A Galaxy in Turmoil!

One year has passed since the Civil war for the Secession of a New government, and the War Rages on, with no signs of stopping, even as a lull in the wars battles and major fleet movements stopped.

A Stalemate had occurred. One that was by design of the man who had, by all accounts started the war.

After The Sith Lord Darth Sidious executed order 66, hundreds of Jedi were killed or critically wounded by the Clone troopers who had no choice but to obey the orders given to them. They were forced to fight for over ten minutes before the Now Acting Chancellor Bail Organa could call it off.

But the damage was done. The Jedi were in disarray, and distrustful of any forces that had once been their closest allies.

They retreated to the temple.

Having withdrawn themselves from the Galaxy at large.

Not all agreed with this change in fortunes. But even then, they could not change the future.

Not yet… not until the time was right.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The Force is strong with this one.

Do you not think we haven't tried. They are making a mistake!

We will do what is necessary to save the Jedi Order!

If you walk away, you will no longer be Jedi!

I would rather be an exile, and loyal to the Chancellor than to a Failing Republic!

We cannot stand by while the Galaxy dies around us!
-------------------------------------------------

Welcome Jacen Skywalker, to your family.

Wait, were they not criminals anymore? Awesome!

You may now kiss the Bride!

Ahsoka, Thank you for...being my padawan.

Adopt them ALL!

Master PLO, we can't!

ADOPT THEM ALL!

This Council has made a decision… Welcome to the Council…

Knight Skywalker.

Master Dooku...The only reason you are not in prison right now, is because the Chancellor wishes to here what you have to say.
----------------------------------------

You awoke with a blistering headache. You opened your eyes to see the very bright light of the medical halls of the Temple… and a Bacta tank.

"Master Agruuva…! Wake up, Laron's Awake!" A voice cried. "He's finally awake!"

"Oh, he's going to hate looking at his side for a few weeks, with how scarred his body is," Agruvva said. "Ah… my boy, glad you are back to the land of the living."

The Gen'dai Jedi knight was hiding behind his helmet, yet you could feel his presence and his happiness through the Force. "How… long?" You asked.

"Six months… You took quite the beating my boy… but thankfully, You survived… though many more were not so lucky." His voice softened.

"War?" You asked.

"Afraid that it is still ongoing… but a stalemate." He replied. "You should wait a little while longer. We have important information to get you up to speed for… But you should rest. You need it."

"No, I need to-" You groaned in pain. "Ow!"

"Rest… Master Kenobi will be here soon." Aggruva replied.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

When you awoke again, Ahsoka, Bariss, Ordo, Anakin, Senator Skywalker, Master Kenobi… and Master Windu were all there waiting for you.

"Hello, everyone!" You smiled underneath the mask. "I'm-"

"It's alright Laron… You are confused and you have survived much in the last few months… We were unsure if you would wake up." Master Kenobi said.

"Stop being so negative master, he's awake." Anakin said with a smile.

You looked at Anakin and saw him dressed in darker robes? Ahsoka also was dressed more… battle-ready and less child-like… and she had a shoto? And she was on crutches? She was hurt? Or was she crippled?

Everyone else seemed the same but… Bariss also felt… happier, a lighter and bouncier step to her, like she finally… was free of the stress… of her.. .secrets.

"Come on, get him out of the tank, let him breathe some air." Ordo stated. "He's been in there long enough."
--------------------------

The air felt painful.

"What happened?" You coughed. "What happened to… everything?"

Obi-Wan sighed. "What would you like to know about?"

What do you ask?:

[]The War: What's the state of the War? Aggruva didn't say anything… just… that there was no more fighting?"

[]The Republic: How… did the Republic survive this… whatever Palpatine did to us?

[]The Jedi: I felt so much in the Force… but… did the Order Succeed… How many Jedi died?

[]Bariss: Bariss… You're different… Where's your padawan braid… and where is your lightsaber?

[]Ahsoka: Why are you on crutches? Did someone beat you up? What happened to you?

