Sieghart's Note: Maybe I shouldn't go beating up kids if I want to look good to Wei Yenwu.
Sieghart's Note: If she's that legendary of a fighter, avoiding conflict could be the best idea
At any rate, seems like Sieghart's preferences are clear, but how do we avoid fighting with people who seemingly came in for a fight? That's the billion dollar question in this vote I think, rather than planning on how to fight or run away (a valid option?) based on what we know OOC of these characters

I think we should first focus on talking to the trio tell them we are heading for a meeting with Wei, Rat King and Emperor. If they want to come for the meeting, its up to them.
Lapplus thou is tricky if calling her out to talk works and asking why she is here for then we could reach out for her to join us for the meeting. If not, we should at least tell her that Capone is now under our care and asking what she wants in exchange for leaving Capone alone outside of our lives or whatever.
Also one thing we could ask the trio just for fun if they have any recommendation for what to wear for the meeting cause Sieg has no clue outside that looks good.

Crazy wolf girl seems crazy enough that getting left alone is just gonna be a no, and then she attacks us.

Maybe we could team up with the other 3 against Lapp if we talk good? Dunno how good an idea that is.

[X] Walk over to the kids and introduce yourself and your partner, and a brief rundown of what the situation is and drag them along for the ride to make sure they don't pointlessly die to the crazy guy following you.
-[X] Tell Capone to disguise himself and come up with beilivable identity. Stick to that story no matter what happens.
-[] "I just got out of the hospital, having fought an adaptive Distortion that would have snowballed into a city destroying entity if allowed to continue unmolested and right now being chased by a weirdo lone wolf guy who is probably on par with me at my best and probably unhinged. Do you guys really want to get into the middle of the cluster farce about to happen? If you don't I recommend leaving or if you're insistent on involving yourselves follow me and we can fight later.... hopefully once I get this dammed thing surgically removed from my innards so I don't have to constantly worry about reopening my wounds due to a device meant to keep them open on a conceptual level. Oh and this is Hatsingle, new member of the turbulence office and the guy who distorted into said entity and who I snapped out of a state of fight or flight induced by weird lady who talks in your head, also don't trust a single word she says despite her warm and inviting voice."

I included that last bit for the comedy value

[X] Lead pursuers unto each other and escape while they busy.
Kinda fucked up choice ngl, but easiest and most reliable though. Lap will leave them alone, probably, if trio just run away from her.

[X] Walk over to the kids and call over the Lone Wolf to talk. Give them a rundown about the situation, clarify that Capone is with us now and that you are preparing for a meeting with Wei, Emperor and the Rat King. It is up to them if they want to follow us or not, we don't really care.
-[X] Make it clear that you don't want a fight, deescalate tensions and so on.
-[X] Ask then what each group want from us, if its about the mess earlier today, tell them that's what the meeting is for.
-[X] If the Lone Wolf is after Capone, ask what would be needed in exchange for leaving Capone alone.
-[X] Ask the trio if they have any recommendations for shops to buy whatever we need currently as well as they have any idea on any big nos to do during the meeting. We don't know much of the etiquette here.

carmen on her way to make the comically fucked up troupe even more fucked up

Logically, though, we could probably just talk to them- Actually, mentioning the fact that we're needing to meet with fucking...Emperor, the Rat King, and Wei, could probably sway their viewpoint towards "Oh shit there's more going on here". We have a whole ass letter requesting our attendance for evidence. And if there's still suspicion, we could just ask them to escort us, then; We'd have to cut our fun little shopping trip a bit short, but it sure as hell beats getting Lapp'd, and Sieghart's already presentable and not "I just wandered out of the hospital, how's it goin' important people"

[X] Walk over, engage in conversation with the kids- Introduce yourself, introduce Capone as a new hire. Explain if needed.
-[X] Make it clear you need to meet with Wei; When inevitably questioned, use the letter as proof.
-[X] If they ask more questions, just ask them to tag along and see for themselves. It's at Emperor's bar; Should be a recognizable locale. No shame in asking for directions if you need them.

Not sure about current proposed plans of action but I also don't have a plan of my own so...

Yeah if anything we need to not have a fight. I'd like to believe we could just scram but I've seen the Looney Tunes tier shenanigans Mr. Lee's Detective Office gets up to in the animation and I've no doubt the same would happen to us. Talking is probably the best option. Tell them we're going to the meeting and tell them we will only elaborate on Capone if the big boys in said meeting let them in.

If at all possible, flag down Lappy separately. She's not going to hurt them without reason to but no I'd rather not inflict her upon them.

I just expect that once we are in line of sight to her, we're basically locked in for a fight with what I've seen of her personality here.

So far she's kept her murder spree out of sight, so confronting her in the street should give us at least some advantage on not having it devolve into a fight immediately. Probably. Hopefully.

