Chapter 78-- Exploring South Park
--The next day--

The women of vault 129 decided to prepare and rest for a day before doing an expedition to the new town in the other world.

'What the heck am I doing?' Karina thought to herself, 'I was on the road tracking down Regan, and now I'm back here again exploring some other world?'

It did feel as if her priorities were a little screwed up. Shouldn't she be out with the men trying to empower them to grow an army or something… or building more cars? All so that she could stop Regan?

Though, this other world was now important too… especially as a way to give the awakened women some new options whenever they'd like to start their lives over in their original universe, stay in the vault or go to a new world. Having more choices like that was important.

If they all woke up the women and had them move over to this world before finally sealing off the portal, then she wouldn't have to worry about Regan killing them all off like he did the men too. That would be great too.

All of the women thus far had paired up as they explored the towns in twos, though they had also taken care to keep their radios open on all their pip boys that Iona had jury-rigged into being a two-way radio so that they could all communicate with each other.

She was with Freya now, as they were exploring some neighborhood block.

"Ewww. look at that house. Is it seriously a neon lime green color??" Freya exclaimed in disgust at such an awful color.

Karina looked over, and sure enough, it was Bright Lime Green. The mailbox by that house read, "The Cartmans".

She then looked around at all the houses, and commented, "Did you notice that almost all the houses seem to be the same exact model and look completely alike? I wonder if the outrageous paint colors were their way of telling the houses apart."

Freya nodded. "I did notice that. They're most likely prefabbed houses that were built quickly so that people could move in without having to do anything. But… still… why such an ugly color?"

Karina chuckled. "Well… there are only so many colors you can use that aren't already taken by other people? Not to mention, the whole town looks garish with all the brightly colored buildings. Even on the main street, all the commercial buildings seem this way. Kinda makes me feel like I'm in an amusement park or a cartoon world, really. I wonder if the rest of the world where the town came from was like this, or it was just something the town did to increase tourism or something."

Freya nodded. "That's true. I still think this house is hard on the eyes though…"

They kept on walking until they noticed a very boxy-looking car parked in the driveway of a more neutral green-colored house. It was the color of granny smith apples.
Unknown to them, the car was a 1974 Ford LTD Country Squire, though they could see that it was a dark green car with wood paneling on the sides of the car. The paneling was offset by beige trim around the wood panels. The license plate on the back of the car read, "CHIEF69" on a background of white and black mountain graphic, and under that was smaller lettering which read "Colorado".

Well, that was a clue to where the town originally came from, heh.

"I see that they make their cars just as ugly as their houses," Freya commented, chuckling softly. "Look at it, it's so boxy that it looks like it could be drawn by a kid."

Looking at this car gave Karina an idea, however, and she said, "We should take it. Might be easier to drive around than walk around on foot, hmm?"

Freya nodded. "Sure. you want me to hotwire it or?"

Karina shook her head. "Let's look for cars keys first inside the house. If the car's parked here then the owner might've left the keys lying around before I brought the town to this world."

Freya just nodded again, and with that, they pretty much straight up broke into the house by breaking a window glass plane and then using their shrinking powers to get into the house.

Hey, if some of the women decided to live here they could always replace the window anyways.

Strangely, Karina felt both guilt and excitement at doing things that would've been highly illegal in the pre-war world.

They both returned back to normal size.. Or rather, Karina was at her normal size while Freya simply scaled herself up to a regular human size, as this house was definitely not designed to house a large amazon woman.

They found themselves in a living room, with pictures of a black man in a chief's hat on the walls.

The women looked at each other, and through an unspoken agreement, the two spilt up to go searching for anything that might look like car keys.

Karina looked in the obvious places first, like maybe a table by the entryway where most people might drop off keys. She found nothing there, and so went upstairs while Freya took the ground level.

It was highly obvious that this was the home of a single bachelor the more she looked around. Everything was sparsely decorated, and mainly things that a man might like. There were hardly any feminine touches around the house. And the main bedroom was decorated kind of tacky, like a white guy's idea of what a black man's tastes would be like if he was seeking to attract a mate. In other words, it all looked pimp-like, complete with silk sheets and tiger-printed comforters.

She also found out that the black man who was living here had a name. Jerome McElroy, according to the papers… but a lot of people apparently just called him Chief.

Finally found the car keys along with the keys to the house.

Karina walked downstairs, calling out Freya's name.

"Over here!" a voice said distantly, and Karina followed the sound.

Compared to the rest of the house, the kitchen looked like it was straight out of a magazine, looking every inch like a pro chief's kitchen, complete with two sets of ovens stacked on each other, a very large cooking range, and what looked like a ridiculously large fridge.

And….. there Freya was, eating right out of a chocolate ice cream tub with a spoon, and there were brown smears all around her mouth.

Karina raised her eyebrows. "Weren't we supposed to be looking for car keys?"

She wasn't too mad due to having found the keys anyways, but she couldn't resist poking fun at Freya.

Freya shrugged. As she paused from eating the ice cream she said, "I was. But when I came in here it occurred to me that there was all this food in the houses that nobody was going to eat, and that they might have an expiration date… I was also curious to see what this dude had in there that warranted such a ridiculously large fridge. I think he might be a professional cook or something, he's got several cuts of meat marinating in there. Very LARGE cuts."

Karina looked interested. "Oh, nice. We'd have to take them with us then. Can't let that go to waste."

Freya then grinned as she gestured at the large tub of chocolate ice cream. "Also, I think this is made with actual chocolate, not the faux chocolate we had growing up."

Karina's eyes widened at this. Their native homeworld was often short on resources in every single way possible, and not even cocoa bean farms were spared that fate. So, chocolate companies often had to get VERY creative in finding replacements that tasted close to the real thing.

"Oh? Let me try." Karina eagerly moved over and Freya dug out a second spoon from one of the drawers and handed it to her.

Karina scooped out a large chunk with her spoon, and then tasted it by sucking on the spoon. She nearly moaned at the taste, as it was friggin' AMAZING. Nothing like the "chocolate" they had growing up… there was really a strong difference in taste. And were there actual chocolate chips too in addition to the chocolate ice cream itself? That was so nice.

Freya smirked at her reaction. "I know, right?"

Karina then pulled out the keys that she had found. "Anyways…. I found the keys. Help me grab the food out of the fridge, and then we can go. We'll also take the ice cream to go, of course."

Freya grinned and saluted with the hand still holding her spoon since her other arm was still holding the large tub of ice cream. "Aye, aye, captain."