[]The Force: The force feels… Clearer… Clearer than it has been...since… Ever in my life… Like there is no more darkness clouding us.

Tarkin's Favor and Folly
Tarkin's Favor and Folly

(Tarkin POV)

It was a difficult thing to admit to being wrong...but it was far more dangerous to let one's pride and sense of ego cloud judgment.

How could you have been so blind on what should have been so obvious? What about Palpatine and this situation of the War caused you to put aside your intellectual and rational mind and let him take sway?
Was it the Firey Speeches? The Plans to honor your kinsman Randolph? The greater funding to the Outer Rim Judicials? Or was it that he spoke to the heart of a difficult situation?
He offered a solution to a dying republic, he gave answers to where once none seemed to exist.

Damn...how long had Palpatine played you along?

"Chief Tarkin, the Files on the Officers are here", an Aide said over the intercom. "Shall I send it with the drink you requested?"

"Yes...and make sure your tasks are finished before leaving...I'll be staying late tonight. Again", you said as the files and the bottle of Corellian Brandy were brought in.

The Files were up to your chin, most of them relating to Officers who recently graduated to the Academy on the 90-day training regime.

It was going to be a long night indeed.

As you went through the various Files, you shook your head. Quite a few of them showed promise, sure. But 90 days was a short time to become decent Officers, no matter how much you crammed into them.

Many of these Graduates would have to hone their skills in the field...or die trying.

Hmmm...

Hmmm...Ahh, someone looked promising? This early?

You opened the File and sighed. "Maximilian Veers, Republic Armored Calvary."

Impressive showings in Mock battles between the Clone Training Batallion, unorthodox, ruthless, and without many political connections.
Hmm, this man had a future.

So did some others he found as he looked through the files.
But most of them were simply just not ready for the Frontlines. And yet, they had no choice but to place them there.

Surprising no one more then yourself, you actually found yourself missing the Jedi as Commanders. Sure, you had had his criticism of them and their Leadership in the past - and still did - but at it still had been better then the current situation.

It was especially apparent that despite your own misgivings, the Jedi themselves have adapted to many points of command. For one thing their ability to adapt to strategic command and knowledge of customs made occupation very much less of a chore.
It wasn't a proper military structure...nor were the Jedi qualified at all, but they did, like their forefathers before them step up when war came to the Galaxy.

It was almost admirable in how they did it, yet also concerning given...recent events.

The news that 100 Jedi had defected and, likely, joined Palpatine were concerning to say the least. You were well read in Galactic History. The last time such a Schism had shook the Jedi Order, it had lead to the devastation of the New Sith Wars, culminating in the Battle of Ruusan. And that had only been 50 Jedi defecting.

Though one must consider the other options they may have had?
Exile, personal rapprochement to family, Draft Dodging and other crimes that may or may not be happening...the Jedi haven't yet allowed you to see into their records on this situation.

Mace Windu had said "A Full and detailed report is being compiled per your request...and it will take time."

Time was something the Republic was slowly losing...

Between the raids in the Midrim, a Sith Lord on the Loose with an apprentice that had more or less gone rogue from said Lord...
Hundreds of Jedi going out of their way to be loyal to a traitor and a lack of officers to pick up the slack in the line left behind, it was a miracle that Order 66 didn't destroy the republic outright and force a Galactice Warlord Period...

The Universe knows you had enough problems at this point.

You poured another glass of brandy.

"What next...?"

Your eyes came to rest on another report, one brought in earlier.

You scowled. Oh, right. The kriffing Logistical issues.

Now, the Logistical nightmare that was the republic military took the power of a dark unfeeling god to truly understand. One that could fill several training manuals and logistical simulations on why logistics is important.

And that was just the Clone Army...

Now, the clone army you could handle with enough time, energy and underpaid soldiers looking for work. No...the real nightmare was the Volunteer army's that Garm Bel Iblis sought to open the floodgate for by creating his own.

You looked at the report again and gagged. So many Weapons deficits. So much armor requisitions! And it was getting bigger by the day.

