We are of the Divine. Where is your sense of style and power? Your idea of brutal might and raw strength? One of the most important parts of being a God is the absolute hell you can unleash on your enemies. Consistent hellish smitings as well as benevolent blessings and wondrous miracles are the hallmarks of expertly managed Godhood Remember wrath and love in equal measure are the two main currencies of the greatest Gods be they good or evil.OK, but why? Surely there are more efficient ways to kill those enemies that we do make (and that can't be dealt with in any other way). And it would be my preference to make as few enemies as possible.
Right so things happened in the discord.
There is now interest in having Death + Earth + Decomposition + Insects going into an Aspect fusion of Ants + Wasp + Butterfly to make Stone Butterflies.
Apparently where we live should have Fire Ants, and two species of Butterfly which live symbiotically with Fire Ants. One of those being Metallic Butterflies.
Now, just imagine a cloud of these:
Made of heated Ash and the Hot Black Flame.
I SUPPORT THIS MOTION ENTIRELY!
FREAKING VOLCANO DOOM BUTTERFLIES!
I have to oppose this plan, because it doesn't have the same thematic symbolism for reincarnation as a songbird phoenix, thus it provides no continuing incentive for my "reincarnation with memories intact" plan. Plus, someone already drew fanart for our phoenix form!
Also, we're not injecting anyone with lava. That's bad, we're a benevolent god.
I guess I better get on the discord... though I wish it didn't exist, so that everyone would be forced to talk in one place.
Okay, I'm trying not to be stupid opaque about things. I'm also not trying to reveal literally everything. That said:
Most acts that are at least kind of benevolent to mortals will generate some faith progress. Which means you have already generated some faith progress by presiding over the rites last turn.
The thing with inspires is that they're significantly more effective for it.
You got your description of what they're like now in the last update. They haven't changed a whole lot except that there's greater reverence and fervor in them now.[X] Preside over the Death Rites at Kut (Unlocked by Settlement DOGMA/Ritualist Skill) (Generates DE): Free
@Powerofmind what are the Death Rites of the Kut like now and what were they like before? Also general Omake policy?
Was the language lore post a reward for the bit of analysis I did on the saying? You got your description of what they're like now in the last update. They haven't changed a whole lot except that there's greater reverence and fervor in them now.
Omakes are fine. I don't want to commit especially hard to specific rewards.
I may have been inspired by it, yes. But I suspect Wheel of Time was asking about rewarding omakes mechanically. Was the language lore post a reward for the bit of analysis I did on the saying?
Just wanted some confirmation for quality work being potentially rewarded tbh. Also as an excuse to keep onI may have been inspired by it, yes. But I suspect Wheel of Time was asking about rewarding omakes mechanically.
Actually I'm pretty sure it's that Ritualist is <3 so we're getting random rituals and unable to do directed research until we have 3.Can I just say that I love how that actions is unlocked by Ritualist<3?
Yeah, the space made it clear.Actually I'm pretty sure it's that Ritualist is <3 so we're getting random rituals and unable to do directed research until we have 3.

If it's based on the adamantoise? They actually have a shell that's big enough that it could pass for a mountain.
It wouldn't be difficult to build a village on it's back.
