Well for one, she did show interest in Loki before Loki rejected her. So I don't see why you're making it seem crazy when it's a valid thought based on past actions.
She showed interest when Loki was becoming king, that could be explained by his new position but now there is no explanation. If this was based on emotion then this was a horrible way to present it.

Oath isn't stopping us from leaving and doing what we want as long as we don't plan to harm Asgard , or Amora/Balder.
And given Amoras and Loreleis influence we can just let them deal with things that don't interest us.

We could make a loophole of both that and only being bound to Asgard, but unfortunately some people are being lazy with this and not at all taking advantage of that.