Granted, you saw the potential benefits of such a Volunteer Army. But without sufficient Armor and Weapons, it was a Pipe Dream at best and a colossal waste at worst.

"Damn Garm and his Anti-Palpatine Ambitions", you mused.

Now...where were you...ahh yes.

Your Staff.

While Yularen was in charge of all Fleet operations, he was only one man in the Totempole of the Wider Republic Military. But before you could take proper notice of the Papers concerning this topic...

"Chief Tarkin...that report on Jedi defectors has arrived", the aide said over intercom.

Ah. It was finally here.

You sat down and began to read through the names.

The first one to catch your eye...Master Pong Krell.

You snorted. Not surprising. You had met Krell once and it had been a thoroughly unpleasant experience. The Casualty Rates alone made even you gag. 85%...in one battle.

Disgraceful.

Not to mention his attitude. At times, it seemed almost like he didn't care about the Greater War at all beyond his own personal Success and Victories. Perhaps that had been exactly the case...

You shook your head as you continued down the list. Some of the Names you recognized, others you did not.

Okay...this was interesting two more were coming up. Sora Bulq, legendary lightsaber duelist, master of the order...Student of Vaapad and fallen jedi warlord under mercenary contract with the CIS...he's been busy in the last several months. Kadrian Sey, Jedi Knight, difficult individual to work with even at the best of times. Also working for the CIS as a mercenary.

It was a disturbing trend that some of them now worked with the enemies of the Republic. Now you only hoped it didn't get worse.

You chuckled tiredly at that. This entire damn War had had a trend of 'and then it got worse'. Why should it stop anytime soon?

Still, ultimately, that just meant you and your fellow Officers would have to keep going more then ever.

You had a duty to fulfill and you would not fail.

The Force (CK2 Turn 1)
The Force (CK2 Turn 1):

You didn't know how to feel when you felt the force, but it felt clearer… clearer than anytime you had felt through the force. It was as if… a veil or a shadow that had blinded you for the entire, now lifted, and the Force itself… felt clearer…

No, it felt… happier. You could feel the whole planet and there was a joy… a sheer indescribable joy from the Force itself. Like it was choking, now it could breathe easily. "Why does the force feel… Different?" You asked, and all the Jedi there could only look at each other, and then to Anakin.

"You didn't know? You couldn't feel anything when you were unconscious?" He asked as he stood, and turned towards the Senate building.

"No." You replied. "I could only feel Master Aggruva when I woke up. Everything else felt… strange?"

Anakin frowned. "Palpatine had… done something to the Force during his career. We do not know how or why, but he used sith Alchemy to cause the old sith Temple below the Temple itself to start shrouding the planet in darkness, soon using it as a catalyst to spread the darkness over the course of the war." He then gave a smile.

"Why are you smiling, isn't the sith temple below our own temple a bad thing?" You asked.

"Not when we blow the damn thing to high heaven," Ahsoka said, causing the old librarian to laugh.

"To think, I had to use the old explosives that were in the Archives in such a way to not make the temple collapse… or destroy the Sith Archives," Aggruva replied. "I always wanted to blow up sith artifacts, been far too long since I or Yoda got the chance to do that… almost five hundred years now."

You raised an eyebrow in confusion. "So… what did it cause a domino effect?"

Everyone looked to Anakin. "Well… Kinda?"

"What happened?" You asked.

"You see… Anakin…" Ahsoka shook her head. "I still don't know how he did it but… He channeled the light side and the Darkside in such a way that it canceled it out. Or just bring it back to the state it was in a thousand years ago." She paused and shook her head. "Or… Something."

"The Council made him a member on the spot after that," Barris replied as she looked at your injuries. "May I?"

"I… sure?" You replied as you felt the healing power of the force enter your body… and it was unlike any force healing you had done… or felt before. It was not just an invigorating sensation… but a truly connective one. You felt Barriss' Life force help you.

"Wow." You said as she stopped. "That was… how?"

