Yeah, we need to find someone that would be willing to let us tag along. Too slow to run, too weak to fight... And we don't really know how to run from searches and the like either.
I am not envious of Brave Heart though when Bianca gets the report of what happened. She may not be able to do anything officially, but she's going to be fucking pissed.

In addition to the stuff that's already been mentioned, Magic Modifier does a few other things that aren't relevant in this situation.
Most of those other cases are either a Summon spell that determines either the quality or quantity of the summoned entity based on the modifier roll or are due to an ability covered in the "X by Y" abilities section of the ability bible. There's also a lot of abilities in the "Meta Magic" section that manipulate modifier rolls in some way.

With our EXP i would try to level up our heal and maybe our weapons. With an ability we can buy, we can remove it any time now and a bit more modifier would be great.

Unless we instantly get another 100 EXP I will want to get a full heal for Eva assuming Soothing Moonlight doubles like Scorching Sunlight.

You know I wrote to level up our heal along with our weapons. But I think that that just pushing the heal wont do us good and the modifier boosts our defense too.

I know but we cant afford it now. And we should level our heal first 1 level, that way we see his scaling. if we maybe have enough EXP someday we can make this, but until then bear with it. XD

Just because we have enough EXP for it doesnt mean we can afford it. There is a difference. And veekie how should the next level of connection help us?connection is good how it is now.
Weapons would be the wisest choice because our weapons affect our modifier and the modifier affect a few other things. Therefore a bit healing and our weapons now and with that we can maybe earn otherwise a bit more EXP.

I am honestly convinced that the connection at some point allows us to be immune to most, if not all, foreign influences on the matters of the mind.
Also, we cannot reliably afford splitting our EXP into Healing, and the two weapons. Unless you want them all at level 3.

Foreign influences of the mind aren`t real problems we have now. At least they aren´t our biggest problem right now.
All level them up to level 3 is a good thing because we can se their scaling and we will get stronger too. What happens if we level up our heal but the skaling is weak? This could be possible a problem too. Therefore get us stronger in more way than one an get more information is a really good thing to be honest.

What if our Magic Modifier for the weapons are the bad scaling? With poor MM and our semi incompetent malus, we are in a bad situation of wasted EXP.
