The Eldar

So ! An ambitious 7th founding chapter who was given a Dead World to rule alongside a planetary governor, took that as an insult, decided to say 'fyck you i am going to crusade'.
They then decided to throw themselves into the hardest, thickest fight and to perfect speed-run that shit(No Mercy, No Respite + Lightning strike).
To avoid dying from massive casualties they decided to repeatedly and regularly use Test-Slaves to rebuild numbers, not knowing or caring that it weaken the geneseed resistance to mutation and to the warp.
The deathblow of this chapter came from the perfidious eldars: A Mechanicus fleet was attacked and the precious gene-seed tithe stolen, while multiple black ship carrying psyker were waylaid by eldars corsairs. These attack were masterminded by a Farseer who wanted to use these different component in a Ritual of Doom !!!!
The Red Scarabs managed to interrupt the ritual but the backslash managed to sterilize all the progenoids glands of the chapter, as all marines of the chapter were on planet and the battle-barge containing all of the chapter stocks was in orbit.
After soliciting Mars, their stock of Red Scarabs geneseed was send.... and was lost in the warp.
The chapter decided to go out with a bang: They toppled three minors orks empires, and gutted the Althys Craftworld from which the Farseer came.
The true benefit of the Red Scarabs last ride was not the dead foe of the Imperium but the loot and knowledge obtained: by capturing and interrogating eldars, they managed to find a technique which expand the range and aim of an astropath.

Mars wants to keep the STC on their altar of knowledge, Inquisition thinks that they won't use the STC for the betterment of the imperium, so they don't give it without wanting promises. The Martian Delegate there Starts screaming about the treaty of Olympus, but the Lord inquisitor there uses a whole bunch of very old and bizarre evidence to discredit the Magos as a heretek. To the Mechanicus, the evidence looks amateurishly fake, so they think the inquisition is trying to hoard the STC to themselves, provoking the political war. Despite the fact that when their investigations do come back, the evidence provided was actually true.

Why the space marines did not keep or copy the STC ? What actually is in the STC ? Because a STC fragment of a reactor is going to better the imperium true, while if it is the STC of a sextoy, it is going to be buried since the inquisition nearly went to war with the Mechanicus because of it.

Ohh snap! I should probably write up how the Scorching Throne sees everybody.

Not sure I portrayed their pre-crazy side correctly. But basically they were modeling themselves after the Ultramarines, and were....a little annoying in our how they pushed the Codex onto the people they worked with. Otherwise, however, they were rapidly setting up industry, but didn't live long enough to see their plans through.

Before Realization:
Disciples of The Throne: Our glorious progenitors! (If you need us, we shall be there.)

The Shade Watchers: We do not understand your preferred method of combat. Perhaps you would like to take on a more....Codex compliant viewpoint? (Should you need us, we're here for you, brother. With the most annoying opposite to your preferred combat style that we can manage.)

The Torch Bearers: Brother! Your so-called 'cursed founding' was blessed to have created you! (If you desire pure Geneseed, we may be able to help you out yet.)

The Vigilant Sons: Ahh, founding oneself on a Hive World was a great idea! As was allying with the Navis Nobilite! (If you ever want to Crusade together, we would be more than happy to oblige! And we can make wonderful trade deals while we're at it!)

Ardent Blades: You don't use Psykers? But we...We have unusually... Well, you are a firm ally brother. For the Emperor! (We'll be glad to help you in battles. But we'll only give you our Librarians...and Chaplins.)

The Mystic Talons: What you do to your so-called impure Brothers is horrible. Though I suppose we are no better, using them as meatshields. Still, your ability to help your people is an inspiration. (We do not like you, brother. But we will fight by your side, and trade for mutual benefit.)

Red Scarabs: Your death was before our time, but you are an illustrious example to us all. To an extent, we are nothing but a vain grasp at your distant memory. (Rest well, Brother. And know that should you ever be refounded we shall protect you.)

Disciples of the Ancestors: Your legend is remarkable, your tale a paragon of virtue against the horrors of Chaos. (Rest well, for we shall carry on your fight.)

The Shadow Hunters: Brother? Wait, who are you? (No seriously, I don't believe we've met.)

After Realization of their Primarch:
Disciples of the Throne: YOU KNEW! YOU KNEW DIDN'T YOU! (Runs off after only really explaining themselves to the Chapter Master.)

The Shade Watchers: DO YOU KNOW WHO OUR PRIMARCH IS! DO YOU STILL WORSHIP HIM, HERETICS! (Causes problems, and then moves on without cleaning up their mess.)

The Torch Bearers: DO YOU KNOW WHO OUR PRIMARCH IS! (Causes a few problems, but ends up trashing the Chapter Master's room.)

The Vigilent Sons: DO YOU KNOW WHO OUR PRIMARCH IS! DO YOU WORSHIP HIM YET, HERETICS! (Moves on too fast to explain themselves, or even leave that big of a mess.)

Arden Blades: DO YOU KNOW WHO OUR PRIMARCH IS!
The Shadow Hunters: DO YOU KNOW WHO OUR PRIMA-Yes, yes we did manage to find you. No, we do not plan to fight. No, we are not corrupted. (You are right brothers...The Emperor above all)
Mystic Talons: Give us all of your 'impure' brothers. It is better to die than bare our impurities. (Moves on with a self-consuming fire in their eyes.)

Red Scarabs: You made the right call. I am...sorry, brothers. But it is better to die than bare Corruption. (Orders their next stop: The Eye of Terror.)

