Eh, Hitomi and Yoko have been around for a week (...right? I haven't actually read Zam's omakes yet), and Mami is the queen of magic-sensing. If there was a confrontation to be had between them, it'd have happened already. Conversely, Clem would've just gotten here, and might have just appeared out of nowhere, like she was teleporting in. I think Cultist-chan being the "intruder" is more likely.
