossible really?
2) 10

3) Does user of Slann omnimancy make sense as a trait? Not important just represent that she's picking up the basics of the Slann traditions?
3) it does

4) What is the general opinion of the Trust on Avernus (The Human Colony) right now?
4) crazy
on our side
utterly terrifying
suprisinly nice?

5) yes

6) Is the Trust open to talking out a different rebate structure for Battle/Primaris Psyker Tithes?
6) it is

7) How much Learning would Mathilde Weber have in Sparks?
7) have not been following DL for years
but 30ish?

8) Could the Emperor fix the STC with a touch like how he repaired a Knight with a touch to prove to the Martians that he was the Omnissiah?
8) yes

1) He now sufficiently unbuggered to want to fix an AI?
1) no
he could but wont
due to AI being a GIANT TRUAMA BUTTON

1) If Lin had gotten a Transcendent back when he died and survived until now, who would've contributed more to the galaxy, him or Ridcully?
1) hard to say

1) Once you hit Paragon or Transcendent, do you no longer need to train to maintain your skills?
1) you still need to practice

First, we buy a second Seed of Regrowth and put it in our other hand. Then, we get someone to cut us perfectly in half. Both of the Seeds of Regrowth will activate and then there'll be two healthy and alive Mathildes.
3. Out of curiosity, what would happen if we did this?
3. in embers metaphysics?
the half with a stronger connection to the soul will become Mathilde
the other half will become a souless psychic body
and therefore becoem a daemon
2) A Chaos daemon or...?
2) it depends on what the lcoal warp is like

1) if the emperor and the triumvirate teamed up vs tjapa what percentage of his power would tjapa need for an even chance of victory
1) 10?

1) Out of curiosity, is Newbrand a threat to Jane? She's in a weird spot.
1) yes
she is an acendent combatant with way better base stats and slightly better equipment
and procs basicly none of Janes traits

1) So same reason an exalted bloodthirster is a threat to Jane, just with lower stats?
1) even moreso, as newbrand does not proc her anti daemon traits

2) So if I understand right, Avernus can probably make Honored-level gods, and they would mostly be used on the Dragon Front as combat power. My question is, given what's on the dragonfront, how would mere Honored-level entities help?
2) some
not a whole lot but some

3) How were Scarbrand and Be'lakor able to keep up with the Ancient One in power longterm while suffering from gimped trait gain (due to deamonhood) that The Ancient One didn't suffer from?
3) the fact that he had gimpbed trait gain by starting at 60 million years old and trancendent
and way better physical stats

4) Are sapient planets like Avernus, The First Worldship or Fenris capable of getting traits and having a 'character sheet'?
4) yes

5) How old was the Ancient One when he gained his first Paragon?
5) in the thousands

Looking at the Q and A's really wish that there were more context and qouting in regards to things that are mentioned since a lot of the time I have no idea what exactly is being referrenced due to all the things going on in this quest. Like:
4) What places were they more advanced than us?
3) better understanding of souls

5) Would getting access to Avernus and its lab equipment be useful for Avernus and Ant? Given their specialities it feels like they could whip up some impressive stuff.
5) probebly
Like I have no idea who they are referring in the the first question here or who in the world is 'Ant' due to all the factions and characters. Seriously, I get wanting to shorten things but in this case feels like people really should just be willing to take an extra second to type out the whole names when referring a person or faction

In this case, the Anatolian, the Emperor. Going forward I will endeavour to write better questions.

In the first case, this is referring to the Terran shamans who made the Emperor. The Warp was less bad back then, so they managed to self-teach. (The Warp was still dangerous and turbulent, but far less malicious, with Chaos being kept under control; I kind of imagine it as the difference between trying to sail across a large stretch of ocean pre-steam engines normally, and trying to do that when Poseidon personally has it out for you)

Stop: Rule 2: Don't Be Hateful
If we lose i hope at least the empror is tortured forever. The same if we win. He doesn't get to fucking change his name and be absolved of his crime. He stands on corpses of quadrillions. He should suffer for it.

rule 2: don't be hateful Part of Don't Be Hateful includes Don't Talk About How Nice It Would Be If Someone Is Tortured Forever. We are better than revenge fantasies and we are better than the despots, real or imagined, who committed these atrocities. Our posting should reflect that.

Mhmm- or learning to swim in slightly choppy water with a current you have to watch for,
Vs the middle of an apocalyptic continent-spanning hurricane, in CARBONATED (different density/boyancy requirements) water-
Makes sense- easier to learn the basics and to protect yourself, less existential risk in experimentation and so on..

Question: How do the Phoenix Avatars interact with their respective aspect warriors? Are they considered subordinate soldiers? Students? Something else? A combination?

