Ah, must have missed it. Thanks! Our bro went to the 3rd, the Emperor's Children. It's highly unlikely he's the 9th 'Revenant Legion's Sergeant Khorban. Or the dead marine whose arm was recycled for this.

I see your Morty arm and raise you.

You think we are living that long? Also partly because apparently, the Genemodded Arm is Emperor's Children Flesh, which means the second Horus falls, we're open to mutation via sympathetic connection.
It was stated on the option to have an Astartes family member during character creation:
The People of Old Europa have a unique connection with the Adeptus Astartes. Your ancestors nearly all resisted the Emperor, and as punishment, its nobles and politicians had to surrender their healthy male children to the Astartes of the Third Legion. Over time, this has become a ritual, with the firstborn of each noble family being sent to this Legion.
Option 1 would be by the Revenant Legion. You can thank Khorban for it.

Kor Phaeron's circumstances are different from the PC's.We could became a half Astartes? Kor Phaeron is still alive in 40k for example
Closer example would be the Remembrancer from Prospero Burns, and Mab the bodyguard from Galaxy in Flames. We could became a half Astartes? Kor Phaeron is still alive in 40k for example
Dying of old age is probably not the biggest concern. With Juvinat treatments, two centuries is considered early middle age.
Assuming we do well enough to get a governorship somewhere, that would be well within our range. From the start of the Great Crusade to the Dropsite Massacre is only 208 years, after all.
Offering him that hankerchief was a good idea you say?
Didn't know that's a thing but huh, good to know. Now I'm pondering between Option 2 and Option 1... urgh.Closer example would be the Remembrancer from Prospero Burns, and Mab the bodyguard from Galaxy in Flames.
The Astartes are quite good at growing artificial muscle and bone, and if they are inclined, they occasionally provide a trusted human with an upgraded limb. Its just peak-human and untiring.
I think they're all Revenant. The first is a Revenant Apothecary putting in the effort to regrow us an arm, the second is the legion going out and "acquiring" a really good prosthetic for us since if the Marshal went out and did us a favor I don't feel it would have been a used arm, and the third is probably something like their standard prosthetic scaled down to human size? It'd explain why it's so brutal and bare of decoration or concealment, it's something that the Legion would give to the Revenants themselves if they lost an arm like that, and I don't think either of the latter would be a priority for both of them.Huh... so it really was from the Revenants, Option 1 is... now I'm really inclined to believe that Option 2 is due to managing to do the Side Quest and thus from the Marshal and Option 3 likely being the 'default' option rather than the Mechanicus one.
