Attempt to let Sieg shine through more than the Steel Determination.
-[X] After that, whether they follow or not, start sprinting and tell Capone and them if they followed to sprint as well. Make sure to avoid going into any possible alleys or such if forced to go near them on the roadside by the press of crowds, do not allow the so called "Legendary Fighter" to catch you out of public view. They'll probably want to avoid making a ruckus. If they decide to instead try and fight you in public, attempt to signal any law enforcement nearby for help and get the kids to safety. Then, lure them to the bar by yourself and Capone hotfooting it out of there. No way they can take on a wounded Color Fixer, the so-called Rat King(sounds like a fearsome Syndicate leader), Penguin Logistics, and the city's Head at the same time.

Running would pretty much signal that we noticed her, and I don't think we can outrun her. It might trigger her to confront us instead. Thrill of the chase and all that.

How far away is Waai Fuu? It's possible she might not have seen our face closely. If so Capone can disguise himself, a few subtle changes so that far away he looks like Capone but up close he's Mario-something-who-looks-like-but-clearly-isn't-Capone. Maybe cover his face with the hat first.

She's carrying school supplies so she might be on her way to class, in which case she's already in a hurry to somewhere else. We could possibly distract her from us.

But man, everyone's showing up for Capone. It's like everyone in the city that possibly knows him is popping out the woodwork. Guy's really popular!

...Gambino's gonna show up at the meeting too, isn't he.

capones power of turning to worms are just another ability from the red Spaghetti, Awesome! it also means that this will be extremely useful for escaping purposes. If he's caught alone and doesn't have other ways to run away, he can just turns into a pile of worms and jumps into the closest drain.
And the mimicry is just even better! If he can change the tone of his voice and learn how to act like others, he can act like a spy for our future operations!
edit: Oh right, and our situation now.
My advice would be: Stay close to public space or Request a pick up from LGD.
We are somewhat important guests for now after all, even If me might get killed right after the meeting.

Knowing Sieg's "Weird Shit" luck, I feel like this meeting is absolutely gonna have something unexpected in it. ...Then again, we've already encountered an immortal rapping penguin, and saw both sides of the EGO and Distortion coin within the first couple days of being here (when it shouldn't have existed, too). I'm not sure how much weirder we can go from here.

The meme option would be starting the Looney Tunes gag or fighting immediately (but unlike there I doubt our chances to successfully escape, and even escaping successfully would hurt our reputation quite a bit - why run unless you have something to hide?)

Turbulence Office made Roland, who has met the source of the Fog and might also have seen [CENSORED] without censored, wishes he could get a memory wipe after seeing them, not because they are horrifying, but because they radiate so much meme energy anyone who met them decide that they aren't real.

Wait, I just realized. The reason they are here and not in Angela's library is probably because she literally dumped them out of the library just because she didn't want their books that much, and didn't want to burn them either.