"The force without that darkness and…. Clouding allows us to help so much more." She replied. "A few healers went down to the lower levels and opened some clinics for a few weeks and the patients they helped have claimed they never felt better before in their lives. Some of the clones too… say that the healing of the Force is better than any bacta they have ever had."

"Your saying… the force is more powerful than before?" You asked.

"No… I'm saying the force is back to the power that it always had." Bariss replied. "Now that Palpatine no longer has… done whatever he did to it."

You smiled. "Well, if it makes that sith bantha feel worse… I'd take it any day. So when can I leave?"

"Tomorrow. Promise." Bariss replied. "But you are under strict limited movement until I give you the all clear. You hear me?"

"Yes Bariss." You replied.

You smiled as the Chancellor and you shook hands, smiling for the cameras as you met outside the office. "I am grateful that you are alive Padawan." He stated. "The Republic, and I, are in your eternal gratitude."

"Thank you, chancellor." You replied, as the holo camera broadcasted your grin across the galaxy. It was the little things in life that made things so enjoyable. In fact, just a few months ago, Sheev Palpatine was the man in the office. And how things have changed.

That sleemo sith scumbag was now halfway across the galaxy with his tail tucked between his legs, trying desperately to keep his own alliance alive while you survived his killing blow…

That he also seemed to stop corrupting the force with his Influence and has forced the greatest change to the Jedi order has had since the Russan Reformations.

"I have never lost faith in the Republic, the force, or the Jedi, and May my faith continues to be rewarded by the leadership of those who truly believe in Democracy, and the Rights of all."

You might want to send him a letter, thanking him for all the good he inadvertently caused.

But as the Cameras stopped recording and the pleasantries and reporters have been led away and the office doors closed behind you, you saw Bail's kindly face become filled with relief and worry. "When I heard you had awakened, I was trying my best not to jump with joy."

"I'm glad, I'm also glad you let me meet you." You replied. "But, why did you want me to meet you?"

Bail smiled as he took a seat. "The Republic for a lack of a better word has failed in its duties to protect the citizens of its territory. Of the people, I am now supposed to represent." His smile dropped and he than frowned. "Palpatine has left the entire state in a near Crippling amount of debt, and it is well that the banks have not been deregulated, or the treasury defaulted, and the mounting deficit ceiling continued to be pushed further upwards to stave off financial ruin."

He sighed. "The Grand Army of the Republic and Clone legions are not the same force. The Republic's army has called volunteer units all over the Core and inner and mid rim. And millions have answered. But the Army was prepared for only a million volunteers. We have ten million from all across the galaxy, with varying degrees of skills, competency, and experience. They are not like the clones… They will need and want to be paid. We're lacking experience officers among the lower ranks, and I cannot do anything but do as my staff have requested and allow officers' training to occur, and give three months of training for NCOs that are currently looking for a commission based on competence..."

He shook his head. "I'm sorry I must be boring you now with this politics."

"No, you're just frustrated and speaking your mind, I understand." You stated. "Keep going if you like."

Bail smiled. "You know, Padme always said you were cynical… I'm finding that very hard to believe."

"Perhaps I am cynical of the unchanging nature… and am happy to finally see change." You replied. "Or maybe I just am now seeing things in a different light, I don't know."

"But you are still going to help the Republic?" He asked with a grim look on his face. "Can we count on the Jedi?"

You nodded. "I cannot speak for the Jedi Chancellor. But what I can speak for is for the people like me." You glared into his eyes. "Keep giving people a reason to believe in the Republic. That will do more than any grand victory in this war."

"And you think that I will change the republic?"

"Term limits might help?" you said sarcastically.

Reward:

You have met the Chancellor and have given him hope. And he has given you hope that the Republic will survive the coming crisis… And be better for it.

As it turns out, you being seen alive and well and supporting the Chancellor has allowed him to pass new legislation…

The kind that could save this Republic.

You have a feeling that somewhere, somehow… Palpatine is livid, and really wants you dead…

It must be nothing. He always wants to kill you.