Sieg's armor is fucked to all hell, right? Is he like wearing a hospital gown or just putting on the bit of armor that remained? But considering the condition he's in right now... throwing hands at Lappland is probably a bad idea. She got the range advantage via her Art, though she usually take the EMIYA approach to combat, it still something she'll have over us.

Lappland throughout Code of Brawl didn't make an appearance until Capone and the other were alone or in back alley. To me, she's making an effort to hide that she's here in Lungmen from Texas. So as long as we move through crowded area we might be able to avoid a fight with her.

Is Lee's Detective Agency affiliated with, and is Lappland apart of, Rhodes Island right now? There's been cases of OPs being available to get before they officially joined in the story like Reed. If yes to both, Lappland might have seen them at Rhodes Island and decided to not get them involved in her "correction." Because I doubt she want to risk her relationship with Rhodes Island since there she have the chances to work alongside her beloved Texas. Of course, this whole line of thought could be useless, but I want to bring it up just in case.

But if it isn't hot air. As much as I don't like the idea of using them as a shield (as in a deterrence), we could take that approach. However, on the other hand, Sieg have no reason to know that the three have any connection to Wei and the Rat King, so telling them (Shadow Guard probably watching us) or showing up with THREE uninvolved children to a meeting of this kind... well is doesn't paint a good picture. We could also like, let them follow us, and then lose them, which probably shouldn't be TOO hard, but we also need to lose Lappland at the same time.

Eh, I'm not convinced they'd be mad at us for the kids following. Annoyed maybe that it happened sure, but we just got out of the hospital, still wounded and more importantly we didn't try to fight them in the street. They'd probably let it go.

Waiting for something more concrete to appear. But generally speaking, with how Sieg is currently:
-Abel is going after Carmen, because of course he is.
-Capone can fight, but he's a partial E.G.O so that might not be the best idea.
-Sieg has no real armor.

3 Unknown, 1 "Legendary Fighter".

I would lean on the side of caution for this one. Maybe try to explain to the three that you and your new hire got summoned by Rat King, Wei, and are in the process of going to meet them or something. But I ain't got a plan for the case of them suddenly deciding that they know better.

Whatever we choose to do, escalating won't make us look good. Fighting should be the absolutely last resort and preferably done while we run in the meeting direction so even if we barge in looking all disheveled we can say that some kids were trying to accost us on the way. Say their heart is probably in the right place if inconvenient. Don't toss them under a bus given they could take it as ", totally not our fault lol" but gently imply we absolutely didn't start it and definitely didn't endanger Wei's people.

3 Unknown, 1 "Legendary Fighter".

We do have somewhat of a measuring sticks thanks to "Meanwhile..." and Rhodes Island put Sleepy's, Nicole's, and Lappland's Combats Skill at "Outstanding." Along with Lappland's ability to neutralizes (as the file so nicely put it) Sieg's light-base stuff the longer we fight... Also I don't want to think about the possibility of a Distorted Lappland. She probably been expose to the Light, but... maybe she hasn't (cope).

"Yeah. He's almost there. There's a lot of people I've been hearing, you know. I can't speak, but I can hear so much, and nobody can find me. Lyudmila is so sad and conflicted, she thinks she's so weak… and poor, suppressed, beaten down and devoured girl… Koshelna.
Right so this confirms that Carmen can go international. She isn't restricted to the people around Sieg, but there's not enough Light in the world for people to hear her yet unless they're near Sieg.

Lyudmila/Crownslayer is on her way to Siracusa, KosheIna is in Ursus, and I'm not sure where Big Sad Lock is actually. The Crimson Troupe is weird, and since I still haven't unlocked the 3rd ending of the Roguelike mode, I'm not sure what the implications of this is.

Carmen and Kaschey being roommates in someone's head is incredibly funny however. Well, I guess it's more Carmen sneaking a peek through a window while Kaschey screams about how he'll MAKE URSUS GREAT AGAIN

Wow!! Everything went wrong in an update that felt like it'd be mostly straightforward, huh.

So, Carmen's targets. First, the unnamed Ursus used in the creation of Big Sad Lock (most likely), around the troupe. I...don't want Carmen to reach the Troupe and express something they could consider as 'beautiful art', but at the same time we have next to 0 control over what she's gonna do. Second, Crownslayer; And lastly, and possibly either the funniest or most terrifying, the fact that Carmen might get into a pissing match with the Black Snake.

The way Carmen states that last one (suppressed, beaten down and devoured) is extra worrisome, but also gives us what's most likely some view into the nature of her ability- She's directly responding to the 'self' of a person, not the mind, if that makes any sense; Or else Kashchey's victims would seem normal to her.
I can't wait for Carmen and Kashchey to get into a debate in KosheIna's head. It'll be amazing.

Sudden Hololive crossover. :p

But yeah, calling Lappland down won't work. Our best bet is to stay in populated areas where she can't act openly and once we're with Wei and co., she can't do anything to us without having to go through his Shadow Guard first.

Going up to Lee's kids and showing them our invite should be enough to pacify them, assuming we can get them to calm down first.