Similarly, does Jane have any interactions with the Last Hunters beyond them being her elites?

… so, he's sane,
And full of regrets?
That's, still a lot better then some of us were afraid-
At least the door is open with at least some of his Sons..

I, agree on the chaos focus if things explode even worse-
I'd take oblivion over having my soul eaten/replaced by chaos god-ick and being used as a toy for the next 80 perceptual eons any day of the week.
I-
Aside from being unrestricted,
What was the word on the VD's actual endgame goal/motivation again, if we have any intel ic or ooc?
I'm positive I've asked before, feel like my head is a colander some times with all these holes.
From where you got this information?

Similarly, does Jane have any interactions with the Last Hunters beyond them being her elites?

Well she established their organization and taught many of the early generations herself. A fair part of their curriculum is still based on her writings and experiences.

I don't think she does much of the day-to-day with them anymore though.

I love the first to love emps hate in most stories

But there is 2 defining factors here

>he was insane during the GC as far this fic goes (wich he stoll guilty as he took the reckless and neglecting choice of spamming primarchs creation wich disfigured his soul and psyche),meaning most of his actions at the time were not really his

>he did suffer,10k+ years on the golden throne

As far those 2 go,he paid the the prize and did the time for his stupid mistakes (making the primarchs) and his evil actions

Just never let him in charge of anything ever again

Not sure if this has been brought up but is Vlad a potential candidate for becoming Tzeenth? I know he isn't a sorcerer but his whole deception thing seems like it would definitely qualify him as one. Also just seems really fitting in and out of universe considering all the memes.

*Everyone* is a potential Tzeentch candidate.

Vlad, is however, one of the more terrifying candidates. A backstab from his is as unlikely as it would be excruciating.

StormySky recently redeemed his emoji swap, and revealed that the globe with meridians can be swapped with a crown. New interpretation added to line one of the emoji prophecy deciphering doc at the bottom of the previous page.

Emoji Prediction Update said:
NEW INFO: StormySky's emoji swap resulted in the globe with meridians being traded for a crown. If we assume that the 'contract' on the left side of line one is actually a 'deed,' then that means that the creation of sorcery and daemon-binding arts is Be'lakor's crowning deed, the achievement that really brought him into the spotlight. It's something personal for him, which may be also why he's so keen on protecting it as an institution. Notably, 'meridians' doesn't just mean lines on a map, it can also mean 'zenith' or 'peak' in its astrological definition, which maps to 'crown' or 'crowning' having similar meaning pretty directly.

I also added a line to the Prophecy The First interpretation:

Tarot Prediction Update said:
Notably, the development of daemon binding seems to be Bel's crowning achievement, which may make the whole thing about defending it much more personal for him than usual.

1) Can the Deva World Network and the Webway interact? So go into a Deva World and come out of the Webway, or vice versa.
2) If not, is that something we can do within the timeframe of this quest?
3) Is it something the Eldar/Triumvirate will allow?

… you know what would be an absolute nightmare?
If -Be'lakor-
Was the one facing an assassination attempt/snuffing out by the Parasites in pre-emptive retribution for his planned attempt at reversing the bonds and enslaving them-
If he was able to set off a "fuck you, shitheap galaxy" shot in retaliation, and the whole thing went down in the warp…

I mean, from what you guys have worked out of the info we have, it's almost certainly something else,
But the thought of working out what's actually going to happen,
And finding out there's -literally- nothing we/the sane could do, isn't a, pleasent one

God, just imagine a second Grand Incursion, except replacing Isha with Be'lakor. That'd be top-grade nonsense.

EDIT: Hmn, how would that look...
We probably couldn't put Be'lakor in as secure a place as Itza, because there's always the chance that he's intending to pull some top-grade trickery bullshit. There's a solid chance that he's instead put in a gilded cage type area - pleasant, useful for doing approved things, but there's guards for keeping him in just as much as for keeping the rest of Chaos out, and he's being constantly watched (probably be the Ancient One) for if he's trying shit.

What this could mean is that Itza, instead of being the final layer, is put in place somewhere in the middle. Specifically, in a similar way to how the original GI had a massive ton of paths with only one actually going to Itza, this could have it be that once you reach Itza, there's another ton of potential paths, only one of which connects to where Be'lakor is being held. For Chaos, they'd need to pick the right path to get to Itza, probably get there again after Avernus shuffles everything like it did in the original GI, get through Itza, and then find the path to Be'lakor, while if Be'lakor wanted to escape, he'd need to get through his path, get through Itza, and then find whichever path leads to the exit (where he'd still need to fight through Chaos, which would, in this possibility, want him dead).

This would also mean that peoples' defenses would need to be bidirectional, or at least appear to be in order to be convincing.