-[X]The Compay Store: The Null Fuels has been leaderless for the last few months. You need to check in and find out if you need to play… politics. Cost 0 Credits Roll Needed: 40 Reward: You meet the company, and find out if the Republic is about to make things worse. Rolled: D100 => 5+10=15

What you learned was the following.

Null Fuels was in a bitter battle to remain independent from the Separatist corporations, particularly The Trade Federation, Czerka Corporations, and even the Banking Clan.

Your near-death has spiraled the company into a very dangerous legal position where they could not continue with business as usual.

Even with you still alive, it would mean that you would now have to wage corporate war on private entities. And as a Jedi, you were not legally able to do that.

Failure:

The Null Fuels, along with the Ten Percent market share of the hyperspace fuel is in danger of being absorbed by entities that do not hold there, and by that meaning… The Republics, best interests at heart.

New Action Available.

-[X]The Stock Market: Oh… The Company wishes you to participate in their investment meeting… You can't really refuse… not without looking bad. Cost: 10,000 Credits. Rolls needed: 100% Reward: You go to the Market. Rolled:D100 => 1+10=11

To describe the entire Market as bad was an understatement.

The entire market was closed and even with your connections, both in the business and political world, they would not let you in.

Or so you thought.

You had been able to only buy some shares of Null Fuels, on the open market, and to cement yourself into a nice 49% hold of the company itself.

Almost 50%...

But not enough.

-[X]The Jedi Schism: The Jedi are at a crossroads. One that you cannot stand by and allow others to work through. Roll needed: 0 Reward: The Jedi Order is scared and afraid. But even with the Padawans screaming for an Army of Light, others have ideas far less radical. And then there is you… the appointed leader of the Padawan Resistance. WHY? Rolled: D100 => 96+10=106

Well, you can certainly say this…

Why did the Council see fit to make you the one who had to deal with this!?

Because why were they blaming you for all their problems, you just helped a friend!

Anakin, you should be helping me!

(Continued in: The Padawan's Problems, as Described by Laron Null)

-[X]I am the Force, and the Force is Me: You want to feel the force, meditate, and feel… how much the galaxy has changed in the time you were asleep. Roll needed: 70% (30>) Reward: You feel the Force, and The Force Feels you. Rolled:D100 => 98+10=108

You smiled as you saw the Father. "Oh… It's you again." He said with a groan. "You are worse than that Skywalker in some ways did you know that?"

(Continued in: The Force And You.)

-[X]The Master and Apprentice: Master Kenobi gave you a hug and you felt the tears on his face. "I thought I lost you Laron." He said with such warmth that it reminded you of… your first master. Rolls needed: 90% Reward: You spend time with Master Kenobi. Rolled: D100 => 68+10=78

To describe the feeling you felt seeing Master Kenobi again was… well like trying to describe the living force. It was indescribable.

The hug he gave was like a father that had seen a miracle, and in a sense, he did. You both held each other in an embrace that, if there was anyone around, would have deemed inappropriate.

You disagreed. Master Kenobi disagreed.

Anyone with a heart, which was anyone who was not named Master Windu and those traitorous one hundred Jedi that left… would as well.

There were some things that could only be felt through the force, and that of an understanding between two people who cared for one another.

Master Kenobi was not your father, nor you, his son. But nothing matters between blood, for a relationship, was just two people understanding one another.

And you understood that you cared for each other so much, that there was nothing in the galaxy that would stop you from having that kind of connection.

"I thought I lost you Laron." He said with such warmth that it reminded you of… your first master. But it was different. So much different.

"I thought I did too." You said, trying to find… something else to say, as he let go.

You both then took a step back to compose yourselves. "Master. I have… so much to talk about."

"Then let's talk my young Padawan." He said with a smile, sitting down.

And you did.

Reward: You spent time with Master Kenobi.

New Action Available.

All Diplomacy rolls are increased by 10 next turn.

AN: enjoy.

