Dude, stop pushing. That kind of thing can really drag a QM down because it makes it seem like you're more interested in this new shiny idea than their actual quest.

Because it is, if you guys get bored being the big Dino on the Island I'll probably have a vote to see if you get a crossover.

Edit: But that would be a while off either way. (Like full grown adult dino, king of the five deaths while off.)

Hmm, this could be interesting.

And while there might not be fire-breathing now, there's nothing saying it can't be mutated later! Just would probably have to start small.
Possible chain:
Caustic Saliva->Caustic Spit->Chemical Stream->Binary Chemical Fire Spit->Fire Breath

Yeah thats pretty much how mutation is going to work.
 
I think fire breath is a bit silly...

...let's try instead a localized emp burst via the electric eel skill tree. Knock out those pesky helicopters and tanks.

Or use it along with the fire breath to get a sort of 'directed' plasma-like 'beam' attack. If we can sense and manipulate electrical fields, a lot of things/possibilities will open up to us.

Hey if you can figure out a logical progression in order to go from non plasma breathing hybrid, to plasma breathing hybrid more power to you. I'll just make sure you can't get to insane with the munchkinry.

Edit: otherwise known as doing my best to make getting plasma breath as difficult as possible.
 
@Vault166 Hey man, just a small suggestion, one QM to another. Early on it's actually easier to have shorter voting periods, about 12 hours to a day at the most, in order to keep the quest moving faster. As things get more complex and more voters come in due to the increased traffic from being consistently on the front page, you can start extending the voting period further.

    Yeah the vote lock are taking a while, but the main issue is that I have a good portion of people who only show up at night, and a portion who only show up in the morning. So just to make sure they both get a look I tend to make them pretty long. If only so people have time to think about their votes.

    But I guess having them be to long would get annoying pretty fast. If you guys want to get a hurry on this vote, could I get a show of hands on how many of you would like me to keep the current end vote time and those who would like it to end in about two hours. those who want it to end quicker say aye, those who want to keep the same end point say neigh.

    (And yes I'am totally doing it this way because it amuses me.)

    Well since no one has showed any interest in voting I just flipped a coin and looks like were changing to a shorter vote lock. Not to short, they should still be about 24 hours between each vote.

    Looks like were voting now I guess, I'll call vote at the same time as the name choice.

    Short voting times are poison for quests since they rob all players time to deliberate and discuss the votes. (If your votes aren't engaging enough to prompt discussion then you have a different problem, but that doesn't seem to be an issue here)

    • Azula was what the two legs called you.

    Not that you didn't like it, if anything you were happy with the name.

    But the name Azula somehow seemed to hold a, power to it.

    Well it certainly gave you something to live up to you thought, snapping your jaws at one of the scientists as they tried to separate you from your sister.
    Once the two legs stopped bothering you and your sister, trying to poke you with their metal blood tubes and strange masks with odd air. They left you in a strange room filled with odd colors and an odd silvery gate too big for you to climb over.

    Morada, your sister just curled up into a ball at the place were the warm light flooded in. her purple highlights making her look like an odd purple whirlpool as she did her best to sleep the time away.

    While at first you stayed as close to her as possible, once it was clear your smaller sibling wasn't in any danger from the odd poky things, you decided to explore.

    The floor of the room was covered in odd soft matting that came in variety of colors, and hid a cold plastic-y surface underneath. Something you found after digging at it for a short time, but was otherwise uninteresting.

    The walls were covered in strange colored markings, that seamed to peel away easily under your claws. However pressed up against them was a strange set of cliffs covered in fluff of some sort that stretched on until they hit the roof. One of which your sibling was sleeping on. On the other end of the room was a set of strangely shaped objects, once again in various colors.

    One was a red ball, another was oddly bone shaped object in pink. Then there were several box shaped objects in various shades of orange.

    Just as you curiosity was beginning to wane, several strange (Everything was strange at the moment) doors only a bit bigger than your self slid open as three other creatures hesitantly stuck their heads through.

    One was bright orange with brown markings down it's back with three tiny nubs on it's head alongside a crest. The second had a long neck with gray coloring interspersed with green highlights.

    The last sent your heart racing with hope as it walked on it's back two legs with sharp teeth similar to your own sibling sticking from it's gums. Only to sink as you looked closer at it's light blue coloring with the occasional bright red highlight as it revealed itself to only have minor similarities to your sibling.

    The fourth door had opened smoothly just as the others however, it remained empty with no new creature appearing from it's depths.
