[X] We are Awesome McDaedra The Awesomest of course we can
-[X] Find suitable and diggable spot
--[X] Dig with any tool we can from the dead bandits or with our hands if nothing fits. We're a tall daedra made of crystal, its not like digging is especialy hard.
---[X] Make sure to bury him face down. you don't want him rising as a zombie and trying to kill Diana.

[x] use something that can be used as a shovel and start digging
-[x] sing Danny Boy when burying Thomas...

Farewell Thomas
"Digging isn't so hard, we can bury him." You say firmly. You aren't going to be argued with about this. For once you feel unified about what to do next and there's nothing that you will let get in your way.

"Alright." Morlia nods. If you could smile you definitely would be. As it is you look around for somewhere suitable to dig a grave. Not a full six feet, probably, but something.

Just off the road, about four or five paces, you find a suitable site. It's screened by a line of moderately tall bushes so it's private. Quickly you mark out a six foot by three foot area that should be large enough and get to work. After trying to dig with your sword, some of the weapons you got off the bandits and a couple of wide flatish branches you resort to hand. You're a giant spiky crystal suit of armour, there's not much that can beat the digging power of your hands.

You get down a respectable distance and inform Diana that it's ready. You pick up Thomas's body delicately and carry it to the grave. You place the body into the grave with care, face down at Diana's request, and she throws in the first handful of earth.

"Thank you Thomas, I'm sorry I wasn't a better friend or student. I-I'll never forget how you helped me." She whispers. "I-I..." she can't say more, tears falling down her cheeks in floods. Morlia puts an awkward hand on her shoulder, her eyes are moist too.

You fill in the grave. Soon there's just a slightly raised lump in the earth to indicate that anything's here at all. You grab a couple of branches and stick them into the soft earth.

Diana takes off her hood and wraps it around the tops of the branches.

In silence you head to Kvatch.

[ ] Do you say/do anything?

When you approach the gates the sun is just grazing the horizon.

[ ] What do in Kvatch in the evening?

[X] Check ahead of time if there is a a Giant Oblivion gate if there is avoid the city
-[X] If possible find and meet Martian
-[X] sell the equipment from the bandits and get a Shield

[X] "Soooo, Diana, what kind of magic can you do?"
[X] Head for the Chapel of Akatosh and look up if Martin is here. If yes, awsomeness intensifies. If no, ask around about him.
[X] Sell loot.

Guys you all obsessed with Oblivion gates a year before Uriel gets murdered why?

[x] find an abandoned puppy, give it to the young necromancer.
-[x] find salt, give it to our master!

While walking:
[X] Talk to both of them. Sometimes one at a time, sometimes both at once. Occasionally try to have two different conversations at the same time, just to see if we can manage it (we have like, a dozen brains right?)
-[X] Talk about magic. Ask them what kind of spells they know, if they'd be willing or able to teach us anything, if they think we're even capable of magic at all. Ask them where they learned magic, if they enjoy magic, and so on.
-[X] Insist to Diana that we're not actually crazy. We're just capable of holding multiple diverse perspectives at the same time. We're open-minded, in that our mind is open to anybody who wants to join! But that's totally not the same as crazy. They should both take us seriously (include Morlia on this part of the conversation).
[X] Keep our guard up, but don't stress out about it too much, we've already had our random encounter for this trip.
[X] See if we can get some more practice in, this time focusing on physical capabilities. Lag behind, then run far ahead, do some exercise until they catch up, see how high we can jump, etc.

Once there:
[X] Sell the bandits' gear, buy a shield.
-[X] Insist that shoping be done with one or both of the humans, as we're both unused to market prices, and also a scary looking crystal daedra. Reactions may be unpleasant if we're alone.
-[X] Buy a spell too. Any spell really. We're not picky.
--[X] Okay probably not a necromantic spell.
---[X] Actually, we should see about buying Diana some non-necromantic spells and/or robes as necessary.
[X] Make our way over to the church, ask for brother Martin.
-[X] "Hey, you ever wonder who your dad is? I've finally found you... Son."

Edit: added in a line addressing diana's necromancy, specifically keeping it under wraps.

Buy a sharpening stone too. Our sword will thank you later.
Loot random boxes for repair hammers.
Repair the bandits equipment before we sell them.
Hell, repair things we don't even want to loot, we need those sweet ex-pees.

Seriously, even if y'all don't jump everywhere, don't tell me you didn't loot all the repair hammers either? Those fucking things broke like cardboard.

You are focuses on this 'Brother-Martin' mortal, why? What is the event you have spoken off, involving the death of the Emperor?

It'll eventually be named 'the oblivion crisis'.

The daedric prince, mehrunes dagon and a cult of his followers who call themselves the mythic dawn are planning to open up slew of portals all across tamriel and invade. The first step in their plan is the assassination of the emperor and all his descendants, so as to put out the eternal flame and destroy that barrier between the planes.

This brother Martin fellow is secretly the son of the emperor, hidden away at birth. He is therefore connected to the eternal flame of akatosh and the amulet of kings.

He is also crucial in the defense of the imperial city, and the defeat of mehrunes dagon himself, crossed over.

Of course this is all in the future. We're going to mess things up, you and I. Us. So who knows what will actually happen now that we're going to change it.
