We really gambled there, and it could have worked tbf. We just were unlucky that Zomon was strong enough to force Metal to his heel.

I feel we should go serious next turn. Bring the Pronghorn out, at least.
 
Honestly, I am not too upset by this turn of events, only because it is pretty fitting that Eggman just made the same mistake that Zavok did - lose your temper and overcommit against an enemy you're underestimating.

Though I am glad I didn't personally vote for that plan, even if that has more to do with timing than anything else.

Also, Metal just went rogue and learned the dark arts: That is a teenage rebellion if ever I've seen one.

I suspect upgrading Metal has one specific requirement that we are, as of this update, desperately lacking.

Rusty has the same trouble than Metal, sure she's a cyborg but her organic bits were replaced by so much machinery she is in essance no different than a robot.

We should send the sisters or Darc-Egg Robot.

Keep Piastol on the field because woth her ship she will lost her full mystic powers she can add in battle.

+10 Mystic and 2 Tirckery are nothing to scoff at. You should be proud of him
 
I still don't get why, even if he was stunned, Metal Sonic wasn't allowed to even copy. He was still in the combat and "survived" the round. Clutch roll for nothing. Whatever. I don't care, I won't bother thinking about this raid anymore.

He didn0t even manage to participate in the round so it doesn't count.

It's because Zomom only bare failed that Metal was out of the round. If he had normal failed, then yeah, he could have been able to act and even copy the Zeti's trait.

As said bfeore, you guys gambled here big time.

Your plan COULD HAVE worked, but it didn't at the end, simply as that.
 
Alright, folks, time to do MATH.

Let's assume the worst case scenario here. That both Metal and Zomom are sent to the frontlines next turn. That's a +60. If the Crit Overflow keeps affecting the group, then that's 175. I don't remember Zeena's numbers, think it's smth close to 20? +50 from Buzz Bombers plus Egg Pawns, 10 from Tunnelbot, 30 from Shadow Androids, 40 from EggRobos.

325 Martial total.

Shit, that would be very high to handle.

I cannot even put into words how bad losing Metal this early is.

Remember he has been called one of the units that can star rolling like a fucking snowball once we actually put time into him.

But fuck lets hope Zavok doesn't retire with Metal and that we can get him back.

ALSO FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DON'T SENT CASSIA, WE LITERALLY READ THAT ZETIS CAN TURN OFF MACHINERY WITH THEIR SKILL.

ZEENA IS NOT AS STUPID AS THE FATASS AND IS A LOT MORE SADISTIC, WHAT DO YOU THINK IT WILL HAPPEN ONCE SHE LEARNS A PERSON IS INSIDE A VERY HEAVY AND DEPENDANT LIFE SUPPORT SYSTEM!

The funniest outcome would be if Metal had copied Zomon's Bulbous Build and somehow grown overweight despite being a robot.

That would've been another very teenager development.

If we can't plan neither should Zavok be allowed to. Can't even "intercept" or "go after" Metal Sonic.

Sorry if that came out aggravated. Wasn't supposed to. Point still stands though.

Honestly I was hoping this invasion would be a simple three attacks with the units and heroes listed on each wave, instead of the hero retreating and joining the next or final attack.
