Legacy of a Hero [RWBY/Fate Stay Night]

>>>Author makes sure to tell us we aren't trained in unarmed combat but armed combat
>>>Users ignore him for more "heroic" option
>>>OP reminds users of swords to use in the house.
>>>Users continue to ignore him anyway.

[X ]Run inside the house for protection! There you can hopefully grab some actual weaponry.
-[X] Lock the door and call for help! Six year olds cannot fight Grimm, six year olds are eaten by Grimm...

A strategic retreat with something to defend himself and his sister while making sure his sister is coming along and is hardly the more "heroic" option.

My vote assumes that the Grimm might be faster than him and his sister so might need to be poked every so often as they retreat towards the house.

Edit: wish there was an option to retreat quickly to the house while fighting....

[X]Stand your ground and fight! If you deal with him now there will be less Grimm to fight later.
-[X] Discretion is the Better part of valor. Focus on distracting the Grimm while telling Emerald to fetch our gear and protect the other sisters.
-[X] I mean it. Just stall until Emerald gets back. Total Defense

Yeah sorry but this is SV!

[X]Stand your ground and fight! If you deal with him now there will be less grimm to fight later.
-[X]Try to get your hands on a stick or something that can be used as a weapon and Reinforce it so that it's strong enough to do damage. Maybe also try to alter it so that it's sharper.
-[X]Focus on countering the Grimm when it attack, aim for weak/vital spots like the eyes.
-[x] Retreat back to the house slowly while keeping an eye on the Grimm. Make sure your sister goes with you and make sure the Grimm doesn't have a direct path to your sister.

Question to everyone: What are the chances we can project Kanshou and Bakuya inside of the Grimm? We'd probably be injured but yeah, just asking.

We have yet to even learn BASIC Projection.

Tracing chance is null

Its stupid to try to make a last stand here.

Seriously, for all the talent we've shown we're still six years old. Retreating is the better option in a situation like this.

Finally caught up!

Random observations and theories: If RWBY is Nasuverse in the future, then most likely...
1) Someone blew up Arcueid's childhood home. (Note the busted moon)
2) The Grimm were created by Gaia or another Corrupted Grail.
3) According to the Nasuverse wiki, the laws of magic/physics were different back in the Age of Gods (not that you need to read the wiki when Medea of Colchis is throwing spells around in FSN!), so perhaps the differences that Juane/Shirou notices in his magecraft, as well as Dust, refer to this sort of shift.
4) Continuing from #3, it's possible that with humans (and I do include faunus as humans) being killed in large numbers by the Grimm may have made Humanity as a whole stronger.
5) Oh crap, does would that mean there would be more Gods? I don't recall any mention of religion in RWBY, besides mentions of a crusade, so perhaps there won't be any Gods appearing.

-[X]Try Projecting and Reinforcing Crocea Mors, Projection would give you a weapon you could use and Reinforcement would ensure tha it can stand up to the Grimm.

Grimm Attack At Home, Part 2
'I can't run', you quickly realize, 'not with Emeralda here, I will have to fight'.

You quickly glance around to look for something that could be a weapon, but nothing was around. Not only that but the grimm, a Molerat species by the looks of it, came rushing towards you. Projections are too frail at the time to last more than a moderate hit, so they're out as viable weapons for now and they take a bit of time to be created, so in that split second you between the monster jumping at you and you reacting, you cocked your fist back and countered his advance with a powerful downwards punch.

You had noticed that while aura makes one's stronger generally speaking, by using the spell Reinforcement Protection or Infusion you can extract a bit of extra power into your blows. So with your body reinforced and the aura shaped in the same method as your spell, the blow manages to knock the grimm on the ground hard, almost bouncing off on the ground. Taking that opportunity you step forwards and with a yell you punch downwards on the creature's spine, and you hear a satisfying crunch from it.

"Jaune? How, why, when?" Emeralda says while interchanging from scared to curious about your stunt.

"No time, we got to get inside." You say before grabbing her hand and pulling her towards the house.

Only for another Molerate to burst out from the ground, ready to bite your face off.

Of course you would have none of that, and with a yell you do a spin kick that you saw your mother do while training, excuting it with perfection and sending the mole rat several meters away from you two.

Once inside the house you could hear more sounds of battle coming from the outside, and the voices of your mother and father fighting the grimm. Slowly, carefully you use Reinforcement Infusion to try and hear what they are talking.

"... like this in the... Vale... thirty minutes!"

The outside door is being banged by the grimm outside, and you hear more sounds of battle.

As a resident outside the kingdoms, there is always a chance that a grimm incursion can happen even if the village have stone walls, specially when burrowing grimm is concerned. Vale was specially selected due to being in a rocky region making burrowing next to impossible to happen, and literally impossible to go unnoticed. The same can't be said for your village Patron.

Thus all houses are made with safe places to hide while the hunters and militia do their best to deal with the grimm. Your house is no different, and your safe place is on the basement with steel reinforced walls and doors. No doubt at least some of your sisters must be there.

On the other hand you can hear more people fighting than your father and mother, meaning at least Bianca, Violet, Olivia and Indigo are fighting. There's also Sapphire and Azure unaccounted for to keep in mind.

Steel-reinforced basement? Sounds awfully flimsy to me.... better escort big sis just in case.

[x]Go after the fighting noises inside the house.
//Parents are probably fighting and can probably tell him where the other two sisters are so he doesn't have to run around wasting time.

[x]Find a training weapon to reinforce

[x]Escort her to the basement

What do you mean flimsy? Frail? Dangerous?
If this quest were a horror movie, then the mention of a "secure" place would mean that there is actually a monster in there. Like a giant, spiky molerat with it's head poking through a hole in the supposedly secure basement. (and if this were a Bard's Tale quest, it would breathe fire)

But I'm probably being paranoid, lol...
