Actually Pluto has the infastructure we just built and it is inhabitable by anyone. Second we shouldn't give away what we shed blood and sweet to get. If we just give up everything just because then what's the point of building anything.

Everything is pretty much rolling towards a bad end, with Hellbindi gone and possibly a new rebel leader, I also don't see how anyone is gonna stop Lorelei's eventual evil overlord transformation.
What's the point in transferring medieval infrastructure? Besides, Pluto is no inhabitable, so it's a waste to give it away.
Skrullos joining the 9 realms makes them independent.
He didn't care about his brother and they weren't even close. It's more we rejected his offer to take over the throne that caused this.

We literally spent one turn buying it with our vast wealth and it's implied that it really didn't even cost that much due to being a ball of ice that only Jotun would feel comfortable on, didn't do anything with it for a while and then spent a few actions one turn getting it to medieval level.
Besides that as mentioned the action was to make it habitable to Jotun and making it habitable was just making infrastructure for them.
And? Not really that much different than having them under us since we have only spent one single action every few turns which they have repeatedly failed. Having them be part of the Nine Realms means that we can more easily trade with them and we would likely have good relations with them due to helping them out. Much better than having Lorelai conquer them.

We can make Jotunheim inhabitable by anyone, so we can move the Skrulls.

No, Sigyn outright pointed out that Jotunheim is so cold even Asgardian's will eventually suffer from the cold which is why she refused to move there. And fuck messing with the climate considering that that ended up screwing us over and pissing off the Jotuns. Besides that we are already having some issues with Jotunheim and moving a large population and then trying to change the climate is not going to help things. And no, I'm not playing Amora, in fact I'm sick of people bringing her up since I wasn't even thinking of her in regards to this decision.
From a pragmatic standpoint fighting the Nova and someone with the Infinity Stones isn't worth the trouble and honestly we don't really get much from them while moving them to the Nine Realms has the practical benefits of us being able to start trade with them much more easily, especially with us having good relations with them and it being a much less painful process since we can just move them to one of the empty worlds in the Nine Realms like the Dark Elf realm and prevents them from being taken over by Lorelai while still pretty much keeping their freedom since Lorelai can't do shit if they move to the Nine Realms.
Seriously, people need to get over their control freak tendencies since it just seems like people are incapable of giving up any control whatsoever even when it really wasn't much. For gods sake we weren't even benefiting from the Skrulls much and we pretty much already let them keep their Independence.

So basically your idea is to send the skrulls to the wasteland that is the dark elf realm instead of letting Lorelei taking over them? I'd rather have Lorelei take them over and give them peace than bother doing all this moving.
If you're against control freak tendencies then let the skrulls go. They're useless and always fail their rolls and would benefit more being under Lorelei and the novas rather than Asgard that relies on PF.
You could just move infrastructure and boom, just a change in astrology at most.

Ya but that doesn't solve the problem of Lorelei going full jerk. She will just target the new planet they are on or the Skrulls will be angry we moved them. Just do what we did to Pluto to Jotunheim and then move them to Jotunheim. That way we get a larger population and more hero units. We would still have the same problems minus Lorelei, but at least we would gain something.
Not if you move them to one of the nine realms. Assuming you get permission of course. Also seriously, Jotunheim is too cold currently.
