Okay everyone lets criticize/defend lostbelts and their plot and pacing in another thread. If you think nasu cares that much about what other people think about his work i'll remind you fate stay night was an originally eroge that was cleaned up (mostly). also remember nasu likes to play the long game. In hollow ataraxia its not till near the end that you figure out the connection between bazetts fuyuki and shiros.

yeah, but there's slow pacing, and then, there's having both great chapters like babilonia, camelot, or avalon le fae, and not so great ones like septem, or heian-kyo, (specially the latter for me, since it felt more like a story only event than story chapter).
and just because it began as an eroge, it doesn't mean that the franchise can't evolve you know.
but yeah, arguing about fgo canon here feels a little funny to be honest😅.

Since Avalon le Fae came out, will this Medb have some fae traits like Knocknarea did?

suspecting the berseker of london to be partially a certain figure from Tsukihime
 
So I planned E Pluribus Unum fairly early compared to some other Singularities. Adding a fae aspect to 'Conquest' as presented at Manaka's roundtable meeting wouldn't mesh with my plans there.

Berserker of London is a composite phantom of historical figure, literature, and urban legend. From those facts, her initial description, and prior comments from other posters, the sum of her identity can be discerned.

The first big push from Tsukihime (the original; accounting for the remake at this point is a painful hassle) will be in the event arc White Princess Echo Dance, which is pre-Camelot. It's the Serious Event between it and America, with BGDQ and the Beach Episode as the more relaxed ones.
 
Huh nice, I would've guessed she was some amalgamate of both jack the rippers. I like some of the concepts in strange fake alot like alcides being your main problem, false beserker's noble phantasm (from hell: the evil mist will vanish with london's daybreak), and your servanf being someone like jason (false saber) in order to stop him.

i'm hoping that version arrives as a pseudo servant with Flat as the stabilizing human because Flat is hilarious. this is fact.

also, i deduced Bloody mary frin the Urban Myth comment, reflections, berserker and all the red she was wearing (like blood)

Random thought, but i have this funny mental image of a punishment for Matthew being sent to 'Horny Jail' - which is just a velvet rope being hung from metal stands with a sign reading 'horny jail' from it over a corner and him being their like a Time out for 10 minutes.
 
Oi, @Blinktwice13. Here's a tidbit from LB6 about Beryl that I just found out about, use it or don't as you like.

So... Beryl has a Reality Marble. Official name is Bizarre Reality Marble: Red Hood. It was supposed to be used in his boss fight, along with a spell called Slack Snark, but they were cut due to programming issues, so it's unknown as to what they're capable of. Given how he's referred to as a werewolf, and how he transforms into a humanoid wolf by devouring Woodwose...

I might. I've started the next chapter and I've already been using LB6 to account for characterization for one scene. Depends on how I can work it in.

hmm, random thought, but if the rest of the masters and matthew ened up in the regular summer events, which ones do you think they'd prefer?

I have this mental image of matthew and his crew trying to make their own doujin, and Kirschtaria joining in cause he thought it sounded fun

I could see matthew enjoying the swimsuit swordmaster event trying to get to Osakabehime, even if he'd have to take Anastasia or Artoria (swimsuit) cause musashi was on hokusai's team... though no clue on how good he'd be at not gambling

...and that would raise the question of which swimsuit swordmaster in that version would be swapped out with a Male one.

hmm, maybe okita and musashi since the former wasn't there at first and the latter would enable an extra slot... maybe Ceasar due to the Ceasar's palace casino?

i think Kirshtaria would enjoy the Treasure hunting one as well, though i'm not sure which of them likes horror movies enough to want to do the summer camp one - i know yu wishes she wasn't there.

Any chance one of the first non-master humans Matthew would open up to be Meuniere? i feel like he'd be one of the staff who would actively be connecting with some servants outside of Matthew's group. Especially given his... 'interests' in a few of them.

Also, can't find the quote, but i remember matthew failed to notice a member of staff saying high. could that have been him?
 
The staff member was Caspan trying to threaten him.

I do have some plans for Meuniere in a sort of side-character sense. He'll appear but not get too much focus. Between Team A (minus That Asshole), Ritsuka, and Asako I have enough humans for starring roles.

(I do not count Da Vinci or Roman in that number.)

yeah, that makes sense. i don't really see Meuniere getting a big focus outside of a fic starting in part 2 or one that focused on the behind the scenes folks in any case.

Also, really love this akuta.
 
In the spirit of halloween, i'm wondering how Matthew would like Elizabeth's experiments with her saint graphs and the halloween events.

"So there's an upside-down pyramid on your castle, and on top of it is another castle, and this guy captured half of the cinderella one, and you're a saber, a rider, and an alter ego robot and we need to scale it to save the princess past a giant Mecha of you?"

Elizabeth objects to the term "robot", remember? It originated in the Slavic robota, meaning forced labor as performed by peasants under the feudal system, and Elizabeth is a noble, not a peasant. The two alter egos are mechas, not robots.