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Hours later, it was late noon but everyone was gathered around what looked to be the town's drive-in theatre. Karina and Freya weren't the only ones who found vehicles, though Cindy was the only one besides Karina and Freya who could properly drive the vehicles… because again not everything here was made for giant amazon women. The rest of the women had to take turns riding the back of the trucks they found, as the back of trucks was basically a one-seater for the women, they couldn't share at all.
Karina had radioed them about some of the foods she found, and so one of the vault amazons had the bright idea of finding a large grill for which they could cook the food, and so now they were all gathered around a large fire and a nearby coal grill as they all discussed what they had discovered thus far.
"This place also came with animals!" Jocelyn couldn't help but look enthusiastic, "there's two farms and a dairy processing plant to the west of here. One of the farms is a weed farm, and the other one is a wheat farm. But, the dairy processing plant is the one that caught my attention as they've got actual cows in a field over there. And, they look WAY healthier than the two-headed kind from our world. Ya know how I was planning to raise cows for their meat? That hasn't changed, but now I'm thinking that maybe I should shift the focus over to raising cows here instead of outside the vault over there?"
Isabella nodded. She had paired up with Jocelyn and had seen those things for herself. "I'm interested in the farms myself. I used to own a bakery, so I was thinking that maybe I could try to grow some grains to turn into bread and sell them. Shouldn't be so hard, right?"
She then smirked, "I could also sell some edibles as well from the weed farm…"
Everyone chuckled at that.
Cindy piped up. "To the east of here, Maria and I found this Equestrian Facility and they had stables full of horses. I was afraid about them not being able to feed themselves if we all couldn't be here all the time, so I let them out of the stables so that they could roam around in a grassy fenced area. Then one of them kept on trying to sexually mount all the other horses, regardless of their gender. It was awkward as hell."
Lauren perked up. "Oh? We could make some good money breeding those horses, both here and in our homeworld. Especially as we don't have vehicles anymore over there."
Maria nodded. "Si, that's what I was thinking too as well. I think I'd like to try living here and start up a horse farm, but… all the houses are too small for my new sexy body. It'd take us a while to rebuild a home to my liking. Ugh, Tan molesta."
At the last part, she pouted comically, causing others to chuckle again.
Iona then pointed out, "we can't exactly sell live cows and horses to our homeworld, considering how irradiated it is in some places. What if they're sensitive to radiation, or worse FEV? We'd have to find some way to make them immune to both FEV and radiation."
All the women blinked at this. This was actually a very good point.
Isbella then said, "what if we inject them with the serum that made us the way we are? I was reading up on the scientists' logs about what the serum did to us exactly, and apparently, all of us are immune to radiation and other forms of FEV now. Bigger cows would make for more meat, and it'd be nice for me to ride a horse that's suitable for my size."
Freya wrinkled her nose. "Ugh, I'd prefer it if my meat wasn't tampered with, thanks."
Cindy then spoke up. "I was able to purify myself and return myself back to normal thanks to training with Coupe. What if we purified the serum itself so that it didn't do anything to the cows and horses other than make them stronger against Radiation and things like that? This way they'd be safe for everyone?"
Iona perked up at that. "Hey, yeah, we should try that."
"You know… I've been thinking… I want to do that too, Cindy. Could you teach me too?" Asiri wondered.
Asiri had gotten used to being a muscular amazon, and even found herself still beautiful in this form. But, it seemed that she couldn't shake the cultural notion that men wouldn't find her attractive if she was too tall and too muscular….. That they might feel demasculinized just standing next to her? As a supermodel, she was all too unfortunately overly conscious of things like that, as she had to be on top of her career by following all the latest trends. And the more men were attracted to her, the more money she made.
Cindy nodded. "Sure. but I discovered that in order to get your body back, you need a good self-image that's not dependent on what others think of you. Otherwise, you won't get the kind of body you want when you cultivate and purify your body. Um… didn't you say a while ago that you were worried about what men would think of you if they saw you? You'd need to get rid of notions like that."
Karina smiled. "You know, Cindy, I've noticed that you've gotten much prettier than you were before. Is that the result of working on your self-image via magic?"
Cindy smiled shyly, blushing a little bit. "Um, yeah. I've always thought of myself as extremely plain. And it didn't help that my mom always wanted a pretty blonde daughter. She loved me all the same and wasn't abusive to me, but she exactly didn't hide that fact she thought I would be prettier if I was like the blonde cheerleaders in my school either… and that was pretty hard on my self-image. Coupe had to help me get over that and made me embrace myself more… that was the only way to get around a mental block I had, otherwise I wouldn't have been able to return to my original size."
Asiri looked mildly upset at that, almost like she wasn't sure if she could overcome that kind of "Mental block".
Maria then asked, "So… if I loved the way I am currently and purified myself, I'd still be a giant amazon? Since it depends on self-image so much?"
Cindy shrugged. "I think so?"
Maria grinned. "Cool."
Lauren then cleared her throat. "Let's get back on topic. I'm not sure we should be injecting the animals here with anything as they're the only batches of animals we have. The only way I'd consider it was if we had a way of cloning them. Then the originals would be safe while we experimented on the clones."
Karina nodded. That made sense... The last thing they all wanted to was accidentally kill off the whole herd of cows and horses as that would be their only source of food and income. She then asked, "Does the fallout shelter machine have a template for a food cloning room or what?"
"Hold on." Lauren paused the conversation to check on the large slabs of meat that were being cooked and flipped them over. While she was doing that she mulled over the list of rooms that the shelter machine could make.
She returned to her seat saying, "No, but it said that we could input new blueprints and templates for rooms to unlock more features. So if we get our hands on some cloning tech we could draft up a cloning room?"
Some of the women then turned their heads to look at Karina.
Karina grinned. "That's fine with me. Would y'all like to join hands with me and see if we can get something useful?"
The rest of them smiled and held hands in a circle all around the firepit, while Karina pulled on her power hoping that all of them would be able to become more self-sufficient--
https://stardewvalleywiki.com/Preserves_Jar_Productivity Roll 14
This page lists the productivity of processing Fruits, Vegetables, and Ginger into Jellies and Pickles and Roe into Aged Roe or Caviar in a Preserves Jar.
The products produced always sell for more than the raw input items (except in the case of gold or iridium Blackberries after learning the Bear's Knowledge), so using a Preserves Jar is almost always profitable. Jellies and Pickles are always of regular quality, so the profit made from processing items is lowest when using iridium quality and highest when using regular quality items.
Effect: Everyone now knows how to fully preserve food, and how much the jars of preserved foods would go in terms of price, in all universes. In Stardew Valley the average price is around 200 gold, while in South Park and prewar Earth, it would be 20 dollars each, depending on the quality. Save for the roe and caviar, the highest quality would be 150 dollars. In post-war Earth, they go for a lot of bottle caps. Up to 200 bottlecaps even if it's truly of the highest quality.
Everyone went quiet as they processed the sudden knowledge they were given, and Karina could only shake her head.
"Let me try again." She muttered. She focused more on a production room that they would all know to make.
https://graveyardkeeper.fandom.com/wiki/Cellar Roll 20
The cellar is primarily accessed through your house. It is used for storage, brewing, and winemaking. From here you can access tunnels the morgue, the church, the dungeon, the village, and the alchemy lab after you removed the blockages. In the beginning, it contains some broken barrels and sacks, that contain precious material, which helps you in the beginning. Removing those is also important to make space for new workstations to produce
red wine, a mug of beer, booze, a bottle of apple ferment, and a bottle of berry ferment. The chest there contains an interesting cooking recipe. Use it to learn how to prepare simple and tasty food.
Effect: Everyone gets physical copies of all the blueprints---of the cellar itself, the chests, and the devices designed to make fermented juices, beer, and wine. As there are 9 people in the group, the whole group now has nine of each copy of the blueprints.
Everyone let go of each other's hands to catch the rolled-up papers suddenly appearing.
Karina frowned as she opened up one of them to see that it was a blueprint for a room, and then opened up the rest of them to see diagrams for machines that… made alcoholic drinks??
"Oh come on, I was hoping for a room that would help clone animals, not an alcohol production room," Karina grumbled loudly.
Freya snickered. "Hey, it's fine with me. I think we could all do with drinks once in a while."
Everyone else nodded in agreement. While being able to clone animals would be nice, they weren't too terribly disappointed with this result either. In fact, having a stiff drink or two did fact sound very nice right now. It would be the perfect thing to top off the improv BBQ and outdoor camping party they were having right now.
Lauren seemed to read the mood around the campfire and looked as if she knew what everyone was thinking.
"Speaking of which…. There was a liquor store that I may or may not have raided…" Lauren said with a slightly cheeky expression on her face as she dragged out a bunch of large coolers that had both beer bottles and large bottles of champagne. The beer bottles were too tiny for the Amazons, so she handed them a large champagne bottle each as at their size it would be the size of a regular beer bottle anyways.
All the women cheered loudly at this as they each got a bottle. Several of them wasted no time uncorking the champagne bottle and then guzzling down the white froth that burst forth out of the bottle from the pressure.
Karina shook her head. She wasn't in the mood to drink if she was being honest, because she was frustrated at her power for not giving her exactly what she wanted. She mumbled out loud, "come on power if you aren't giving us tech to clone animals then give us more animals!"
https://speculativeevolution.fandom.com/wiki/Shagrat Roll 19
The shagrat is about 3.25 feet (1 meter) high at the shoulder and weighs 275 pounds (125 kilograms). It is a woolly, almost capybara-like ground squirrel with shaggy ragged fur, descended from the marmot, native to such northern tundra as the North European Ice. It is the largest mammal of the northern tundra. They are herd animals, living in large herds, often huddling together for warmth and for predator protection. They have short, stalky legs and small ears to reduce heat loss.
Shagrat herds spend their winters at the northern edge of the birch and conifer forest away to the south, where Paris was back during the human days. At the end of the long winter, they migrate back to the edge of the northern ice sheets to reach their summer grazing grounds. The females give birth in early spring, following a gestation period that lasts throughout the winter. In the middle of spring, about a third of each herd consists of youngsters.
Effect: Karina summons a whole large herd of Shagrats that can breed enough to create a dozen separate large herds for a few dozen generations before they become inbred. They actually come from a future supercontinent Earth not too dissimilar to the Novopangea before the ice age hit. So they'll be right at home in this Novopangea world that Karina just ended the ice age of.
There was the pitter-patting sound of small feet as a massive herd of what looked like Capybaras at first trotted down the street by the drive-in parking lot.
Karina looked over at them and then nodded. "Yeah, that's more like it."
Cindy snorted and slapped Karina on the back as she gave Karina a beer bottle. "Come on, Karina. You gonna relax a little bit, okay? Thanks to all the food you brought us and the fact that there are animals in this world, we're not desperate for food anytime. We can take our time brainstorming this problem and come up with a workaround."
Karina looked at the proffered beer and frowned. "Well…."
At Cindy's unimpressed stare, she sighed and took it. "Fine, fine. You win. No more worrying for tonight."
Cindy grinned when Karina opened up the beer bottle and started chugging away.
=====================================================
A/N: I wasn't going to do a by-play of every single notable location in south park… so instead I focused on things that the women would be most interested in…
Such as the wheat farm from the wheat ebola episode and the Teritdy Weed farm. The Dairy processing factory with alive cows from the episode where Cartman put Kenny's face into a milk carton as a prank. The episode where butterface got into horse dressage competitions with a super horny horse, etc.
The women are seeing if they can set up a living here long term, so farms, animals, and plants are definitely a big bonus here. And if all else fails they can always loot the entire town itself to bring resources back to the vault.
And of course, there were the rolls that somehow seemed to follow this theme…. Not that I'm complaining, makes it easier to write the episode.
Nice! Only thing missing now is some chickens and some pigs. Mmm bacon. And Pot Roasts and Ribs!
Btw, won't the town have more of the medicine ingredients they need for unthawing more vault dwellers?
In any case, I really think they need to find more people to help them keep the town working.
CHapter 79--Peace before the storm
A/N: this chapter feels sorta dull to me, but that's because Karina's just running errands to help build up both an army and doing some base-building for her ladies. ah well. It was so boring to me that I had to spice up things at the end there. XD
----------------------------
The improv BBQ party had lasted well into the late night, accompanied by a movie on the drive-in screen when one of them had the bright idea to check if the projector had any movies on it or not. And there was!
Unfortunately, the movie was a little bit of a mixed bag as there was entirely way too much cussing in it. It seemed like the people in the movie couldn't go for more than a minute without dropping the F-bomb and or any other swear words.
None of the women were prudes who hated swearing. In fact, most of them thought swearing was a healthy way to let off stress and pain. But even this got to be too much for them.
In the morning, they all woke up with mild hangovers. Though Karina got the worst of it as she had drank more than one beer bottle.
"Ow." Karina groaned as the sunlight hit her eyes and forced her to wake up with a throbbing headache.
https://fallout.fandom.com/wiki/Pendleton/Dialogue Roll 10
This is a transcript of dialogue with Pendleton. Pendleton is a Protectron serving as a vendor at the Whitespring Resort in Appalachia.
Effect: for ten hours, Karina has the ability of a somewhat skilled sales robot.
Was it wrong that she felt gratified at seeing others suffer the same way she was, as they all sat up from their sleeping bags groaning? Misery really did love company.
"I seriously need a painkiller," Cindy grumbled.
"There's a pharmacy in town. We should hit it." Lauren mumbled.
Karina blinked. She had honestly forgotten that a town like this one would most likely have a pharmacy too, along with a hospital. Could it also have some of the chems they needed to help awaken more women??
"Yeah, let's go," She found herself saying.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

