I know that we gotta haul ass to Kazimierz but I do want to see Sieg and co hang out at RI and build a rapport with the weirdoes there.

Can't wait for Blu Heavy to just start pulling out the real BS. Man is basically immortal, came back from being suplexed from the Moon and exploding into bloody chunks when said Moon suplex smashed him back down into the Earth head-first. He could theoretically be one of the stronger members on the team if we go with everything that's happened in the shitpost he came from.

He did died, he only got revived because of jojo plot luck where one of his meat bits landed on a sandwhich before his HP reached 0.

is the Orange Orange canon? fruits of yesteryear has the ability to completely delete the target, under the right circumstances.

I still just adore the fact that Red Heavy was distraught not by Blu Heavy exploding into itty-bitty meat giblets, but that one of giblets touched sandwich and made it contaminated and unedible.

Not related to the current events. but I find it pretty funny that We are basically going through the As in the order of the layers of the original script..
Top layers, Abel is the first one we met, the one who sets up the base for future encounters and the one who helps us the most, who represents the top four floors.
The middle layers, Abram, the second one we met, The first one that requires us to have a fight, who represents the middle three.
X, Although seems out of order is actually in order because right around this point in the script, Before meeting the bottom layers, Ayin, or X gets the old memory back, Ayin meets X.
Then we are going to meet adam, the bottom layers.
Funny that even when the script ended and everyone is not longer binded to it. We still follow it subconsciously, and even when the one who is not controlled by the script is controlling the flow, they still follow it.
I presume right after the bottom layers, or adam, we are going to have a talk with carmen(Da'at( It's so funny to me that sieg represents a better Da'at than her)), then we are going to meet Ayin, the endless above.

To be fair we did do this on purpose. We picked Abel at the start and then X just now partially because it was "in the right order." And I think if we picked the right choice we could have avoided fighting Abram.
You could say the one following the script is us.

I'm assuming that Fruits of Yesteryear is that one card that completely Unregisters the target from the game if the year is 1900 or something.

The joke is that its impossible to meet that condition.

Your computer's system clock does not go back that far.

Arknights YT channel released a new video teasing Dorothy's Vision event. Figured it'd be a good primer for folks who don't know what Rhine Labs is, since that may be relevant to the quest soon with Heavy and Alvar meeting people from Rhine Labs.

It's also a really slick in-universe presentation so I'd recommend people check it out anyways.

Huh, neat.

How good are Rhine Labs at reverse engineering, by the way? I figure that the people with the best shot at reverse engineering a Singularity would be either Rhine Labs or that one Sui sibling who can apparently conjure new kinds of materials out of thin air.

Also, I just realized Nicole would've been marked with the same stigma as Yuri and the G Corp Remnant soldiers, what with her being one of Older L Corp's Feathers. There's probably not many people who would hire her and treat her as an equal beyond Turbulence Office.

Damn, the girl had more rough outside of being "mother" by le old smoke god or whatever it is.

And probably pretty good? Depends if they can get their hand on the tech honestly and I doubt anyone from PM world would willingly let themselves or their shit near a corporation... without maybe milking the fuck out of the corporation and squeezing out every last cent.

I don't think they would even do that much even if they get the chance to.

Corps in the City are way too back stab happy when dealing with the non-Corps. Most Fixers don't like being an employee or being closely connected for that reason alone.

The only feat of reverse engineering we've seen from Columbia is the part where they were able to reverse-engineer the hand grenade-sized nuclear weapon they discovered from a Pre-cursor civ, but I think it depends on the Singularity due to how weird those usually are.

Something like R-Corp's clone tech or G-Corp's Grav tech could be something they'd be able to replicate eventually since they presumably work under fairly familiar concepts. Arts are weird enough that cloning or gravity control are possible, especially since Arts that control life force and gravity do exist even if they are fairly rare. Nanotech too should be pretty well within Rhine Lab's reach based on how Saria's Arts work (Calcium manipulation), and Kirstenn was able to make devices that used the same principles as that.

Stuff like Fairies and Locks though? May be a bit too conceptual for them. It'll be up to the author on how Singularities and Arts interact.

Singularities ranges from semi normal sci fi, like W's spartial manipulation, K's healing, to wild ass stuffs like J and F's lock and key, or N's "experience" in a can.
All the way to Lobotomy's energy emotion.

It mostly depends on what kind of singularity and which part you are trying to copy.

Like the smoke of old L-Corp. Copying the smoke itself likely isn't too difficult. Though they likely also wouldnt want to do that.

But the smoke beast itself? It would be a challenge for sure.

Many people are under the impression that W Corp's Singularity is quick transportation via teleportation. That's how our technology is advertised to the public, anyway. They aren't strictly wrong; we're just hiding the bigger picture from them.

W Corp's Singularity is the restoration of a previous status. To put it in layman's terms, even if your body is crushed to a pulp, it can be restored to a recorded state as long as all the pieces remain.
I guess that still counts as spacial manipulation? but it kind of falls into J corp's thing where theres the singularity, and then theres another almost-singularity, except which one people tend to know about is swapped.

Not sure about reverse engineering of tech, but I can say what I do remember that they've done
Human augmentation (Ifrit, who was a Savra but now is more of a Sarkaz due to the Diablo shard implanted in her)(Ptilopsis, who has the brain computer chip)(Tin Man, who's a full body cyborg, maybe?), Reverse Engineering of Arts (Kirsten's reverse engineering of Saria's Arts), Power Armor, and Brain Uploading

give them time, maybe they can do something...but don't get your hopes up since city tech is like super weird, especially singularities.
