Yeah, it seems the main difference of opinion is on whether or not Nanoha's flirting is intentional. Considering that she didn't even realize that she's caused Yuuno problems for years due to Mistaken For (extremely) Badass due to his status as the teacher of the Ace of Aces, I'm leaning towards being too oblivious to notice her own flirting.

Nanoha's brother is a dating sim protagonist, she won't see anything wrong with acting like one.
Also, her entire family are ninjas in their own series, presumably.
Nanoha is the only one who isn't in on the 'actual' family business, she thinks its the bakery.
Except in the INNOCENT continuity, in which Nanoha has enough ninja training to be able to create smoking hole through both sides of a cup by performing iaijutsu with a spoon.

I think I made that one purely to try and disrupt some bullshit argument or another on a forum, although there may also have been some potshots at the fandom in there.
My distraction tactic was successful.
I'm actually in the process of updating that one.
...although I do admit, I consider that one to be written more for Evangelion fans than it is for Nanoha fans.
It was initially inspired by cheesy B-movies. Then I started watching a shitload of Gundam and the Excuse Plot started growing into more of a legitimate one.

At the risk of drawing a sea of flames upon myself, speaking academically I could see a harem forming around Thoma. Lily's a given, Isis wouldn't be too much of a stretch.... Quinn already seemed to have some tsundere shit going on for him after he saved her from Cypha, so just push for OT3 between Thoma, her, and Kurt (meanwhile, Kurt already has a harem of his three teammates, including Quinn).... Curren and Cypha seem to show enough interest in Thoma that it could semi-plausibly go the shipping route if they ever pulled a Face-turn, Sonica would absolutely go for him if she had reason to believe that he could seriously indulge her money fetish (though the same would probably also hold true for literally anyone else besides Thoma - Sonica's just plain greedy)... Arnage seems fairly easy to get along with too, come to think of it...
Of course, the less said about doujin!Erio, the better....
Additionally, Nanoha could also be a harem lead. Fate, Yuuno, Alisa, Subaru, Teana... in meta terms you could probably even add Chrono because of TH3...