The three of them took a flatbed truck, letting the other women nurse their hangovers while they drove to the pharmacy with Lauren riding in the back while Karina and Cindy sat inside the truck.

The pharmacy building itself seemed to be a small teal-colored building with red trim, with a bright red RX sign that contrasted against the teal color. Across the top of the building, there was white lettering that read, "South Park Pharmacy".

Karina frowned slightly at seeing how small this building was, and said out loud, "We should hit up the hospital too… see if they have stuff that would help with making the revival fluid."

Cindy blinked, having honestly forgotten about their mission to awaken other women too. "Oh, right! Yeah, we should do that too."

As they parked in front of the small building, Lauren looked over to the building and shook her head while the two smaller women stepped out of the truck. "There's no way I'm going to be able to fit in there. I'll have to wait out here."

Both Cindy and Karina nodded at their leader and walked inside. There was a bell over the door that rang as they walked inside, and with that, they split up to browse the wares that were on display.

There wasn't much here, it was mostly all the over-the-counter medication you could get without a doctor's note, along with a first aid kit, bandages, magazines, and stuff like that. There were even get-well cards here and the like.

It was still all very useful stuff however, and Cindy went to get a small shopping basket as that was the only thing they could find here so that she could grab everything she saw and shove it all into her shopping basket.

"I'm gonna go over the pharmacy counter to see what they have in the back. I'm sure they have harder stuff there," Karina said just before she hopped over the counter through the window into the backrooms.

There were some empty cardboard boxes, which Karina then used to grab everything that looked like medication to her, though she noted that some of them were bagged up with a receipt stapled to the brown paper bags, indicating which customer needed the medication.

There was even something called Ritalin for a young boy named Timmy. Seeing this caused a pang of guilt as Karina couldn't help but wonder if she made things harder for all the people who used to live in this town by making their entire town disappear, medications, and all that.

She then mentally slapped herself, reminding herself about the plan she had already cooked up for herself, in that she'd work with Iona to study how to send things back in time and how to drop off payments to all the people she'd stolen from.

With that reasoning, she was able to push down the guilt and ransack the place.

Once she grabbed everything in sight that she thought was important, she then carried all the boxes over to the pharmacy window where Cindy would grab them from the other side and carry it out to the truck for Lauren to hold on to.

As she crawled through the pharmacy window, she noted that half of the shelves were now bare, indicating that Cindy hadn't wasted any time either. She exited the pharmacy with Cindy carrying the rest of their loot and placed them in the back with Lauren and with that they were off back towards the Drive-in.

As Cindy drove, she handed Karina a bottle of painkillers. "Here. I've already taken a couple for myself, as did Lauren."

Karina nodded and took a couple of pills before putting the bottle of pills away.

Within minutes they were back at the drive-in, and it seemed that the women were feeling mostly better as they ate the remains of the BBQ leftovers. With the pills, they would finally get over that hangover.

After everything was settled, Lauren then had everyone gather around her as she went over the plans for today.

"Alright, today we're going to the hospital to collect the rest of the medication and other things in order to make the revival fluid for the rest of the ladies who are still sleeping. It's my hope that they'll be able to keep things in this town running while we get things up to speed, and we also need more hands to give our vault the overhaul it so sorely needs. I know we still have the issue of possibly not having enough food to feed everyone long-term, but I think this town currently has enough to feed a few more of us if the supermarket is anything to go by."

Everyone just nodded at this. Lauren then pointed at Asiri. "Asiri Rose, take those medical supplies back to Mr. Handy with Jocelyn Ross here. Hopefully, we'll get started on the next batch of revival fluid that way, especially if the robots are already finished with the hospital room."

Both Asiri Rose and Jocelyn Ross nodded and they moved to grab the boxes off the truck before trudging towards the portal back home.

Lauren then gestured at everyone else. "The rest of you, with me. Freya, Cindy, and Karina will drive while a few of us gets to ride in the back. Who gets to ride this time?"

Cindy got the flatbed truck again, while Karina got the ugly green car. Freya wound up with a hummer vehicle that was taken from some car dealership called Stevenson's Hummers.

That left one woman to ride in the back of the flatbed truck, while the remaining three women would have to walk on foot behind the moving vehicles.

All four did paper, scissors, and rock until Isbella won and got to ride while the rest of the three women pouted slightly as they followed the vehicles as everyone line up and slowly drove out of the drive-in's parking lot.

On their way to the hospital, they all passed Stevenson's Hummer car dealership place. That was when Karina had an idea. She opened up the two-way radio channel on her pip-boy and said to the other women, "I want to take those cars out of here and give them to Terry, see if he can't do anything with them. He was saying we needed more armored cars and more of an army to take on Regan."

"How? The portal's pretty small, the size of a broom closet." Cindy wondered out loud.

"I can shrink them down, remember?" Karina reminded her.

"Oh. right."

Lauren spoke up. "You go ahead. if you want to. There's enough of us to ransack the hospital and take everything we want, anyways."

Karina rolled down the window to give everyone a thumbs up before she drove off into the car dealership's parking lot.

Some moments later Karina was in the process of shrinking down her 10th hummer vehicle to the size of a medium-sized toy car when she decided to do this over and over was kind of tedious, since she had to shrink herself down and then back up once she let go of the car she was touching to do it to another car.

'Do I have to do this to every car here?' Karina then looked over the car park of the dealership, counting more than 50 hummers and there were more all around the building and inside the building. She then wondered, 'shouldn't I leave some for the women in case they want more cars, and not mention I don't think the men aboveground don't need this many.'

She nodded to herself, saying out loud, "Yeah, 10 cars is enough. Taking them all would just be overkill, considering we don't even have that many men up there."

