We do need to use phones more if our friends flip out when we text them. With the power of phones, we can keep in contact with all of our friends, magicial girl or no!

Do we have more homework to do? If we do, we should be doing that while stuffing food in our face.

So, plan for a day:
1. Morning:
- remind the girls about today's training, discuss cool things you're going to try.
- (right now I have only one thing to try: enchanting our eyes and other sense organs. Need more cool things to try)
2. School:
- try to study.
- contemplate your next move in Hana's befriending
3. Lunch:
- talk about Eve's other parent? (probably bad topic, considering parents issues of other girls)
4. Evening:
- training
- call Kimiko

(5. Optional:
- call Yuujin and Matsuko, tell them about your Tokyo trip. They were Kimiko's friends too IIRC)

If noone has sufficiently fluffy vote for our morning routine, I suggest
[X] Skip to the school trip.

I have this nagging feeling that Kishi will have to... uh... woman up (?) and actually talk about her feelings if she ever wants this to become anything. But this was mentioned before already... it still interesting to see it confirmed time and time again.
Kishi knows that all too well, and it's something she has to struggle with a lot.

But especially now that she has seen how badly Tamiko deals with the idea of someone liking her, she's in a situation where she sees no winning options. Admitting to any kind of feelings might destroy Tamiko and their existing friendship. And letting go of strong crushes is not exactly on the table: they don't work that way, they're not there by choice. So for the moment she's resigned herself to just enduring it more or less quietly, and enjoying those small things like this that let her have a glimpse of what it might be like. Inb4 witch-outs...

So, ideas, suggestions... votes?

Other idea for training: try to study our swords.
Give one of them to other girl to see if she's capable to wield it. Maybe she'll receive through it part of our power/skill? Try it with non-meguca too.
Shoot weak sword blast with each of swords in turn. See if there's any difference.

I have nothing for the morning, either.

For training... maybe see if Tami can summon her swords back to her hand when they leave it for one reason or another?
Additionally, seeing that her shield is strapped to her arm, she should be able to either wield one sabre with both hands for increased attack strength, or keep a second weapon in her off-hand; either for double-slashing or to switch it into the dominant hand upon getting disarmed.

Edit: Oh... additionally, we should definitely have her take a closer look on her defensive kit. Find out its limits and the like.
That should take priority over more damage.

Edit 2: That said... maybe we should generally show the others every trick Tami learned but they do not know about? Such as... how was it called? Where she can create materials?
(That might make for a pretty dangerous combo-play with Kishi; Tami makes the basic materials, Kishi refines them into high-grade weaponry)

I would like to refine the defense bubble mechanic. That's skill could probably be used to greater effect for less magic if we had control of its direction.

It would be a good way to supplement Tamiko's inexperience with sword play.

We could also improve her main saber again or try another energy manipulation.

How about trying to imitate Saber's Mana burst?

The first one sounds useful, yes. Energy Manipulation is what we should show Uncle first before playing around with it, though.

Refining a weapon is a good investment if we have magic to spare, too. However, keep in mind that it becomes less useful for sparring with each upgrade, seeing that the blade becomes sharper and Tami might accidentlly injure someone. Additionally, she can get in major trouble when relying on an upgraded weapon if that one is pushed out of her hand and she has to rely on one of the other, less effective sabres again

So maybe instead refine the second one as a backup?

as for your last idea, we already have that with Energy Slash... I think that is what it was called.

Tamiko's response to someone potentially liking her was mostly about how she didn't think someone would. Her self-esteem is low, and her freakout was oriented around that fact (I've been bothering people with someone like me). Kishi confessing that she does, in fact, like Tamiko romantically shouldn't...freak her out. It should mostly confuse her (you do like me? But why? I don't understand), rather than cause her to withdraw, but Kishi might not know that, given we have a privileged view into Tamiko.

Mariko, you need to step up your matchmaker game.

There is something we should want to check out. Tamiko is somewhat aware of... something, that requires all of her swords to be generated but doesn't know what exactly it is...

Let me find the relevant post...

Here it is:
However, it seems like you cannot create anymore swords after that. Instead, there is a strange feeling… As if you could push more energy, a huge amount, into the shield at once, and something would happen. But your estimate of the amount needed would exceed your shield's capacity and the feeling makes your uneasy, almost afraid.

I'm not entirely sure what it is but it seems to be... something, perhaps a sort of hail mary strike but I'm not entirely sure, would we want to investigate it?

I'd rather not. For all we know we're just powering a bomb.

Oh, right, voting. That's a thing we should do.

[x] Enjoy breakfast, make mariko enjoy breakfast, thank auncle for being best guardian again

Actually, I think I have something we could do. Am too tired to put it into an actual vote, though.

Basically, talk to Aunt (and Mariko?) about the problem with Kishi and her general fear of unknown MG's; mostly in regards to Cathy, but also because of Matsuko and Yuujin.

This is a situation I would very much like to get advice on before it explodes in our faces because the latter two decided to pay a surprise visit or Ami mentions it without realising the others do not know.

Actually, do Auntcle even know about Matsuko and Yuujin meguca-ness?
I just browsed through updates, right after meeting with the old gang we fought Alcohol Witch, then we have hangover, then we discussed Mariko's issues...
I think we kinda forgot mention that little fact.

[X] Get up, enjoy your breakfast, make sure Mariko too enjoys the breakfast.
[X] Quietly ponder why you sent that text yesterday. Why you sent it only to Kishi? Not Evelyn, not Ami?
-[X] That just means she's your very best friend, right? ...right? What else it could mean?
[X] Actually, about Kishi...
-[X] Aunt, remember we talked about Kishi's fear of magical girls? She still afraid of Kathy and almost had a panic attack, when we saw a magical girl in our Mitakihara trip... How can we help her with this fear?
--[X] I kinda forgot to tell you after that situation with the bus and Alcoholic Witch, but my old friends, Matsuko and Yuujin? They are magical girls too. If I introduce them to Kishi... Do you think it'll help her to see that unknown magical girls can be friendly? Or only make things worse?

[X] Shaseyu

Edit: Not sure if thinking about the emotional Kishi problem is something we should do right now, but I generally agree with that vote.
