Should we also add something about getting in contact with Linette and Beats as well? Until Linette and Nearl's match KGCC will tacitly support those two and might allow us to get more freedom inside the city until Linette betrays them.

Does Sieg know Linette and Beats are in Kazimierz at the moment? I can't recall. I was under the impression they haven't met again yet.

As Docere said, Sieg knows Linette and Beats are here along with the deal they made with Czarny. He doesn't know Linette wants to betray Czarny and fuck over the KGCC but Nearl does know that. Hell getting in contact with Sieg's friends might actually make getting in contact with the Library easier if Roland talked with Beats like he said he would.
 
If I can make a suggestion to the current winning plan. Might I suggest explicitly having X help with the negotiations, since he should have a positive relationship with Chesed at the very least.

At the very least the shock of seeing him will give us a moment to get a word in edgewise.
 
I mean I wanna bring X along for the talk with RI too. Might bring more legitimacy to our claims even though I'm sure RI will believe us.

      -[X] Run the situation by Nicole first if you have doubts about Rhodes Island. She's been working with RI long enough to get a good feel for them.
      -[X] Tell Abel to start talking to Abram and X about finding a way to stop Carmen. Even if she's not the sole cause of the Distortion, she's definitely making things worse.
      -[X] Try to find where the Library is in Kazmirez and ask them for help dealing with Adam. Bring your allies with you in case they try anything.

      -[X] You would sound completely insane trying to explain this in person, so you might as well write up dossiers and threat evaluations for what you know about Distortions, EGO, Carmen, the Library, L Corp, and Light. You can make copies at some point and distribute them as needed, and keep the more sensitive versions to yourself. You should probably pass some of it up the chain to your boss, at least to properly explain what's going on with Hibiscus and the Library.

    The Capone one was for sure the first major vote, which, if anything, really set the overall tone of the quest. The Wympe one was definitely another major vote for different reasons and I'm glad it turned out the way it did.
     
    So can someone explain the whole BongBong thing to me? I've seen someone use the character in another quest, well at least as far as an L-Corp agent who can only say BongBong, and I know there has to be a story or Fandom meme behind it.

    BongBong is a name that can be generated by the game randomly, and it's a funny name.

    She was originally from a playthrough of Lobotomy Corporation on 4chan's /v/ board, back when people still ran those sorts of community projects there with some frequency.

    It's a thing where one save file is passed between many players. Each plays one day and passes their savefile along to the next. Someone hired the original Bongbong on their day of the playthrough. I'm not exactly sure whether or not they were a custom employee- probably not, I think the game just generated the original and things spiraled from there.

    The thing is- other people liked her so much that subsequent players replicated her, with some of them declaring they would flat-out have anyone not named BongBong on their own facilities intentionally killed. Ever since then, BongBong has been a running joke on the community.

    If you want to make your own BongBong, here's the instructions:

    Name: BongBong Front hair style: 11 Back hair style: 11 0 red, 0 green, 255 blue Basic/panic/dead eyes: 31/4/1 Basic/combat/panic eyebrows: 7/7/5 Basic/combat mouth: 5/7

    Hm. I just wanted to ask a question for you guys. I've been looking around the old comments on the thread and I ended up thinking about some other quests. Mainly Divergence Zone and Hope In A Bottle. Before I knew what I was doing, I wrote like half the 3.11 chapter in the Disco Elysium format.

    Would you guys be open to just... Have it come out like that, as an one-time thing?