Palpatine Negaverse Quest, Part 2: I AM the Senate Salt!!!, Turn 1 Rumor Mill
Palpatine Negaverse Quest, Part 2: I AM the Senate Salt!!!, Turn 1 Rumor Mill

*rolls*

...

So, um...bad News or REALLY bad News first?

*sigh*

Just hit us with the bad. To ease us into it.

Of course we would have problems again right at the start...

While that prospect sucks, how bad could it be, really? Even if Order 66 lasted only ten Minutes before getting shut down, it still did tons of damage. And besides, as long as we are finally rid of He-Who-Shall-Not-be-Named, it's all good.

For the love of the dark side of the force, don't jinx it!!!

Oh come ON. We rolled a 92 on the wounding Roll against him when we activated Order 66! The chances of him surving are so slim, it's not even funny.

No, I am certain we are finally rid of that pest once and for all.

Laron rolled a Nat100 on his survival Roll. And an 85 on his recovery Roll.

Aka, he is alive, has woken up from his coma and is on the way back to full health.

...Yeah.

OH FOR KRIFF'S SAKE!!!

NOOOO!!! WHYYYY?!? AAAARGH!!!!

FOR CRYING OUT LOUD, DICE GODS!!! The ONE Jedi we absolutely, positively, totally NEEDED to die and you let him live?!?

Screw you and your Pro-Jedi-Bias!!!

...Well...hate to break it to you, @ManySpringBranches, but we clearly spoke too soon.

I told you Guys! I TOLD you not to jinx it!!!

...Seriously, why do the Dice Gods love this Kid so much?

Man, screw us having a rivalry with Yoda! This kid is clearly the biggest pain ever in our dark backside!

Can this get ANY worse?!

I guess this is a bad time to tell you about Anakin rolling a Triple-Crit and managing to wield both light and dark side in perfect harmony to destroy the Artifact you had placed under the Jedi-Temple to cloud the Force?

...You just HAD to jinx it as well, didn't you, @AverageEmpireAndSithEnjoyer?

A.N.: One load of Salt, freshly served. More to come in the Future. Enjoy!

The Padawan’s Problems, as Described by Laron Null:
The Padawan's Problems, as Described by Laron Null:

You looked at the council and realized that it was a whole lot different than the last time you were here. For one Anakin was sitting there, and Even Peil was missing, his chair uncomfortably empty, his presence was clearly felt, even in his absence, so you suspected that he was still alive, else it would have been filled.

But Master Yoda himself was missing… that filled you with a sense of dread that you didn't believe you could ever feel since you got Stabbed by Palpatine

Depa Billaba was in the chamber as well, as you noticed that her Padawan, Caleb was also present, in her shadow, looking out the window, board.

In fact, many of the Jedi masters that had padawans were there… though that was only you, Ahsoka, Caleb, and...Ordo.

In fact, Ordo was smiling when you arrived. "Ah, the conquering hero has returned." With no sense of decorum in his entire life. He was far more alive on the battlefield than in a place like a temple. Same with you… and others you supposed, with your teenage years being defined by this war.

The masters shot him a glare, but Master Windu took command. "Yes, Padawan Null, thank you for coming at such short notice."

Master Kenobi took his place, and you were glad he was here. He was a presence that, despite all the power, was like a sea of calm.

And power there was. Without a doubt, you had never really felt how powerful this group is… but even with Master Skywalker turning the entire place into a sun… the rest of them were beacons in their own right.

And even now… the entire place felt… brighter. Happier.

Powerful.

"As you can probably guess, Padawan." Master Windu started. "This council has made many of the decisions it has made for the good of the Jedi. Though it has been met with skepticism from the rest of the republic."

You nodded. "We stopped fighting the war." You stated.

"Indeed." Master Windu replied. "But as you can see, we are here to discuss the growing… concerns about the young Padawans who have wished to return to the fighting. Those calling for an army of Light."

"The last time that was called, it was led by Revan during the Mandalorian Wars." Master Kenobi stated. "And led to a Schism within the Jedi Order."

