Besides that I dont think it is a good idea to involve our sister. We should try to help Anastasia nonetheless. I think before we write a vote we should proberly discuss our possibilities.
We should help Anastasia, but I dont think we can soothe the others. They WILL panic and we wont be able to prevent that. Therefore we should consider our options, in accordance of their personalities.
My suggestion would be helping her and take her somewhere safe first. Maybe the ruins would be fine. Our sister will definitly be informed of what happened and help us somehow. Naturally we cant stay here anymore, but we knew that anyway.
Btw with our EXP I would level up Rico´s Spell too and her HP-upgrade. But I would rather level up her HP and Resilience before buffing her Heal-spell (that would be the next). Then we should go for the other upgrades. That would be my idea.

why? Look at Anastasia's transformation phrase. She says when heat disappears pain begins. I am worried that means she'll heal from Scorching Sunlight.
Also, we can still stay. Can't accuse of anyone being Magical Girls without evidence. Worst we'll be slapped with is MG sympathizer. Unless we need to fight.

Our sister is the only leverage we have with which to help her and the only reason for her to possibly listen to us instead of trying to plow through the school in an attempt to escape, take hostages, or anything else that a panicked mind can conjure up on a spot.
Hm, hostages? Maybe there's an idea? Too bad I don't know the proper protocols for military dealing with MGs. Could be they are not at all worried about collateral.
The problem is I don't know if even Bianca can help her in the face of overwhelming public opinion.
This probably is not something you want to get slapped with. Besides a social stygma which is a drawback of its own, the fact that we are girls too will make us suspects.

First: I dont think their transformation-phrase is meant literally.
Second: Why should we fight her? Otherwise your concern that it heals her doesnt make sense.
Third: I really doubt that MG-sympathizer are liked or accepted. Maybe we wont be killed for it, but they wont like us for it.
Fourth: Abandoning her would most likely hurt the personalitys of our girls.
Thats my point of view on that matter.

True. But, and this is a big but, we are taking her to our sister in my plan. Who is in charge of a large military branch. So this may reflect well on us. After all, we are taking her to someone that can contact proper authorities.

First off, if you want to offer help without mentioning your sister, then what do you tell her so that she listens? As far as she knows, you are no different from the rest of town in wanting MGs out of your life, and there is animosity between the two of you.

Your idea is practically hand her over to the military. The girls have imaginations what they will do with Anastasia. That would hurt/damage both of them greatly. Maybe not in a physical but in a psysical way.

But fact of the matter is, that she either willingly turns herself over and hope that our sister can make it so her life isn't ended or complete hell, or she can run and try to escape the military, living in fear until she either gets hunted down and dies, or become so disillusioned with the world that she kills everyone she comes across. Or she lashes out and attacks, forcing us to reveal ourselves, and potentially kill her if we can't stop her.

Well, to our sister, since she is in charge of the military. But she would be under immense pressure.
Again, I don't know how many strings she can pull. Naron suggested there may have been enough to bail us out, but I don't know if a girl from our class would warrant burning the reputation she acquired over the years.
In what way? Just what do you think she'd be able to do?
I am playing with the idea of Anastasia taking one twin 'hostage' (thus ensuring we don't get blamed for cooperating with a terrorist) while another warns sis about the situation and they try resolving it in a way that lets Anastasia escape, possibly utilizing our connection to communicate in some way (even though we don't know telepathy). Since Bianca is a higher-up military executive, she can take over the rescue operation and conduct it however she pleases.
Those are not the only two alternatives.
Weren't we considering running should we be found out?

That is what I try to figure out with all of you. That situation now will affect maybe our general way from now on. It will even affect our girls and the way our quest will go. Thats why I try to speak/discuss it with you.
In general I would try to soothe her with words first. I dont know how well known it is that our sister ist the MoD. But Anastasia will think, the moment she knows who our sister is, that we just wat to hand her over. Bianca on the other hand would be forced to take her in, because of her position and so on.
Thats why it would be better to not involve her this way. If the world thinks she want to capture the MG but leading the soldiers away from us without them noticing is the best option/outcome.

See, your plan is a nice alternative that I don't mind. Mine is based off the idea they don't think anyone, even a bully like Anastasia, deserves to be hunted down, and know that her situation could have easily been theirs. A sympathy to the devil if you will.
Oh, so do I...but I don't see a bully believing it of one of their favorite victims. So we default to authority and our sister in turn is encouraged to keep the response as measured as she can because she doesn't want to scare US off.
