    o_O Call me crazy but I have this sneaking suspicion that Miyu's past isn't nearly as boring as Kiku likely thinks it is.

    On the other hand, five dots in cooking? That lady can probably whip a five star feast from noting but stale biscuits and spam.

    From what I understand bonus points are enhancements to a stat/skill at the moment of Exaltation whereas the 'normal' dots are their inherant abilities and learned skills. Yes, Athletics, Brawl, Cooking, Dodge and Firearms have been buffed but the skills I bolded seem rather unusual for a typical house wife.

    I mean a five in larceny, stealth, and performance with a four in firearms and brawl? Sure, if she was a native of Nerima at some of these could be explained (though not the firearms and she would have had something in martial arts). As it is, she looks more like a spy/ninja/secret agent that decided to retire.

    Going by the numbers, she's a good enough brawler that she might land a lucky hit on Ranma, even before bonus points.

    Depends on if the organization was genre savvy or not.

    Because when your deadliest asset/assassin/spy etc goes "I'm getting out of the business and retiring." you let them and fork over any back pay. Because if you don't, said asset might be somewhat ticked and the result won't be good for you.

    I mean thinking she went all action hero beforehnd is a bit extreme... ...on the other hand she's from the universe that actively contained ranma (and his 'friends') antics.

    I mean, she has to have gotten those skills somewhere. An "average" human has 2 dots in a given skill or attribute that they use on a regular basis, such as if it's a major part of what they do for their job. 3 dots is for a person who is exceptional, 4 is a person who might be considered "the best" at what they do. 5... 5 dots is only supposed to go to people who are the actual absolute best that is mortally possible; 5 is for people who have dedicated their lives to perfecting an art, and could be said to have succeeded.

    I'm recalling these directly from 2e, but I don't recall it being any different when I was looking at the core book for 3e. The core books are even explicit in saying that the player characters likely having 5 in multiple skills before their exaltation is freaking insane, and marks them as being 1 in a million+ prodigies at the very least.

    She has a 5 naturally in Stealth, Performance, and Larceny. As in, from before her exaltation. That is 3 skills, all of which have nothing to do with being a stay-at-home housewife and everything to do with being a ninja, spy, or assassin. Couple that with her also having 4 natural dots in Firearms, Brawl and Socialize, all of which have been increased to 5 with her bonus points. As has Athletics which was at a natural 3.

    If you don't want us to think she was secretly some kind of uber-spy ninja assassin, don't give us a character sheet which says she was some kind of uber-spy ninja assassin.

    I can't figure out what sort of vehicle you're talking about here. None of my Googling turned up any such thing as a Honda Type 73 truck. I can find a Mitsubishi Type 73 (looks like a Jeep CJ-3B), I can find a Toyota Type 73 (a 3.5 ton truck) a Hitachi Type 73 (artillery tractor) and even a Type 73 APC (made by Mitsubishi) but Google can't find any Type 73 truck made by Honda.

    You have a recurring typo all throughout your story, in almost every chapter. Every time you should have written "past" you wrote "passed" instead.