She grabbed a shrunk suitcase out of her backpack, enlarged it, and then packed all the toy-sized hummers away into it before putting the suitcase in the passenger seat and getting back into her green car.

She was driving upwards to the overlook area where the sign reading "south park" and the Portal located a half-mile away from the said sign were when she spotted a gas station on the way there.

"Hm." Karina slowed to a stop as she thought, 'hummers are large vehicles. And weren't that type of vehicle known to be gas guzzlers before we invented fission engines that rendered oil engines nearly obsolete? Might need to get gas for the cars until we figure a way to rebuild the engines in them?'

She parked next to a refueling station and then went into the gas station to look for any gas cans that might be on sale… not that she was planning to leave cash on the counter for any of them, heh. That part still seriously felt weird to her… just raiding places like this at random.

Thankfully, there seemed to be a few gas cans, though too few for her tastes… there were only six of them. Karina humphed at this, thinking, 'This place is definitely no Red Rocket, that's for sure.'

They were all empty, so she had to lug them out by the car and start refilling the cans.

Weirdly enough there seemed to be different types of gas, such as Regular, Mid-grade, Premium, and Diesel. Karina was more used to fission engine cars, so she had no friggin' clue what any of this even meant. Would it be disastrous if she got the wrong type of gas for the hummers?

Did she even have to pick, or could she just mix all the gases together… or would that just utterly destroy all the engines or make the gas even more dangerous somehow?

Ugh, this sucked. She hated not knowing anything like this when it turned out to be so important.

On an alternate Earth, the penguins didn't evolve to be land dwellers who went into the ocean to get fish. Instead, they live in the ocean full time, and thus have a seal-like tail and also they give live birth to their young due to being unable to keep eggs warm in the freezing oceans.
There's a picture of the porpin in the link if you wanna see it.

Effect: large herds of Porpin are deposited in the oceans… which luckily do have plenty of aquatic lifeforms designed to live in the cold, so they won't starve.

Karina looked around and then sighed. That must've been another dud.

She pulled one more time. If this didn't work then she was gonna take this as a sign to just choose the regular gas instead of the other options. Because she honestly didn't know what the fuck to do here.

Cełszkitskią Kapitalistycznych Demokratycznych Republik is a ACDR republic. Its capital is Turnat Miasto and this republic is the most important republic in this country.
The SKDR (or ACDR in English), is a fictitious country. Is the richest country on the X Planet.
It is composed of 21 Capitalist Democratic Republics or 21 Kapitalistycznych Demokratycznych Republiki. The official language is mostly Polish, with a lot of Russian thrown in. In fact, Russian is a second language for a lot of Polish people living in this Republik.
This is due to the fact that in another reality, the Polish conquered the Russians and then had the Russians acclimate to becoming Polish while allowing them to keep a lot of their culture.

Effect: all the flora and fauna, along with the empty towns, cities, roads, and stuff appears, connecting the newly summoned South park to what appears to be a Polish-Russian country.
Karina won't notice any immediate effects, though the others will notice that there are now a whole lot of pine trees and stuff where there weren't any before outside of South Park.
The past ice age did not allow room for new forests to be grown outside of sheltered areas, after all.

Karina looked around, seeing nothing again. Yet another dud, AGAIN.

Well, she'll just take the Regular gas then.

