To be doubly fair, said researcher that developed that chip was horrified that it did that to Ptilopsis, and ended up trying again using herself. Unfortunately, unlike Ptilopsis, she ended up dying for some reason or another due to said chip.

yeah...Theres also a stock image man in the turbs so...Heavy weapons guy is really not the weirdest one in the group, and so far we have only been spenting time with the more normal side of the team.

and now, we are stepping into the ture madness of this office
 
It's pretty funny that Alvar got completely overshadowed by the reveal of Mr. H. And yeah, anyone who's confused really should watch pootis engage and pootis engage extreme. I'd say it's required watching to understand exactly how nutty things are about to get around here.

Also another bit about Columbia, it has Rhine Labs, which uh... you remember how some of the Turbulence members at Rhodes were super suspicious of how generous they are and thought there was some super dark secret like them grinding up babies or whatever? That's more accurate for Rhine Labs, given how they have pretty much no morals, minus the playable cast from them except for Dorothy.

Nah, he actually got locked up in the prison. There is even a event map where you come back and beat him up a second time when he tries to escape.

why does Turb mod have Heavy in it

like can some one here actually explain Turbulence office other then pile of meme smash together and then spray painted with even more meme
 
Heavy and Alvar are here! So does anyone knows what they are capable of? Like yea Heavy is strong like Song but Alvar's thing was that he worked in a company before. I think he has a roadroller or something.

Heavy and probably other strange folk from Turb is probably from the interdimensional prison they found in the Ruins. Note this does not include the Malkuth Reverberation, given the current timeline she might've existed before the actual Malkuth became Malkuth.

SO, Turbulence office is a collaboration project of a lot of people to make a meme mod for the game library of ruina, as a love letter to the game and a huge fucking shitpost. basicliy everyone who worked on the project can put a charather in it, most made an OC, memes, or weirdos, but you can basicliy put anyone in.
so someone choosed TF2 heavy.
so tea fot too Heavy got in.
the mod is basicliy a huge top noch shitpost so...lol, just don't fucking think about it.
that is liteally it, it's just a fucking shitpost.
but in the context of this quest... Crack treated seriously is the best words for it.

Turbulence office: a big blob of unholy horror of memes and shitpost, in 2 serious worlds of poltitcs, deaths, nightmare fuels, and misery, just don't qusetion it and you won't have a headache.

Either a clone of malkuth......... or iori accidentally brought a version of malkuth that was bongbongs cousin
 
Sieg can understand the Malkuth Reverberation perfectly so I expect him to understand BongBong as well.
