its Sheogorath's. truthfully, the wabbajack isn't that impressive. its just the one with the least reprehensible requirements.
the reason I want to get her there is both so we can do a Sheogorath quest line (He's my favorite Daedra, and if we impress him, he probably won't smite us), and for the trolling opportunities. I mean, think of the looks on both their faces...
Hmmm....
It has pretty much even odds of turning stuff into a powerful daedra, although you can repeatedly wabbajack someone until they are harmless, then kill them in the 30-second window until they revert.
It would be a way of neutralising far stronger opponents, albeit risky.
If we handled this right, that might actually be reasonable.
Everyone who voted for my vote, or a derivative thereof, may I ask you to consider the following revision?
Then wait til the oblivion crisis, plenty of gates then. alternately, take a side quest to Solstheim and grab one of the Black Books.
[X] Actually keep alert for threats and actively guard Morlia. Better not to be caught off guard again, especially since IcyBritches is still at large.
-[X] before we leave, ask Morlia if she has any spell books, as we are currently without inherent spells.
-[X] If we do manage to source some spell books, read during periods where Morlia has to rest.
-[X] Otherwise, practice our sword drills during those periods.
--[X] "although, I don't know why we need to go to Kvatch. That statue near Leyawiin? it can call down the power of the Divine. its said that whoever completes the task it asks will be granted an artifact that would turn all your foes into sheep waiting to be slaughtered."

[X] comment on the fact that the voices in your head agree with the practical solution for once!

[X] During the journey, tell Morlia the following: "I have been considering the fact that the Dark Brotherhood has individuals that are more powerful than either of us. I know of an artefact that provides a way of triumphing against a far superior foe, but you are unlikely to like it. There is a staff called the Wabbajack, which randomly transforms anyone struck by its effect for half a minute, and while some of the forms are quite dangerous, it is possible to repeatedly apply it until you get something harmless. The ability to turn elite dark brotherhood assassins into defenceless sheep would be invaluable to our quest, but acquiring it means interacting with Sheogorath. If ever you deem it worthwhile, the path to find it starts at the statue outside Leyawin."
@Xyzarach, I think that this vote will have a much higher chance of convincing her than yours. She is highly unlikely to just take our word for something that sounds too good to be true, but a detailed explanation explaining the limitations, problems, and indispensable benefits may very well sway her.
I can just imagine the meeting with Sheogorath, after Morlia has been hanging out with us for long enough:
Sheogorath does random shit, and his whole loony act.
Morlia just looks at him, more tired than anything else. "Yeah, whatever, what do you want us to do in exchange for your magic staff?"
Sheogorath, pouting: "You're no fun."
Morlia: "Yeah whatever. Your antics are too tame and too stale to get a rise out of me right now."
Sheogorath: o_0