She grabbed the gas cans and started filling them up one by one.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
--some long minutes later--
Terry was pretty enthusiastic when he saw all ten large hummer vehicles lined up in a row in the parking lot by the vault entrance, and more so when Karina told her that she also had gotten some extra gas for them all, though she didn't know if it was the right gas type.
"Alright. Maybe I was wrong to knock your power. It's definitely useful at times." Terry replied, "Now all we have to do is wire them up with guns and armor them up!"
Karina nodded. "Yeah. we just need to get a car garage set up and running, I think. Anyways, I have to go back in and help out my people."
At the last part, she waved at Terry and the other militiamen who were now checking out the hummers and went back inside.
She walked downstairs all the way to the portal, went through it to her parked green car, and then drove off to where she thought the hospital would be.
It was so weird driving through what was a ghost town like this, though she couldn't complain too much as she could easily run every red light and not get in trouble for it. Which was oddly thrilling.
The hospital turned out to be pretty easy to find, as it was one of the few buildings that weren't a one-story boxy building like so many others were on the main street. Instead, it was a four-story building with two wings added to it. It was a gray building with a brown roof and brown trims, and the windows were all tinted blue. For some reason, it had a sign all the way at the top of the building that read, "Hell's Pass Hospital."
Such an ominous name for a hospital… why wasn't it called the South Park Hospital?
And on the ground floor, there was an "emergency" sign on the entryway's portico.
Karina recognized the vehicles parked in front of the hospital, and all the ladies were coming in and out of the hospital carrying things back to the trucks and then coming back to get more boxes. Though it seemed that a lot of them had to stoop down a lot to enter and exit the building. After all, most buildings might be able to accommodate people who were tall at 7 to 8ft…. But a 10ft woman? Forget it.
She parked her car next to the other vehicles and stepped out.
Cindy was coming out just then with a large box full of things so Karina leaned against the truck as Cindy put the boxes into the flatbed truck and casually asked, "How's the hospital raid going?"
Cindy chuckled at how Karina worded that as she secured the boxes with some safety harness things that seemed to come with the flatbed trucks. "Pretty good. Though, there's something really fishy about this hospital."
"Oh?"
Cindy nodded slightly as she said, "a lot of the chems and medications seem to be all stored together improperly, and I swear in one of the rooms where they held the blood packs they were also storing blood packs with infected blood for lab study? They were all in the same fridges and the labels on them were so small that you wouldn't have noticed anything until you read the labels themselves. Putting infected blood packs in the fridge along with the healthy blood packs seems to be asking for a horrible accident to happen, you know? Like, they probably did accidentally infect a few healthy people that way, right? Dunno, that was something I noticed."
Freya was carrying over another box for the back of the truck when she caught wind of the conversation and had heard half of what Cindy was explaining what she found out.
Freya then commented, "I looked on some of their computers… seems that the hospital does have a few lawsuits against them for medical malpractice. So you aren't too far off there Cindy… By the way, Karina, you seriously should see the hospital's computers. It looks similar to our computers but they're WAY more advanced than our computers are. It's even got full color and you can have color pictures on it!"
Karina blinked. "Oh really." that was to both the malpractice comment and the high-tech computer comment, though she didn't know what else she could say to respond to both.
It was then that something bright and yellow moved in the corner of her eye, and she turned her head to see a bunch of canary-like birds settling down on the wires of the nearby telephone poles. There were more of them coming, looking like a large yellow cloud made up of a whole flock. What did you call a gathering of canaries, anyways? Karina knew that a gathering of crows was called a murder of crows.
Freya and Cindy turned their head to see what Karina was so distracted by, and Cindy gasped when she saw the canaries, or what she assumed them to be. "Oh, how cute!"
Freya tilted her head. "Huh. I didn't think there was such a thing as wild canaries, I've only seen them as pets. But I guess they had to be wild at one point."
The 8-inch yellow birds seemed to be all watching them intently, which was starting to give Karina a very uneasy feeling. "Um, girls? Those birds feel off to me somehow…."
That was when the large mobs of birds all attacked at once.
========================================================
A/N: next chapter is a Regan chapter, and then we'll get back to the ladies having to deal with omnivore birds who like to attack things to get at the meat, as the meat's a delicacy for them.
And here come the birds.
They were part of this Verina roll. Verina is a level in a platforming video game where it's supposed to be a planet where cities are high in the sky on floating islands and also there are giant tropical forests on the ground. the yellow birds were most prominent there and the only formidable enemy there, because the other enemies there were easy to beat but not the birds themselves. they were such a pain in the ass judging by the gameplay I saw when I watched a gameplay walkthrough of it on Youtube.
Seriously, they would divebomb you soon as they had enough numbers of birds coming in. so you'd be constantly divebombed by a lot of birds. and they would also divebomb other creatures on screen for some reason, just not the player character. so their aggression was quite high.
Well at least there are probably a few other species there now to help keep the Killer Canaries in check...
Also, Iona fangirling over the advanced computers makes sense, and I bet she'll hit the electronics store to get her own..
Chapters like this make me wonder about archeological research in 3000 years on this world. ''well, all the wild horses seems to descend from domestic horses. Somehow. A lot of ancient buildings seems to have wildly different architecture from eachother for some reason. The infamous death canary seem to be the incredibly numerous and only predator on the planet back then, but no idea how they evolved into this position without the ecosystem collapsing.''
The "travel between parallel earth" group would probably be heavily disputed by the scientific community, while ironically being right all along. XD
"You see, it explains everything if this earth was a hub for inter-dimensional travel between Earths! that's why we have so many wildly different cultures living here in one spot. the death canaries could've been dropped off here because they were too much of a pest on the Earth where they originally came from, long before this Earth became an interdimensional hub for people traveling between Earths."
"Ugh, not that crackpot theory again... everyone knows that interdimensional travel between Earths is way too difficult, I have a hard time believing that our ancestors had it way easier at interdimensional travel than we did!"
Chapter 80--The star trek replicator project finally gets done.
Summary for those who don't want to read about Regan's day--
Regan sorta has a tinker-like fugue but it's really just hyper fixation than a true fugue. He still manages to complete his project on the star trek replicator. It decidedly does not look like a real star trek replicator, but he claims this is just a working prototype that he can use to build even more streamlined replicators. The only problem is, it now needs a power source.
Along the way he summons a kitchen from Dungeon Keeper, which was cut from the main game… it can magically transform all types of corpses into deliciously cooked dishes. RNG and his ROB really want Regan to be a cannibal, huh? Lucky for Kevin it can transform any corpses besides human ones, so Regan summons a fair amount of tiny dinosaur birds which get turned into cooked birds the size of cooked quail. They are small enough to make a lemon wedge look huge next to it.
Regan gains the ability to be a TV producer and screenwriter, useless in this day and age.