"Yes, because the last time the council decided to make a decision without hearing them out, it nearly caused a Schism, and now you're doing the same thing as before." You replied. "So unless you have a plan to actually listen to us, pound sand."

The Masters were stunned by your lack of tack, but you had long since stopped caring for the Council's Opinions. Master Kenobi's and Anakin's were the only ones you cared about.

"We are trying to change, and we will answer to future of our order." Master Depa replied, stopping Windu's protest and calling out of your words.

You raised an eyebrow. Yes? "Is this going anywhere?" You asked.

"The Padawans have asked that you raise their case for them." Master Windu replied. "And we will make a choice whether to return to this war."

Wait… "That's all?" You asked.

"Yes." The Master replied. "Padawans. Leave." Master Windu ordered, clearly angered by your annoying... truths.

Soon you all left before you realized something. "Wait, are they really making me do all the work they should be doing themselves?"

Caleb laughed. "And you just noticed now?"

"But why me?" You asked.

Ahsoka laughed. "Considering that everything that happened is because of you, they must think you are like Master Qui gon and are doing everything in their power to make things easier for them to say now."

"Wow." You said as Ordo quietly smiled at you. "What do you think?"

"Personally, I think Windu wants you to fail so he can hold it over Master Kenobi. Can you imagine if you actually succeed and force them to concede? Their heads will explode."

"Well, can you help me, guys?" You asked.

"Of course, just ask." Caleb asked.

Reward: In Three Turns, there will be a Great Council that will ask if the Jedi, and in particular those clamoring for an Army of Light, should be listened to.

There are other things, like the massive taxes the Jedi Pay, and many many other things.

The Padawan Pack of Ahsoka, Ordo, and Caleb have joined you and will be helping.

New Actions Available.

The Force And You
The Force And You

You smiled as you saw the Father. "Oh… It's you again." He said with a groan. "You are worse than that Skywalker in some ways did you know that?"

What a way to start a conversation. Of course, you only continued to smile. "Really? Am I the chosen one then?" You wanted to ignore this… thing that was before you, that was consumed in the Force. But to make things simpler.. .you might as well annoy him because he was invading your dreams, and they were your darn it!

"No." He replied with a groan. "But you should not exist."

"Oh, but I like existing, it means I'm part of something awesome."

The Father did not look amused at your attempts at being annoying, clearly seeing that you did not like your dreams hijacked. "No, I mean you should not exist. You are an anomaly that neither the Force nor I understand."

"What am I a character in some game being controlled by some people who think I am an amazing, but flawed main character?" You said, folding your arms.

The Father did not like that and he slapped you. "You are playing with the destiny we have set out for the Galaxy. For the rest of the universe that has been disrupted. It can get worse from here. Only get worse from here."

You frowned and rubbed your stinging cheek. "Well, I'd rather have a choice to make it better, than have it only get worse under your control. The Force doesn't control all life… we have control of it too."

"You truly think that your actions made the Galaxy better?" The Father asked. "The war will get worse, this will end only when one side is completely destroyed and the sith and the Jedi are wiped out from existence!"

"Is that what you want? Everything you know destroyed!"

You frowned. "You make it seem like it's inevitable that we will be destroyed, that our actions only lead to death and destruction. So let me ask you this Father?" You stated. "What about Jacen Skywalker? Is he something that can only lead to destruction?"

"Every action you have taken will destroy this galaxy." The Father said. "There is no balance in the Force!"

"Balance comes from an equilibrium and choices made, not from forcing something to your will… You think everything will be destroyed because it does not fit your prophecies, your vision… why not be open-minded. Be ready for the future and just be capable of adapting? Has the Force forgotten how to do that in its millions of years of existence?"

The Father paused. Than said. "Do not make me regret this."

"I hope I don't." You replied.

And the Dream became your own again.

Reward:

The Force is….

Calmer… more susceptible to change… but more capable of bringing balance to both its life… and its users.

Unknown Effect on later turns.
