Alright since people are against the limb loss for some reason. Seriously, they are against us but cutting out both our eyes? Decided to make a plan that had that but also robot guards, the exo suit and the healing potion.

@KnowledgeKing Would there be consequences for sacrificing things? Like say both eyes or a limb even with cybernetics?
I mean, I'm only okay with one eye and giving up a lot of equipment.

Bringing Osmond and Elym so they can work on your projects nearby isn't a waste. You should also include going there in frost giant form since Asgardians are seen as the enemy, would make it less likely for the weakened Loki to be attacked.

...But they can literally do that where they are. It also needlessly complicates things since we need to waste time making labs and moving them and getting resources. Again, it's hugely unecessary since they accomplish the same exact thing where they are without moving.
What we give up has to be important to Loki both symbolic and physical if this is the comic book version. So both eyes to catch up to Thor and an arm to surpass him. The arm can be replaced by ice considering the same ice can block Asgardians. It won't change anything except not feeling through one hand. We have to be willing to sacrifice a little more if we want to catch up in this magical arms race. Unless you wish to sacrifice ice which isn't a great idea.
Edit: @Red Bovine it isn't a waste since Loki won't have access to them once he leaves Asgard. They can't make the serum under PF because those actions can only be used for the company and QM said Osmond can set up his own lab.

The QM said they can build their labs easily, plus you can also move the lab equipment with you to jotunheim. Would be counterproductive not to have the guy producing the serum not being nearby when you're ruling jotunhiem.
You should also include going there in frost giant form to blend in.

...Why do they need to leave? We are temporary the regent and again we can just have them do what we want through Sigyn.

Isn't he already going to go in frost giant form? I can't imagine he would rule as an asgardian
Losing both eyes will definitely duck us up, and 'd have to deal with fact we'll need ones for normal and jotunn form. Same for arm. If it's something we value how about something less incredibly vital, like our garden, or our knowledge of war tactics and strategy.
No they can not because of the restrictions on company actions. They can only do learning projects for the company like the exo suit that is for security purposes. The reason to bring them is to use them on king actions which will include making the serum.
Edit: @DreamCWeaver Thor can somehow see after the sacrifice, probably from omnipotent boost from the ritual. Second ice can replace an arm easy. Remember Loki has control over ice so as he changes he can change the ice. Third did you think power boosts come with no cost if your not willing to sacrifice then you get little power.

If we are going to get the exit suit we get it in Jotun size, be specific so we aren't screwed over.
Edit: Also just give Osmond a blank check for experimentation and Elym the ability to build robots and they will definitely come. We should also take the factories with us the QM said it is possible.

@KnowledgeKing Are we ruling Jotuhiem as a Jotun or as an Asgardian? Will any of the choices have a negative effect like attracting Thor's attention?
Well I did want to get a superweapon without drawbacks so.... yes. We can raise our power with our sacrifice, whether through Sakaar, boosting through forging and enchantment, training with people normally, studying and so on.
Are we guaranteedto get the same boosts as Thor @KnowledgeKing ?

Already had that taking into account in my plan.
My plan does the same stuff but also adds robot guards and us getting an exo suit since us being weakened is going to be an issue. ALso added in the healing serum to cut our healing time in half.

You don't need the eyes of Osmond accepts, just put that if he rejects.
