Most of our important brain actions require in-base stuff so thanks to her not counting for the total of actions we could pretty much start coming turn.

Once thats out of the way, we could also get started on turning her care suit into a full on battle suit.
The cure could also reduce the DC for getting the Restoration to join under us which would be nice.

We can have Belle convince them to join albeit unwillingly. I rather have them suspicious and angsty members of our Empire than hostile enemies.
Fighting them will be a nightmare, they are expert guerilla fighters and have a lot of friends including Cream's new tier 3 unit. As long as we stay sensible evil, I doubt we will expect them to attack or sabotage us in the short term.

Well if Study Ragnite passes and it lowers the DC for Further Research, we could potentially get the better of the two actions.
If not, I say we just bite the bullet and go for the Two Turn version with Autosuccess. With Sage, we won't be locked out of a Brains action for a Turn.
And hey, who knows! Having a fully cured patient might be useful for the Further Research Action!

If Isara can't do it, why not let Cordelia give it a shot.
She did try to kill him with a dagger in the game, its a pity her power score was probably was like a 3 because he easily stopped her.
