No, the qms said it's only the big angry red man himself who's coming no extra hero unit.
But that does leave me one question though why is Majima's DC to recruit him in increasing? There are two possibilities that means he's getting bored and is concerned to leave which we need to recruit him next. Or it's because we literally announced our self and everyone is keeping eyes on each other.

While I haven't played it....anybody play Sonic Shuffle? Cause this also makes me wonder...did Bowser ever introduce Eggman to the wonders of Mario Party?
Cause we can always pull a "You're going to Brazil!" on enemies or insubordinate/treasonous minions....and put them in a madhouse of a game like Mario party/Sonic Shuffle.....

It shiould have been obvious, but the DC of some of the minions rise or decrease with time. They are not static and we do roll a bit of dice to see what happens.
Piastol from turn 2 was at DC 40, and turn 3 was at 45.

Same I'd perfer Heart on Gilder, but I'm not going to argue against higher numbers and wanted to do this anyway.
Having Isara do it would help us gather Squad 7 and Cordelia...but frankly they'd come anyway so it works out.

I do admit though, I think having choices that equally split both sides is good at times. I mean, we can't have the answer always be clear. The fact that we care about this decision a lot shows that what happens in the quest is important to us.
But yeah, in the future, no matter what hard choices we have to make we should keep things amiable. That's on us. This is about having fun.