Regan also summons a caddy car from GTA, but due to the low roll, it is so junked and missing both engine and tires. He decides he'll covert this into a war car for Warren, and if he doesn't like how small it is he can go shove it.
The next day, he needs something to barter with when going around the airport settlement looking for old engines and batteries that people might not need anymore. So he summons--A horror movie holotape, A whole box full of calculators, and The Neverending Story book.
The chapter ends with Kevin and Regan leaving the Hangar base to go exploring.
===================================================
After they woke up and had pickled Yoshi eggs and Bowser bread toast for breakfast, Regan wasted no time going through the things he had summoned the other night.
He waved Kevin off when Kevin said something about going out, as he claimed he wasn't good at this scavenging thing.
Regan hadn't been paying too much attention to the actual contents of Kevin's words beyond the basics, as he was mostly preoccupied with looking over the remains of a junked yet still advanced computer.
This old and well-worn advanced computer was great, he could easily rewire it all and put his replicator into the computer case, making it look like a nice professional-looking machine instead of something he cobbled together. In fact, it looked like he had everything here he needed to complete the replicator for good, especially if he started salvaging from other parts like the laser tripwire prison cell… he'd use those lasers for his replicator. Especially if he used the lasers as a matter materializer instead of a matter disintegrator… though it would work both ways if he wanted to recycle stuff.
He became so fixated on his task of salvaging whatever useful parts to build his replicator that he completely lost track of time.
It wasn't until Kevin came back and asked if they were gonna have a late lunch or what did Regan look at the time.
"Huh? No, it's still morning-- uh." Regan blinked as he noticed that the sun was at a completely different position outside than it was before. It now looked as if it was late noon.
Kevin smirked. "Wow, you were totally immersed in… whatever you were doing, huh? Mind if I go grab myself something to eat then? Or are you gonna summon something to eat?"
Kevin couldn't help but look hopeful. He had spent the whole morning wandering around the airport-turned-human settlement, getting to know people. Then he had gotten a tad hungry, only to be disgusted by what the humans here were cooking.
Squirrel bits on a stick, grilled rad roach, and the like? EWWWWW.
That was one thing about the post-apocalypse world that Kevin would never like, even though he had to admit that the idea of being instrumental in bringing back human civilization and being a hero to the people appealed greatly to him.
So yeah, he was hoping heavily that Regan would summon up another set of tasty burgers for him. Maybe some mondo burgers again? That had been so friggin' delicious as hell.
Both Regan and Kevin heard Regan's stomach rumble loudly at the mention of food, and Kevin grinned victoriously while Regan sighed.
"Alright, alright… I guess I do need a break. I didn't realize I was working for so long." Regan said as he pulled on his power--
https://dungeonkeeper.fandom.com/wiki/Kitchen roll 12
The Kitchen was a room that was cut from Dungeon Keeper. It was in the game as of early 1996. Its function was analogous to the Hatchery in that it provided food to creatures; however, it did this by converting corpses to food rather than by growing food. In the story booklet, The Dreadful Demise of Derek the Dauntless, Derek's corpse is taken to the dungeon's Kitchen after he is killed, presumably to be made into food like in the game.
Effect: a small room made from stone and wood appears just under the overhead loft of the airplane hangar, with an open archway just right by the stairs that you take up to the overhead loft where an office normally would be. It's got stone pillars at each corner of the small room, serving as a support system for the overhead loft.
Inside the room it's pretty dusty and full of cobwebs due to it being a roll 12, meaning it hasn't been properly cleaned and maintained for a while. But the most noticeable thing about the "kitchens" is that it doesn't even have any cooking appliances or wares, but instead a series of magical stone slabs built into the walls where you place the corpses for them to turn into properly cooked foods, such as steaks, etc.
Kevin looked mildly disappointed as something appeared in the hangar but it clearly wasn't food. "Alright, what is that?"
Regan brought up his UI window as he observed the new room, and then read off the information he got to Kevin, who paled considerably.
"Wait, you summoned a room that magically converts a corpse into cooked food? Ugh… no offense, but I'm not really a cannibal…." Kevin looked squeamish.
Regan rolled his eyes. "Relax, my man. It didn't specify human corpses did it now? It can be any corpse, from birds to cows."
Kevin relaxed. "Oh… right. That does make more sense."
He then went to look into the dark room, and then backed out quickly when he discovered a bunch of old cobwebs all over him. He grumbled out loud as he tore the cobwebs off himself, "Ughhh!! This room was clearly abandoned before, it needs a lot of cleaning."
Regan snickered. "Yeah. let's see if I can't summon something more edible."
https://speculativeevolution.fandom.com/wiki/Flurrit Roll 11
The Flurrit, Labisaurus alatus, is a spotted, gliding arbrosaur from the tropical rainforests of Malesia, in The New Dinosaurs: An Alternative Evolution.
As in all other tropical forest areas the arboreal animals of the Indomalayan ecozone have evolved into a vast variety of strange forms. Many of these have developed from the arbrosaurs of the other realms. The tropical forests here support an extensive range of plants, and so there are many different kinds of insects and plant-living creatures found in the forest. They in turn become prey for a wide variety of carnivorous (such as insectivorous) animals.
One insectivorous animal that is found only in the forests of the Malesian islands is the gliding arbrosaur known as the flurrit. Most arbrosaurs are able to leap great distances from branch to branch and from tree to tree, in order to look for more prey. The flurrit evolved its gliding habit from these beginnings. Flaps of skin, or patagia, between the forelimbs and the body, developed and became aerodynamic structures. These do not allow the animal literally to fly but they enable it to glide from one tree to another. The flurrit's glide path has an angle of descent of about 45 degrees which can be controlled to some extent by the positions of the arms. When not in use the patagia fold away against the animal's sides and do not interfere with its hunting. Like the other arbrosaurs, it feeds mainly on insects which it catches by winkling them out of their tree burrows with its long fingers. Different species of flurrit are found on other islands. They are distinguished from one another by their markings.
The flurrit is very small, its body and head being about 30 centimeters (1 foot) long. The underside of the wings has a very bright pattern, invisible when the wings are folded, and this is used for display and intimidation.
Effect: As it's a roll 11, Regan doesn't summon enough of the creatures to be able to breed and live long-term as a species. They would only be able to breed for two generations before they became heavily inbred and died out as a result of the inbred genetic disorders they would get. In other words, he summons 39 of them inside the plane hangar he has as his player home.
The Flurrit seemed confused at first but then leaped into the air to glide around as they looked around.
Regan wasted no time turning his left arm into a long whip-like tendril which he swung around in the air to grab the bird-like mammals and at the same time knock them out unconscious. He didn't get all of them though, he was only able to grab 9 of them. The rest of them started clinging to the rafters high where both Regan and Kevin couldn't get to them easily.
Regan observed the ones he did capture and then asked, "Hey, Kevin. You said you were fine with eating birds, right? How about some dinosaur birds?"
Kevin saw all of this happen in real-time, and he nodded. "Yeah, that's fine with me. I'm gonna go get a broom and a mop, a bucket full of water, and then we can test out that room after we clean it, alright?"
"Yeah, sounds good. Just let me grab the rest of them. They're so small I doubt we'll able to get a decent meal with only this much."
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

