[X]Southeast Through Ame: It might be longer, and Running in to Rain nin might happen, but it would certainly be safer than trying to gamble through Grass.
The walk through Rain was a short walk through mud, broken roads and constant evasion by your group. Constantly hopping on and off the road, it seemed the entire country of Rain had mobilized to get to the battlefield.
That battlefield had caused every nin, treasure hunter and bandit going towards it.
Stop giving me ideas to roll for Dammit! There are no guards because all of them are getting killed by Hanzo in the second ninja war.
RIP
It's not my fault!
HEHEHEHEHE.It's not my fault!

What else was a nat 1 going to be for Konoha?
Hidan interrupt now?

Or the Grass nin are running like hell away from the bad guys that are right behind the kids who are invading their country.Well, there was a luck roll, meaning that there could have been guards.
Actually, Grass rolled the absolute lowest in the battle royale as well.
They're just not having a good time of it. Maybe one of the ninja that got bombed was critical to their administrative infrastructure? It would put them in a horrible position, weakening them for the war and reflecting the two crit fails.

Hehehehehe...If he keeps it up, Tsunade might verbally admit to thinking he's an okay person! Sometime this decade.
Jiraiya the budding cunning linguist.
Or, like Rain in another timeline... it will be the battleground of the Second Ninja War.I think that Grass has more or less just given up on life. Its not going to be an independent country for long and is either going to become somebody's Vichy France or is going to actually fragment and be absorbed by its neighbors piecemeal.
I'm looking at you, Waterfall.
