Got it. That roll was for Primaris v Regular, and the roll distribution was as such: 1-50=Primaris, 51-100=Regular. Because of the roll, we are going regular Space Marine.

Given XP costs should rise for the higher levels a four time boost for 9 and 10 should make it almost impossible for a Primaris Marine to get legendary skills even with the earlier discount.
 
Hey, we're gonna be a regular ole marine. Shlumpping with the rest of the schmucks.
S'okay, this way we'll be more badass for pulling off dumb crap as a regular marine than as one of the shiny new bois.

    Because these name is a good name, a proud name with history to it. It's the name of a god of light who's twin is a god of darkness.

    Ok since you want to tell everyone. It's the name of Ahriman's twin brother from terra. Really the only people who would get it would be Ahriman and maybe Magnus. Ahriman never really told anyone what happen to his brother or that he would appear to him as his conscious. I think since we are playing as a son of Magnus who is loyal and a healer it would be a good dynamic. Especially since our character can get to Legendary skills.