"Huh, neat. They look like cooked quail." Regan commented as the two of them watched the pile of small bird-dinosaur corpses on one of the cleaned slabs transform into a large plate of steaming hot tiny cooked meat that looked awfully a lot like tiny cooked chickens. They even looked like they had been cooked in broth and had their skins cooked to crispy perfection.

Regan had to admit that looked very delicious, so he eagerly grabbed the large plate and carried it out of there with Kevin following close behind.

He then placed it on the nearest surface that would pass for a very low table and then sat down on the ground next to it. Kevin followed suit, and with that, they started grabbing a cooked bird each and started eating.

"Hmm, not bad at all," Kevin said, just after having bit into it and swallowed it.

They sat there in companionable silence as they ate the birds.

The flavor was very gamey, as those birds were wild and weren't domesticated for eating… but it was also very juicy and tender. The meat practically fell off the bones!

"This is why I'll never be desperate enough to try grilled rad roaches. Not when there's plenty of nice things to eat with you around," Kevin said as he sat back patting his stomach in a satisfied manner.

Regan smirked. "You know, they used to say the same thing about lobsters. Did you know that historically lobsters were seen as sea cockroaches and that it was considered inhumane to feed prisoners lobster?"

Kevin gave Regan a flat look. "You do know I can talk to lobsters too, right? If anything that convinces me even more that I shouldn't be eating any roaches, period."

Regan's smirk grew into a big grin. "Hey, I'm just making conversation here, not trying to convince you. And I do admit that I feel sorry about all those poor folks out there, having to eat bugs to survive like that."

Kevin scoffed at that, but he smiled anyways to show that there were no hard feelings.

Once the plate was full of nothing but bones, the two of them got up to their feet.

"So, I'm gonna work on my replicator again. I'm this close to finishing it!" Regan replied, smiling as he gestured over at his project, which was now laying there in the middle of the ground floor with the assorted items he had summoned scattered all around it.

Kevin nodded. He then said, "Maybe I should find an old ruined car or something? Drag it all over here so you can work on a new vehicle when you're done. No offense, but I want to be able to go back home any time I want and your death would get in the way of this."

Regan sighed, remembering Warlord Warren's threat. "Yeah, that sounds good. And this way even if I manage to summon any more cars we can use that and the replicator as an excuse for how I managed to get it done so fast."

