Life With the Ship Girls, or, How I Learned How to Stop Worrying and Love the Polygamy

Eh, I'm kinda short on time to write myself, but you guys can use me as a side character or something.

I got the same nick as here, drive everything but carriers and am generally competent and unassuming, though I tend to laugh at and taunt people being dumb in chat. Oh, and if I'm in a Kongo, Nagato, Yamato or (once they introduce them) Dunkerque or Richelieu, I'll at some point in the match flip the Self Preservation-switch to the OFF position and turn into a reckless psychopah charing into the enemy team. Thing is, I got pretty good at surviving that far logner than I should and ripping things up on the charge - and I've gotten really good at dodging close-range torpedo attacks* and making life miserable for tincans with both primaries and secondaries. Doesn't help the little buggers that I tend to run secondary battery upgrades and skills.

*"Just jink that stuff."

If you aren't willing to spend any real money on anything, no, so Nostalgia becomes the big thing.

Though I have heard a number of players say that they use the Cleveland tier 6 American cruiser to grind for credits. It's a high enough tier to be dragged into much higher games where you can potshot top tier ships with HE and it has a solid AA defense to eat planes for credits.

It's a fun game, and I'd really like to play it more. Confound life and needing to do things like eat and sleep.
Minekaze also punches above it's weight too. Then again I had sank an Iowa with Mutsuki, so...

You guys can put me in, I use the same nickname...maybe stick me into an RN ship.

Isokaze has 3 double torp launchers spread out on her deck.
There is no escaping them, at least one always hits.
And if you have your BO skilled in Gunnery and AA [lvl 1] you get all the bonus to main gun reload times and aiming.

I simply love to launch 2 sets of torps, watch a dude furiously maneuver to escape the torps, and grind exp and cash on him using the guns, while he loses his aim on me.
And then you launch that last set of torps for maximum trololoz.

@Stahor @Magni @kct I really don't know enough about any of you to do you bunch justice. I think I've got @Greek Fire with throwing fuel into the lewd fire, but that's about all - I doubt he's just a perv since we all seem to have shades of lewd in the chat. Them torpedoes. @MissingJimbo seems to be the eager kid that doesn't really know what sort of mess he's getting into. Meanwhile, @Icywinter comes across as the hot shot most of the time when he isn't Enterprise's chew toy or chasing after Bismarck.

Its not as if it was our fault they fail to see all those flags waving from our masts, and the brightly colored hulls, right?
Hey if there's anything I learned from watching the Mighty Jingles WoW videos is that battleships can get tunnel vision.

Well that and the instant Jingles is IDed as being in a game everyone on the opposing team starts shooting at him. It's like they're scared of him or something.:lol

I actually like Carriers alot, but if they had subs I'd be all over that.
I'm more of an RTS kinda guy and Carriers fit the description. I mostly send out torpedo squadrons and dive bombers to pincer battleships into a killbox they can't escape.

I probably be that one guy who may not sink anyone but since I would play for fun, military + being a cheapass bastard= all the ships, but for some odd reason I make the ship breakdance in dodging shit.

I tend to avoid playing carriers cause I can't use torp bombers for the life of me. You know what? Just stick me into a Fusou (married the shipgirl in-game, etc).
