Eggman could simple create a program or a processor that mathematically predict outcomes that are most likely to happen, heck even Sage could do that. It's pratically child's play for him to do that.

There's other people who expressed sadness over failing to recruit Majima without posting a ten-word post filled with cursing. You win some and you lose some. We're going to both over the course of the quest.

because the whole idea here was to give her a mystic stat so she could be used in those actions, what you're describing is a brains upgrade.

Bit... weird since Post-SGW!Eggman is not that much different from Games/IDW!Eggman and I really don't see the guy pulling a gun and try to shot her or something.

I certainly would see him threating to obliterate everything she ever build and make her watch, like ordering Sage to hack Breeze Media stocks to lower it so much that Eggman is able buy the majority to a penny or something.
Therefore making him own Breeze corporate empire in a heartbeat.

Frankly Breeze probably would be scared, while trying to hide it, since they anger Eggman and unsuccessfully try to warn Dural about the guy only to fall in deaf ears since she would only see him as another scientist that is all talk and no bark. The Former President and his daughter Sara, alognside anyother Sonic Franchise would disagree however, strongly.

Yeah, she seems best built for 1v1s. Equipment, mobbing her and/or mechs seem like the way to go.