Kevin nodded. "Yeah."

With that, he went out again while Regan returned to work.

Regan's tunnel vision returned with full force, as he got to work on completing his replicator machine.

Finally, he was about done with the replicator when he was startled by a very loud crash outside.

Effect: Regan now knows all about producing TV shows and how to be a screenwriter.

He got to his feet quickly, and then opened one of the large hangar doors to see…

Kevin and a couple of men struggling with what looked like a wheel-less chassis frame, the kind that was supposed to support the whole car frame from the bottom up.

When Kevin saw that Regan had come out to see what the noise was, he then said, "Sorry for making noise. It's just heavy is all."

Regan just shrugged. He was already done with the replicator, mostly, all he needed was a power source for it. So he wasn't too upset at the interruption. He then looked up at the sky, seeing that it was already dark out with the full moon coming up.

He then said, "I'll help you all carry it, then."

With that, he went to Kevin's side and then grunted loudly as he hefted a part of the car chassis up into his shoulder.

https://gta.fandom.com/wiki/Caddy Roll 11
The Caddy is a golf cart in both the 3D Universe and HD Universe. In The Ballad of Gay Tony, it is manufactured by ProLaps, and in Grand Theft Auto V, it is manufactured by Nagasaki.

Effect: as it's a roll 11, it's effectively a junked golf cart. The caddy is mostly intact, but the engine is missing and so are the wheels. Good luck fixing this one. it spawns inside the hangar.

They all carried it inside through the open hangar door and then dropped it off not too far from the entrance once they were inside.

All the men let out a sigh of relief, now that they no longer had to carry this blasted thing anymore.

The two of the men who were helping Kevin and Regan out then looked around the hangar with interest. One said, "Huh. none of this was here before the last time I saw this place. You've gotten REAL busy ever since Han sold you this place, huh?"

Regan nodded, keeping his cool. "Yeah, I had to go haggle with those raiders over there for any junk they could send me. I also had some friends bring me stuff. I need this stuff if I'm to give that dumbass the battle cars he wants so badly."

At the last part, he rolled his eyes to indicate what he thought of Warlord Warren.

The other one chuckled. "Yeah, I heard about that. I'll admit, I thought you were a real goner as I thought nobody could get that done on such a short deadline. But, well… if you're able to get all of this in such a short time…"

Regan then walked over to the old golf caddy, gesturing at it. "I lucked out. I saw that there was stuff like this in airport storage. Back in prewar days, the airport staff working here would use caddies and air tug transports to move around while doing their jobs. And thankfully, nobody seemed to be using them or seemed to care that I was taking them. Thankfully, I know how to restore things like this."

Kevin raised his eyebrows. "I dunno if that warlord is going to be happy with such a tiny car though?"

Regan crossed his arms and said with a very serious look on his face. "I'll tell Warren that's what he gets for imposing such a stupid time limit on me. The one rule in business is, always to consider the Quality, Time, and Money put into any project. The simple fact is, the reality of things ensures that the shorter the time in any project is, the lower the quality is gonna be. Especially as he isn't even fuckin' paying me for my time in all of this besides sparing me my life! Which lowers the quality even more, as I haven't the money to buy more resources to make myself another nice car. It might be a shoddy, tiny-ass car but it'll work as expected. And if Warren isn't happy with that, then I'll gladly tell him to shove it up his ass even if that gets me killed. I hate having to do this shit for free, I'd rather be dead than not be paid a decent amount of money for this shit."

The two men watching and listening to this exchange laughed out loud at that, catching Regan and Kevin's attention.

They then moved back towards the exit doors of Regan's new home and waved as they said, "Well, we'll be best on our way then. Good luck with the cars."

Regan moved to close the large hangar doors shut and then locked it from the inside with one of those wooden bar locks, and then turned to Kevin.

"Come on, let me show off my finished replicator!" He said excitedly, as he rushed over to the new replicator. He gestured at it as he turned his head to look at Kevin, "It's done now. All it needs is a power source now. What do you think?"

Kevin looked it over, and what he saw was something like a retrofuturistic mission control console designed for collecting intel, sandwiched between two modern-looking computer towers. The replicator part was right there in the middle, on top of the mission control thing. That part was sandwiched between two monitors on each side, and then even more monitors over that.

He was sure all the monitors would seem impressive once they were all light up, but right now they were all pitch black and dead.

"Do you need that many computer monitors?" Kevin raised one eyebrow. "Is this just for the aesthetics or….?"

Regan said, "the monitors were attached to the hardware that I needed for the computing power, so I had no choice there. Besides, this is more of a prototype replicator that I'll use until I use this prototype replicator to build even better and more streamlined replicators."

"Ah. fair enough."

Regan let out a loud yawn. "I'd love to get started on the power source next, but…. Man, time went way by too fast and I'm more tired than I thought I was."

Kevin yawned in reaction to seeing Regan yawn and then nodded. "Yeah… me too."

With that, they turned in for the night.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The next day, after having a breakfast of pickled Yoshi eggs and browser bread toast again, Regan opted to go out with Kevin this time after locking up their hangar home base.
This time, he was gonna ask around if anybody had spare batteries and old engines they didn't want anymore.
This was under the disguise of making a working caddy car, as the caddy he summoned didn't even have an engine in it.
But before that, he needed some things to trade with… and he wasn't gonna trade away the food again, otherwise Kevin would get on his case. So he started pulling for things that he could trade away--
This was the kind of stuff they might expect a merchant to shove all the way down on the bottom of his bags and forget about until now, anyhow.
He tossed the holo-movie and the book into the box full of calculators, and he carried it out of the hangar and waited for Kevin to lock up the Hangar building before they left.
Reagan just kind of rubs me the wrong way, he's got this whole asshole attitude that just makes me hate him. I hope he gets what's coming to him in the future. Anyways looking forward to the next part.
Okay I just need something cleared. Did Regan get a book of the Never Ending Story or THE book itself. I vaguely remember there being a really important book in that movie that started the whole adventure.
No it isn't "THE BOOK". it's just the original novelization in which the movie was based on. :)
I'm pretty sure they're a complete minority. There's a reason why you started putting a "just skim this if you don't wanna read" at the start of Regans and not Karinas. I do read Regan too, even if I vastly prefer reading Karina.
Although, you should write your story in the way you feel like. I'm relatively certain most of us won't leave even if you do replace some Karina content with Regan content.
still, I suppose it could be fair to everyone if I put a spoiler summary for Karina too?