The Disciples of the Ancestors: We are...sorry we could not save you. Curse our Lost Primarch, curse our cursed origins. We have failed you. (Spurs themselves on ever faster. For the Emperor, for our Ancestors.)

Timeskip 1, part 2 (Skills)
You also put a monumental amount of time into honing what non-psyker skills you had on the battlefield. You first brushed up on your scouting, as making sure that you know where the enemy was had been the most pertinent skill you had as a Scout.
(2d100+100=148)
It was rather harsh to deal with but you managed relatively fine. In the meantime, the Imperium...
(d100=69)
Was starting to finish the Indomitus Crusade and the purge of the Infernal Crusade as some were calling it. However, in your part of the Imperium, it was just one problem after another. As one of the Hands of Mars, Voss was a very important planet. Naturally, this meant that it and the surrounding sector had the keen interest of nearly every foe the Imperium had to face. It was during this point that you met your first true Xeno threat: the Hrud. The time-warping Xenos were very dangerous foes to face, but with proper planning and tactics, you were able to take them out.

You also trained your Pathfinding and sharpened your vision while you were at it.
(2d100+100 = 196)
(3d100+150 = 250)
It went pretty well for both, with you having next to no trouble with finding any of the misbegotten rebels that sprouted up during this half-decade. The Imperium itself...
(d100=58)
Continued to clean up the filth that Chaos left it. At this point, some of the less vital parts of the Indomitus Crusade started to return to their origin systems and the High Lords were starting to have fewer emergency meetings.

You also took some time to study the Codex Astartes, as Lord Guilliman would no doubt wish for you to do. Afterward, you took a large amount of time to train your body to imitate Hollus's range of movement.
(2d100+100=193)
It went relatively well, with you making some good progress. The Imperium...
(d100=45)
Had a bit of a slip-up. One system that was supposed to be easy proved far more difficult to pacify, creating a bit of a quagmire for the crusade forces there to defeat.

You continued to practice your enhanced movement, or as Hollus called it 'Parkour'.
(5d100+250=546)
It goes stupendously well for the most part, although you did make a poor landing once and had to go to an apothecary to check it out.
(d100=72)
The Quagmire of the crusade is quickly cleaned up with the deployment of a Raven Guard company, which allows the Imperium to finally go back to its Business as normal' status. Hopefully, this won't change too soon...

You also spent a half-decade working on the idea you have for studying enemy tactics.
(5d100+250=509)
It goes very well, with most of the proposed strategies you extrapolated from simulations proving to be correct.
(d100=23)
Unfortunately, the Imperium has a new problem: Huron the Blackhearted has launched an invasion into Segmentum Tempestus, quickly claiming several Sectors as his own. A new crusade has been called, although the end of the Indomitus crusade's recent closure has had the effect of having large amounts of good veterans to supply against the Crusade. Apparently the Disciples of the Throne sent a Company to assist, along with their successor chapter The Torch Bearers.

You, however, had a different problem: You had decided to train a full decade for your stealth skills and had to figure out a way to start. Hopefully, this wouldn't go too poorly...
(10d100+500+200=1219)
It didn't. That's pretty much all you have to say on the topic.
(D100= 33, 45)
The Imperium has had a rough Decade though. Huron still remains at large, having carved out more powerful sectors and getting closer to his now revealed goal: Segmentum command on Bakka. If he takes it, it could very well cut off Ophelia VII from the Imperium. The Ecclesiarchy is up in arms from it, demanding 'all men and women of the faith to serve the Emperor's will'. However, they distrust the Adeptus Astartes enough to rely on their 10-a-gelt knock offs.

It's no skin off your nose. You have over a decade's worth of Bolter Practice to go through.
(11d100+550+200=1461)
It was long. It was grueling. It was practically horrifying to deal with, but it's done. You have been lauded for having the patience of a Blood Angel, but sometimes enough is enough. Being considered for a Marksman's Honor was pleasing though...
(d100= 63, 76)
In galactic news, the Ecclesiarchy has managed to swallow their pride and ask for assistance in driving back Huron's 'Red Crusade'. In other news, apparently Lucas's STC was finally decoded after a political war between the Mechanicus and Inquisition and it turned out to be...
(STC: 100)
2 things actually. Something called a 'Castigator Titan', along with an 'Endbringer' Titan. Supposedly these Titans were considered to be some of the greatest discoveries of the Mechanicus, and Lucas, upon the reveal of him being the one to find it, had been declared 'Permanent Friend of the Mechanicus'. You may not know as much when it comes to the dealings of the Mechanicus, but even you knew that this was gigantic, even...Titanically big.

...You slay yourself sometimes.

It has returned!

I am starting to think Tzeentch is messing with the dice. That 100 on a STC yeah mars must have had a few death from the pleasure and joy the STC Titans.

Well looks like we made the right call. Now we have a friend who is very close to the cogboys. Although considering that the Imperium's biggest issue isn't guns but rather production of those guns, one wonders if these STCs will really make much difference in the long run.

Well those titans can win wars by themselves and are AI's. Also the technology on them is some of the most advance humanity ever produced.

But could the imperium even make them? It's like if I gave you a blueprint of a nuclear reactor and a box of tools and said have at it you couldn't. I could maybe see mars making one or two per decade. But that doesn't really help since the imperium main problem was all the small problems a better find would've been a vastly improved way to make starships and maybe titans imperiums tech is good enough the distribution is the problem.
