so what I think each interlude will be:

dino in distress: will the prospect of us workers be trapped?
a day with Wu: it will be Wu's perspective of his day-to-day work, there will probably be reactions to us but nothing very important will be seen either (only what Wu thinks about us)
DNA crisis: well it will be the perspective of scientists, John and I don't know who else about our DNA (and the fact that we have human DNA and that we are possibly as intelligent as a human child)

    Omake....


    Azula clung to the top of the fence post, her tail swaying to and fro as she pivoted about, trying to take in all she could survey.

    A large bird flew about outside the clear "There yet not there" material in the structure she was inside. Azula's tongue twitched within her jaw as her belly rumbled in displeasure.

    She had been up here for what felt like forever, her Sister below looking up at her now and then, interspersed with her head moving to track all of the strange "two legs" that had gathered on the other side of the fence.

    Azula grumbled, so did her tummy.

    The fat Bird up above, beyond the clear stuff, was still fluttering about, taunting Azula with how high up it was, enjoying the show below of funny two legs pointing up at Azula and dashing around.

    Azula growled, her fearsome chirping would show that feathered fool!

    Sadly the Bird was able to chirp louder than Azula.... So she sulked.

    After a while, Azula's Sister continued to play with the broken yellow stick. Trying to press the parts together did not work. One half of it flew beyond the fence, hitting a two leg on the back of the head and bounced back through the fence!

    It was suddenly caught!

    Plucked out of the air by the smaller Dino, with her tongue shooting out in a blur, to catch the broken yellow stick with ease. The two leg in the meanwhile, looked around in dumb confusion as it rubbed it's head.

    Azula and her Sister both laughed loudly at the scene. Their amused chirping filled the air, drawing more of the two leg group's attention, with several pointing between the Sisters and the grumpy looking two leg now rubbing a sore head.

    Her mood now improved, Azula watched as her sister once again tried to fix the broken yellow stick, this time actually managing to bind the two halves together!

    The gooey saliva on the yellow stick she had caught with her tongue was magical!

    Azula cheered for her Sister in congratulations!

    She felt warm inside at her Sister's success and celebrated with more sound, especially those which she had learned from the strange two leg that fell on it's back!

    With a squeaky roar of victory, Azula looked up at the fat Bird again, her eye shining with glee and intent!

    With a tensing of muscles and a sharp gaze, Azula launched her tongue out at the Bird!

    It jumped in fright, but sadly Azula's tongue was not yet long enough to reach the fiend that had taunted her so.

    I will get you! Azula chirped out with a promise, the fat Bird fleeing shortly afterwards.

    Now.... How was she going to get down again?

    • truly our sister is a genius, a hidden genius of undisguised naked mental poweress that the universe must ensure can never grow otherwise it would be conquered by little sister's brain-power.

    also fat bird...ONE DAY VENGENCE!!!

    Well, this just sounds hilarious, also a good way for Azula to never think of humans as food but rather clever and useful.

    I love the idea of Azula using absolutely filthy swearing as a means of communicating with humans, asking for help, expressing a lack of hostility, etc.
