Konoha:

Konoha had a fine showing in the Chunin Exams, with Ren wining the Exams by the skin of his teeth against Orochimaru. however, with so many of their ninja failing to get promoted, civilians have called it rather weak.
However, half of their genin managed to get a million Ryu bounty's on their head.
Ayako herself now has a five million bounty on her head in most naitons. Ren also has 5 million, with a kill on sight order on his head from Kumo.
Sakumo only has a 10 million bounty, but his is special... Flee on sight (For all ranks below Jounin). This is the first time that designation has ever been given out, especially to a chunin.
Reward: Almost all the crew that went to the chunin exams are in the bingo books, with bounties on their heads. New missions are now available. You can politely ask for a job in the village for awhile, and no one will bat an eye.
Iwa:
1D100 => 94
Iwa, being the host village, may not have gotten as many ninja into the finals, but what they did was nothing short of an underdog story. Yotsuki Hiro blocked all one hundred blowes against him from the White Chakra Saber, before he disarmed Sakumo and broke both of Sakumo's arms. He would have won if Sakumo didn't shatter his ribs with a headbutt to end all headbutts.
They have also made untold millions from event itself, mostly from Ayako's genjutsu.
Reward: Iwa is now swimming in Ryu. The Allience with Konoha remains intact.
Suna:
1D100 => 84
So... the Kazekage and his team went on a merry adventure to the Land of Hot Water... They somehow managed to win an alliance, buy arable land for their farmers on credit, start a national bank that has loaned millions of ryu to foreign nations all over the known world, and somehow discover massive deposits of gold within their territory to fund said bank, with their ninja's acting as debt collectors.
It seems like everything is going strangly for Suna... Their now a bank with an army.
Reward: You have no idea what the Kazekage is going.
Kumo:
1D100 => 50
They literally just postured, went to the exams, lost the exams and went home. Their still saber Rattling, but nothing else beyond that.
Reward: Same old Kumo.
Mist:
1D100 => 97
They have complete navel dominance on the eastern sea, with their eyes set on Whirlpool.
Reward: Flashpoint for war set up.
Whirlpool:
1D100 => 15
The Alliance between Konoha and Whirlpool is over.
Reward: Flashpoint for war to break out set up.
Rain:

Hanzo and Rain have officially declared themselves neutral in all future conflicts, along with the land of Rivers, Vegtables, Hotsprings and Keys Their territory and sovereignty will not be infringed upon, and they will embargo all trade to nations at war with one another.
Reward: There will be neutral factions you can sway during the next war.
Grass:

A New leader rises in Grass, stabilizing the region in a way that has not been seen in years. no one knows who this man is, but everyone knows he is powerful.
Reward: Grass stabilizes.
Rivers:

They have joined Hanzo's Neutrality pact, and have already threatened Kumo with an Embargo on all their goods if they do not stop posturing.
Taki:
1D100 => 60
Nothing interesting really happened in Taki, except a dude named Kakuzu or whatever his name picked up some mercenary as his companion. And they have a new Jinchuuriki.
Reward: Taki might not join in the next war.
Madara:
1D100 => 100
Well, you have to start somewhere. Everything is going according to plan. The Fire rises.
Reward: A Plan succeeds again.
Zetsu:

You found a new ally... Madara is too, unpredictable to be useful anymore. You would kill him later, but for now, you will wait and plan with your new ally.
