Well, to make a long story short think thunderbolt, but he becomes very quickly disenchanted with us once he realized we made the metal virus which basically turns everyone into a metal zombie but we didn't make a cure and that frustrated starline
He kind of realized that we did a lot of bald moves without any backup plans….huh I guess we did the same thing with metal then.
But as long as we don't do anything similar as the metal virus, he's pretty good just gotta make sure the loyalty stays up

I Want to recruit the Scrapniks...if only for Sage to get an even older brother!! one that plays to the mysterious stranger type, old, grizzled, and willy beyond his years (or up to them), would know how to best fight speedsters and those with tricky powers...not win mind you, but enough learned experience to kick some serious ass thats NOT sonic.
he might even be able to teach the "Shiny" a thing or two once properly fixed up (with Rusted or Worn being Robot Terms for old folks)

well, if you look at this from an in universe perspective, both Eggman and Conquering Storm planned for her and Piastol to distract Zomom and for Metal Sonic to sneak up on him, I have to assume they told Metal this because of how storm was acting afterwords.
so from an in universe perspective, the whole situation is actually Metals fault for completely ignoring the plan.

I will say, as much as I love the Scrapniks, recruiting them would be pretty difficult, even excluding they're on some random island you don't know exists in universe XD

OK, another long story short thunderbolt was technically an Archie character from the sonic comics post reboot she's essentially an egg boss in the Archie comics like clove and conjuring storm and nephyst to make another long story short, think the elite agents of the Eggman empire that have a cybernetic implants in them
They both enhance them and act as their leash. Thunderbolt was the most loyal out of all the egg bosses and that's saying something she may had a crush on Eggman.
But this thunderbolt is presumably from Idw comics universe like starline and rough and tumble. So she does not have the training/leadership skills of her Archie counterpart. But she possibly makes up with this with her traits and her loyalty and smarts.
That's why I want us to negotiate us getting thunderbolt from gun and when we make Kinda ass sort of alliance with the restoration, we should also negotiate the freedom of our other egg boss neophyte she'll be loyal because she believes it's better serving under us than letting regular people suffer

Also a bit of news, after discussing it a bit we decided to change Metal's trsit he got from piastol, because well, after realizing it, seems a bit much to just give s straight n+10 Mystic to metal just like that, not that it shoiuldn0t be possible, but there are. factors, 1) Metal doesn0t really have any way to cast Piastol type of magic, would need to incorporate the moonstones from her game, also, her capacity to use magic is not something biological but more mental, after a buit of research, and doesn't seem soemthing metsl can copy.
